Attention.

To start this off I am utterly terrible at communicating/socializing. Regardless of that I’m still going to take the time to write this out because it has come to my attention that there is A LOT of shit going down right now. 

A game like TSP is generally very basic with scattered points that- and I quote- HINT to other things within the game. It is the person interacting with the game making an idea from these hints. Hell you can even make up your own ideas and that’s NOT wrong! Now ask yourself, do you come to the same conclusion as another fandom member? The answer most likely is no. That DOESNT mean your answer is wrong, nor is the fandom member’s interpretation. We all see things differently, and that’s not a bad thing at all! What’s bad is going and actively shiting on another person for having a different interpretation from you. There’s a block button for a reason if you are that upset with the difference in ideas. Taking to words to make another human being feel terrible is NOT the answer.

I also see this brought up with different Stanley personalities, TK personalities, etc. We don’t get a full on picture from the game on these characters, but because of this think of the freedom we as people have to forge our own ideas. Appreciate the time others have taken to flesh out a character’s personality! Many on this platform have very interesting designs, names, and personalities for all the wonderful characters within TSP. No design is incorrect, no name is wrong- these ideas aren’t harmful. If anything I have been very inspired by all the art I’ve been seeing! Difference is a very positive thing!!! So many different ideas! Many interpretations that make me think ‘‘holy shit op you are a genius”! I just don’t understand how this difference is a reason for hate?? Respect everyone on here, there’s some really awesome people, some really awesome designs!!! And remember if you don’t like something that’s OK, just don’t go running and screaming to the person about it. Once again I’ll repeat- there’s a block button, a simple answer that doesn’t harm people.

Why is there a vehicle on track during wet conditions? The drivers can't see shit. It was there for all of them, they were all in danger. I can't believe he really thinks they actually have a romantic relationship! Sam does nothing to treat him as a romantic partner at all. She's super cold to him, and the only reason she agreed to that wedding is her fucking grandmother, and I really thought he knew that. Because Sam is not really hiding it from him, she spends as little time with him as possible.

And then! He is double rude. Using Jim's wedding party, and interrupting them to propose to Sam. They were talking to Mon about her catching the bouquet and he simply interrupted the mid-talk. Like, if Sam had caught the bouquet, it could even make sense, even if it was still rude. And not only that, but doing so in front of his family(?) and all her friends just to put pressure on her to say yes. It's a whole spectacle. I hate it.

Not to be snippy about the diet industry....... okay, yes to be snippy about the diet industry, I think that having a balance of sugary foods and fatty foods and protein-rich foods and nutrient-rich foods is very important. I'm sorry but you motherfuckers want me to eat the most ridiculous shit for every meal!

If I ate "superfoods" (read: colonialism-approved import foods) every single time I sat down to eat, yeah, I would be thinner. I would be thinner because I would be fucking dying! This idea that instead of eating a variety of things, you should eat One Single Healthy Thing that Keeps You Alive Forever is just blatantly idiotic. Sometimes a meal is going to be a fresh, tasty sandwich. Sometimes a meal is going to be a fatty, protein-rich steak dinner. Sometimes a meal is going to be a nutrient-complete stirfry from the nice restaurant down the street. Sometimes I'm going to eat peanut butter cups and applesauce and silly little granola bars because I'm Hungry and I want to keep myself comfortable and fed.

In what universe is that level of variety and comfort going to be replaced by eating the same quinoa/kale/acai salad and drinking a cup of coffee for every single meal?? Fuck you.
