I’m really gonna have to put some serious time into learning how to cook this year cause currently I only know how to make the whitest foods known to man which is. Not what I want to eat really most times but I’ve never cooked the kind of foods I want so it’s definitely going to take some time and effort to learn

#i need to learn how to make curry #and Thai green curry especially because she’s my bestie even though it fucks my stomach up so bad from the spice idc it’s the best #but also like. proper fried rice not the white people version my mom makes #and basil chicken #and kung pow chicken #i definitely will be living off of frozen dumplings though because I have a full ass schedule and won’t have that much time to cook #really just. a bunch of Indian foods #need to learn how to make paneer cause I crave it so often #thank god the city my school is in has good Asian/international grocery stores cause they will be my lifeline #i also want to learn how to make black pepper undon cause the bubble tea place in my hometown serves that and it’s soooo good #basically I just need to learn how to make foods that aren’t midwestern stapels lol #this post has been brought to you by me really craving Indian food at the unfortunate time of 11pm
