I sold off most of my G1 pony extras back in 2020, but I do still have some big bags of G3 to go through! I sold some, which I suspect were the more HTF choices (all-plastic Star Catcher, Dream Blue SLH etc) but there's lots of commons still to go through, LOL!

One of my goals this year is to get them sorted and sold but ... well, we will see if that happens, LOL!

Saw this going around a while ago, thought i'd dig it up again 💕 1. Probably G1 Sweet Suds, she was the pony that started it all for me :) 2. Maybe like the big g4 princess ones or g3.5 sweetie belle 3. G1! Wish I was alive in the 80's to enjoy them new 4. G3.5, idk just doesn't do it for me 5. I actually didn't care much for them growing up, but me & my sister did have a g3 pinky pie baby plush 6. Probably around 200? 7. Well I recently got a lot of ponies with crumpet in mint condition for $30, but my aunt bought it, so if that doesn't count I also found around 20 ponies & accessories for $20, and a few HTF were included 💕 8. // So, I was out Thrifting today and found a large Pony, he looks like a G1 Pony, only bigger, about a foot tall. I almost missed his copyright markings, but his foot says 1981 Hasbro. He's brown with a white circle where a MLP's cutie mark would be, and he has a mechanism that makes him wink and wiggle his ears when you pull a lever on his chin. Oh, and a cowboy hat. He was only 2 dollars, so I got him. I was wondering if you could tell me anything about him? Is he a MLP, or something else?

Hello! I think I just saw your comment on Oak23′s post, but I’ll copy my reply here so you’ll be sure to see it! (Unless we have two people thrifting Pretty Ponies, LOL!)

He is definitely a MLP! Specifically, he’s My Pretty Pony, and he was the precursor to the much smaller, softer-plastic My Little Ponies! I wouldn’t say they’re super hard to find, but they are definitely uncommon, with the peach/pink version being harder to track down! But you sound like you have a variant, so who KNOWS what the rarity for him might be?!

I don't know a lot about My Pretty Pony!! But I looked her up on the wiki and I don't see any white spots there either!

HOWEVER, I went and did a little searching, and the user "ValeofSpring" on the MLPArena in the year of 2012 (!!!) commented in a thread about her, saying that the version of Pretty Pony that came with a 'baby pony' (FF Butterscotch) had a white patch on her rump, and came out in 1983! Another user disputes it, but the white patch vs. no white patch sounds like it might be a reissue type difference, to me. The box for Pretty Pony with baby has the same pony on the front (no spot), but as we all know, the pony prototypes they use for photos are often VASTLY different than the pony you receive! :P So my guess would be a second wave reissure, most likely! Which, IMO, would make her more HTF? All of the photos I'm seeing here are without the spot, so maybe she's harder to find!! Great find, either way! :D
