hii! i’m only starting my blog now, and i wanted to ask for a few writing tips, if you wish to share. i’ve been a fan of your works for a long time now, and i really really love the way you write! 🩵

i think my biggest piece of advice is to be kind to yourself and be so very self indulgent <3 writing can be hard sometimes and writers block can feel even worse but writing what you love and brain rot about can be so freeing and fun and bring out so much inspritation/passion!

this is something im really working on myself but trying to write consistently, to keep that writers voice active in your head even if its ideas you'll never share or don't think are good or are just silly or short. the more you write, the more you can practice and play around and really find your writing style 😊

i can't stress this one enough though - it is absoletuly okay and necessary to take breaks whenever you need them <3

write at your own pace and use plenty of references when you need them! there are so many cool tool online for writers that can help you out with things like helping you identify words when you can't quite remember the exact one you're looking for, websites for combating writers blocks, etc

i also think that talking with friends and moots and your followers can be really inspriational and amazing too💗 i can't tell you how many of my fics have come to life thanks to ideas that were submitted to me or because my friends and i were talked about a little idea or the way the characters would react it x happened or shared an art and said like 'okay but what if-'🥰💖

I am tired. I'm so fucking tired man. These finals will be the end of me. The more they get closer the more I feel like I know jack shit of the required material. My tests' grades thankfully surpass the halfway point but I don't know if that luck will carry over when it matters. This year has been a nonstop stress train with scarce rays of sunshine. My lover, friends and my desire to write are what's kept me trying all this time but I don't know if it'll be worth it in the end because my efforts hardly seem to matter. I can't wait for this to be over, be it with failure or success I just want this to end.

I am... So tired.

I pour my heart into words and paper, dip thoughts in ink and spill them on pixels. I write love letters to you: dear love, how are you today? You'll never read them, I guess, or maybe fate will spin her wheel and chance will throw her dice for us, and you'll stumble upon these lonely words amidst the web of discourse and dissent; I hope you'll stay awhile, in this pocket of love. Though I suppose, even if you were to stumble upon my humble corner, you would never know these words were for you. But that's okay. After all, letters to the unknown have always been my style.
