#i'm really feeling some type of way about my job rn#which fuckin sucks cause overall i really like working here#it's a great team and my tasks are pretty straightforward#but man they said they were hoping to make me full time 3 months ago#and i get it there's budgeting and stuff but now i'm hearing they're hiring more staff?#i dunno man it feels pretty sour especially cause i make So much less an hour than the other positions#which are positions i've been trained in and cover for on top of the other stuff i do#hrnnmmm and i keep getting “in trouble” for things i either didn't have info on or didn't do i'm eugh#i don't want to keep leaving jobs i really want to keep this one but i can't if staying here isn't g#isn't helping me ya know#it's frustrating cause i am literally itching to work i just want to not given clear instruction and not be treated like a child#anyway i dunno what to do about it but if I cant at least get more hours i'll have to start looking elsewhere#e-floetry#rant time
