I had a dream about Nervous Subject last night. It had something to do with me living in Strangetown and being acquaintences with him, the Curious brothers and other people in Strangetown. I was trying really hard to be closer friends with him but I'm apparently an awkward anxiety-ridden lump in my dreams too lmao so I didn't really know how to interact with him, and he wasn't much better himself.

He ended up disappearing one day and I was pissed that nobody in Strangetown seemed to notice or care that he was gone except for the Curious brothers and Ophelia. We were hanging out at the Curious house and everyone was really concerned. Nobody really knew what to do, nobody had seen him, he just disappeared over night.

(Still within my dream) I went to bed and kept having vivid dreams of being in another dimension where I was walking through a crowd in what seemed like a crowded city or maybe an outdoor shopping mall? For some reason it was either greyscale or had very desaturated colors. The dream at this point just had this immense feeling of despair and loneliness.

I kept catching glimpses of Nervous walking in the crowd carrying a backpack over his shoulder, but I couldn't get through the crowd to reach him. Getting to him and making contact with him had this dire feeling to it. I managed to get out of the crowd in the main walkway and run behind the buildings to get further ahead so I could intercept him, and when I got back into the crowd I was facing him from a distance. He was looking down at the ground as he walked and looked empty and lost. I started making my way through the crowd, calling him. And then I woke up.

Unrelated but a week or so ago I had a dream that I was sitting on the floor with Vidcund planning a trip to a theme park lmao

What’s the situation with the Fire Giants and Radagon? Arganthy too is red of hair with ashen skin, like the Fire Giant — but Radagon had fair skinned so 🤷‍♂️

I wish I knew 😭 Description of the Fire Giant's Braid is so random, I really have a hard time to tie it with anything. Also, in Japanese Radagon is 絶望 depressed/despaired about his hair, not despised by them. I don't think Radagon was a Fire Giant descendant, aside from hair color nothing points at it. Description of the braid points conection between the curse of the Giants and his hair color, but how?

He was cursed by the Fire Giants - plausable version, aside from the fact that... his earliest mention belongs to the Liurnian Wars timeline, when he joined heroes ranks, which is kind of suspicious because it implies that he was absolute nobody prior to Liurnian conflict and yet he commanded Erdtree's army. This is one of the reason I think Radagon was always Marika in one sense or another, she wouldn't give a position of a leader to a random guy, who proved himself only later. However, Miyazaki really likes fabricated story trope, considering his track record with DS1 and DS3 DLC. It really bothers me that Ancient Hero of Zamor from the Weeping Peninsula evergaol has Radagon's scarseal for some reason. I wouldn't be surprised if Radagon participated in the War on Giants, but it was erased from history.

Alternate and very questionable theory... he was cursed by Marika herself. In that case "curse of the Giants" = the same curse as Marika gave to the last Fire Giant, forcing him to serve her forever. Giving how Radagon suddenly left Rennala, how game explains it by Miriel giving you hint about the statue, Marika calling him a dog, description of the Golden Order Greatsword in JP and that he gave a sword to Misbegotten, I suspect he had very limited choice What amazes me is that there are a lot of themathic and cut contect connections between Radagon and races that are shunned by the Golden Order, but nothing ever gives a clear picture. Red hair and smithing of the Fire Giants, the Golden Order Greatsword wielded by Misbegotten, Misbegotten themselves being called Radagon's children/Radagon's chimeras in the game's files and cut content, demihumans sewing tools being similar to his sewing kit... ironic, isn't it? Oh, and his statue has golden hair, but I'm not touching it today

Gosh how long has it been since I posted that first sketch??? Anyway I am happy to say that I finally finished it.

I have been doing little drawings here and there but I really wanted to finish this before posting anything (I have a bad habit of not finishing art at times so I'm trying to break away from that). So I'll make sure to post some more stuff hopefully soon.
