Hondir met Liliana! He last saw her twelve years ago in the Yios Seminary!

She was a part of the study on Ruidus-born, and the number had been growing over time. There are rare Ruidus-born that exemplify a stronger connection to the moon.

Liliana could see beyond her eyes and affect the world in incredible ways. She went to Yios to be a part of the study.

And it seems she’s passed some of them to Imogen.

Campaign 3 episode 29

I’ve seen some recent posts after last night’s episode that Will was part of the Grim Verity, and he was the target of the shadow assassins instead of Keyleth. While I agree 100% that the target was not Keyleth, there’s something I’ve noted that would be a wee bit fucked up if Will was a member of the Grim Verity.

From what we know the Grim Verity operate under the knowledge that something is wrong with Ruidis, that it’s a bad moon. But Will’s nickname for Orym was Little Moon, and they (or at least Orym) have tattoos of Ruidis*. Why would Will have given his lover, his husband, the nickname of something he believed to be evil?

Don’t get me wrong, there is absolutely something fishy that happened six years ago with the attack on the Ashari. But I’m not certain we have as many pieces as we thought last night’s episode gave us.

*There is always the idea that the tattoos were done before Will learned about Ruidis and he just didn’t have the heart to tell his man their love language is associated with treachery

**But also I think I missed it being said the tattoo was done after Will died so that would make more sense with that. But even so, if Will knew moon was bad *why* would he call Orym his little moon.
