I woke up at 2am I really need to fix my sleeping schedule
I kid u not the amount of cals u can ingest in the short period of few seconds is sickening
I messed up and without even realising it I ate around 300 cals
learned my lesson never entering the kitchen when half awake especially if they are eating in it
and idk whyyyyy does my mom cook a lot of oily shit it's not only gonna make u fat but also full of carcinogens at least use olive oil we are Mediterraneans our ancestors must be so disappointed
anyways I'm planing to add more things to daily workout bcs I messed up so bad usually I do le sserafime workout but I go low on the burpees cuz it kills me and add some movements with a hit workout or a cardio following the icon shyrlin Kim but I think I'm gonna do some pilates I used to do them and they really do miracles idk why I stopped I'm really stupid

Literally had no idea hip dips were something people considered a flaw to be insecure about until I heard a dancer say she gets filler in hers.
I just never noticed them before, didn’t even know they were called hip dips.
