It's a bit niche and it's been some time since I watched it, but iirc Hiro has a whole arc where Reona helps or tries to help him to better handle his IBS. They explicitly call it that and he's not shamed for it (at least as far as irc), which is neat. I don't recall how well it's handled, so I'm gonna be rewatching it. I can report back after, shouldn't take too long since there's only one season.
