Hello DCA fandom! I don't post much, as I don't really have a dynamic style, but I had an AU idea that I might actually write.

I'm calling it "Bar Stools & Piano Tops", BSPT. It's basically an AU were there's a popular bar/club where Sun, Moon and Y/N are the main cast.

The designs as they are! I'll put my thoughts and writing under the read more.

So these are current and temporary design concepts. As it stands the bar is currently called "Celestial Rabbit". Sun, Moon Y/N and the rest of the cast (not drawn because I'm lazy) work there. You're a humble member of the waitstaff, sometimes helping head chief Chica in the kitchen. Moon is the bartender, and your other coworker Sun is another member of Waitstaff, however on Friday nights and the weekend he plays the piano for patrons. You're thankful to have gotten this job after having nothing after college, but shit's weird in this town, this club especially.

inumaki x reader except it's idiots to lovers because reader's cursed technique allows her to negate cursed energy. featuring lots of pining and copious amounts of the miscommunication trope because inumaki, the poor baby, wants to make sure everyone stays safe so he keeps speaking in onigiri ingredients because he doesn't want reader to think that he only keeps her around so he can talk like a "normal person."

inumaki also loathes how he can't speak normally so lots of self hatred there

except reader just thinks he hates her because he doesn't really fundamentally understand how she feels about him? but they're friends so it hurts more? and it turns out he's been madly in love with her and it's so blatantly obvious from both sides to the point where maki and panda are about to start bashing their heads into the walls

like. you leave him cute handwritten notes before his missions, along with a neatly packed bento with a different flavor of onigiri each time. you keep cough medicine on you at all times, making sure that you have the cherry flavor because he finds it more tolerable than the grape. and he keeps hair ties on his wrists because he knows you always break them on accident when you spar. he keeps your favorite drinks stocked in his room in case he needs to cheer you up from a bad day.

but somehow, it gets inside his head through a [redacted scenario] that he's just using you. it makes him feel so incredibly guilty that he withdraws. the onigiri lays forgotten in the same spot you leave it. you get used to fighting with your hair down because you no longer have spare hair ties to tie it up.

so you pine and pine and want and want until something inside you breaks-

I'll explain the scenario a little bit again. Basically Grayson, 13 at the start, is sitting in the gardens of Hawthorne House, annoyed and alone. He hears some rustling from the bushes and goes to check it out, to find a rather unusual looking boy, covered in mud and twigs, holding out flowers for him,because he 'looked lonely and could use some flowers'. Obv Grayson is annoyed and tells the boy to leave. But the boy comes back every day to give Grayson his favourite flowers. Cassian is a faerie and Grayson is forbidden from talking to the Fae. It's a secret friendship that Grayson Hawthorne is desperate to keep. Bunch stuff happens, yada yada. No spoilers. Yall interested?

Where your farmer character was ripped from his current reality/timeline and forced into a different nearly-identical timeline except it's 2-3 years back in time and all his life progress is lost and hes suddenly alone again with no way back home because his original timeline had been 'corrupted' and thus destroyed so there is no home to go back to now, and the only thing left intact is your characters memories and no one else remembers anything and its like starting his life all over again from scratch when he'd just married someone and the farm started self-sufficiently thriving? How much would that fuck him up, do you think?

I have this steddie royal au planned in my head and it starts off with prince Steve sneaking out of the castle during a ballroom party and he finds a mysterious man in masquerade mask wandering in their garden and they have a little chat. The man asks him about the party and Steve complains about his parents and they dance under the moonlight (cause why not? the guy looked cool and his voice was nice) and the story starts from there. Do I write it.
