#sorry im gonna talk in the tags again pls ignoreme#i am so restless today and idk why#like i woke up by myself after only like 6 hours of sleep#plus i woke up like every two hours at night#my mood swings from 'life is beautiful' to 'im too tired of existing'#my entire body is weak and my hands shake but i also crave to get up and move#in the first half of the day i was hungry as hell#in the evening i suddenly started to feel nauseous#i wanted to write the entire daybut now that i can i can't even think of it#plus my vision has gone down due to my meds and sometimes the world starts to spin and shake#it also hurts to have the lights on#i've spent 6 hours slaving away at spanish but i barely managed to do two textbook pages#im scared and confused#can't wait for my psychiatrist appointment on thursday#that's it im shutting up#i dont have anyone to talk about that#i say that to ny sister and she gets uncomfortable because for her my mental illness is incomprehensible#don't wanna complain to mom because she'll get unproportionally scared
