I wonder if the Supreme Court Of the United States ever considered the ramifications of trauma that a forced birth could cause? Especially to a little girl who should be a child, but instead is being forced to co-parent with her rapist uncle/brother/father/cousin/grandpa.. or the fact that birth is literally trauma because of the intense pain that comes with pushing a child from the vagina or an emergency c-section? Or the trauma or a miscarriage or stillbirth? Those didn’t happen on purpose. DID THEY FUCKING THINK OF THAT?!

In case anyone is confused about the definition of life here it is. A fetus that can not sustain life outside of the mother's womb on its own (with or without medical attention) can NOT be classified as a baby. A baby is a human being. A human being requires life and therefore without it is not technically a human being.

If I had not had an abortion at 12 weeks when my, VERY wanted, fetus passed away I would be dead today leaving behind 3 LIVING children and a husband. Yes, I grieve heavily for my "baby" even after 3 years, but if I hadn't made that choice I would have left behind a lot more heartbreak and broken a lot of people.

A fetus is not yet a baby, there is a big difference. Yes there needs to be a limit in place, a cut off date (for babies who have not already passed, are not going to pass for any natural and known reason, or are not going to kill the mother), but I will always stand for the ability for someone to maintain their own bodily autonomy and their rights as a human being to their own life.

My body, My choice. Her body, Her choice.

Keep your bible out of my V*gina!
