Okay so, I think it's very likely that after Stede and Ed have had their first reunion they're gonna be separated again soon after. Probably because Ed's gonna be like "I'm totally over you actually and don't wanna see your stupid face ever again" and run away from Stede just because of how absolutely tooooootally over him he is, right? So Stede will probably be aboard the Revenge while Ed is elsewhere having his Live Laugh Love spiritual journey of Finding Himself and all that.

Now imagine Stede all bummed out because he's just having the full realisation of exactly how much he hurt Ed, and there's no hope, he absolutely blew it, Ed obviously wants nothing to do with him ever again! Despair! So he goes to mope to the Captain's quarters, wallows in the tragic state of them a bit while missing Ed terribly, and his eyes catch on a funky little skeleton dressed up all in black on a familiar spot on a particular shelf...

And he finds not only all of his auxiliary clothes intact, but also a nest in the middle of the room with two little figurines in it that have a very particular look to them!

Cue "Hello, Edward!" and "shipmates" and chasing Ed all over the place while Ed is like "who are you again?" and "I don't need you at all, look how I'm thriving all by myself and I definitely don't miss you, not even a little bit!", y'know, like a liar. And maybe they're having messy sex throughout all of this or maybe they're not, but either way, Stede knows! He knows! He saw the proof of Ed's heart carefully hidden away where only Stede could find it! He can fix this! He's gonna put his all into earning that trust back! Because he knows there's hope! ;U;

Now that I've found the connection between Laura Deramas and scammer amongsts/amongstss, as I said in the post, I'm now going to talk again about Laura and the scammer sheeyancjoje.

This is just additional proof that I think would help settle anyone's doubts regarding sheeyanc being another Laura Deramas scam, as user neechees has already made a well-detailed post about it, and explained it all better than I ever could, with relevant screenshots, comparisons, and even a map of Matina Town Square, and I really don't think that anyone who's read that post would still question its claims.

But on the video and subsequent posts she made on her short-lived new blog, Laura still strongly denied that she was in any way connected to sheeyanc. She was outraged at neechees and I for associating her name with sheeyancjoje, and claimed that "she had never even been to that place (referring to the photo of Matina Town Square that was sheeyanc's banner)" and that "Davao City is so big". She called me a liar and started demanding I show "the video I said that was hers" despite the fact that I hadn't mentioned any video of hers at this point aside from the apology video she posted herself:

So in the interest of countering Laura's claims and showing just how big of a liar she is, here is that video at last. Below it is sheeyanc's banner photo for comparison.

This video was posted by one Paul John Maquiling Daguan on Facebook on July 6, but it is no longer viewable on his profile now. Paul John is Laura Deramas' partner. The video looks to have been taken by Laura and Paul John's son (I have censored his face with an emoji), and as you can see, the place being shown outside the car is Matina Town Square. Not only that, but the angle and position from where it was shot is identical to the photo on sheeyanc's banner. Given the same white car on the corner the clouds and the coconut leaves at the upper right part of the frame, sheeyancjoje's banner pic could only have been taken at the same time and place where Laura's son took this video. It could be that their son was using either Paul John or Laura's phone, but either way is solid evidence that sheeyancjoje was Laura's account or at least ran by someone very close to her, as the photo could only have come from the same phone that was used to take her son's video.

(And before Laura tries to counter this with "someone is stalking me and copying what i post to make me look bad" which she is already trying to do in her post that I showed above, note that the photo could not have been a screenshot, given how it's zoomed out and clearer than what can be seen in the video. I also did not find this picture in any of their public posts on Facebook.)

AHDJEJTJ I'm honored!! I'm totally fine if you want to carry this convo on in dms, but otherwise I'll answer here.

If you have a particular drawing, I can be more specific, but for rendering it really depends on your style (a bit of a lame answer, I know 😭). In my case, I tend to render a bit like traditional painting? Usually I'd make sure to have a solid sketch first, then put flat colors (depending on how realistic it is, I'll actually make them a base tone instead -- a green usually) on a separate layer. After that, I'd start blocking in the colors + values on the same layer and keep building it up until I'm happy with it. I'll then paint in clothing on the same layer, hair on a separate one, and finally the bg (if there even Is one). However, I've started painting backgrounds first recently because it's much easier to draw to an established setting rather than create a setting from an established subject to me.

In the case of more stylized things, I'm a lot less experienced LMFAO. When I'm doing simpler pieces, it's the same steps: maybe base color -> flat colors -> lighting -> extra stuff (tonal shifts: blush, bruises, discoloration, etc) but with a lot less detail, and the lineart tends to be more prominent/exist. I generally do the same with clothes and other aspects.

What I highly suggest doing is finding styles you really like and even watching time lapses of their processes. Observing other art and better yet disecting it is really helpful. I also recommend playing around with brushes/texture, which are very important for visually enhancing a piece.
