Does anybody ever think about how Homura's shield, while having infinite storage, is probably still affected by the time jumps she makes. So now consider, because all she has is her shield after all, all of the artilery she had, all the perfectly alligned rocket launchers, the grenades, the bazookas, and not just, but all the guns, all the ammo, everything she ever used, gone. She had to go back and gather every single thing, every bullet, every pistol, everything from scratch, and yet she fails time and time again. This 14 year old CHILD, had to skim the entirety of every single nearing military base and police station, raid it completely all by herself, goodness knows how hard it might've been, for OVER A DECADE - and yet, she fails. After all the struggle and strain, all the walking, the time stops and jumps, Homura doesn't achieve anything until Madoka sacrifices herself, until Rebellion and swapping places, claiming role as the Devil herself.

I know I don't talk much about her (mostly because I don't feel knowledgeable enough without doing all routes and like... I'm not touching fandom with a 10 foot pole.) but like... Edelgard is giving Homura some stiff competition in being my favorite character of all time.
