My friends reality-check me all the time, and for an autistic traumatized person, it’s extremely invaluable.
The facts of where things stand right now: I know I’m sane and in touch with what’s going on (backed by my psychiatrist), I’m definitely not having withdrawal (and most medications I stopped are out of my system OR they don’t cause the symptoms I’m currently facing), I’m having very typical first-trimester symptoms including symptoms that aren’t typical for me when I’ve had endo or other pelvic floor flare-ups, I have PCOS and that messes up how long my cycle is, it is very possible that impregnation could have occurred even with the use of a condom, and I don’t have clinical proof yet (but I have appointments and a plan in place to get the proof). Even if I’m not pregnant, I’m going through something and I deserve support and understanding.
And yeah I’m having anxiety.
Despite what my ex is doing, I don’t feel emotionally supported during this time. I just don’t.
And I am literally living my potential pregnancy symptoms.
It is incredibly difficult, and I’m in grief about it.
I do have friend support but it’s not the same.
The reality check from my friends is that I need to take care of myself and retract my energy from my ex, even if this is their baby (potential baby) too. They’re simply not taking it as seriously as I am, and we keep arguing.
So I’m going to try to heal from this emotional attachment and keep myself in check.
At least my bleeding is completely gone. I was worried I was going to miscarry :/ I think it was just spotting. My body is going through a lot and I have been overexerting myself.

Managing Obesity: Tips for a Healthier Lifestyle
Obesity is a major health problem affecting millions of people worldwide. This is a condition in which excess body fat builds up in the body, leading to a variety of health problems such as diabetes, heart disease, and certain types of cancer. It can be treated with medical intervention. This blog post will go into detail about different ways to treat obesity.
Diet
One of the most important factors in managing obesity is diet. A healthy and balanced diet is essential for maintaining a healthy weight. It is important to eat a variety of nutrient-dense foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and foods high in saturated and trans fats.
Exercise
Physical activity is also important in managing obesity. Exercise helps burn calories, improve muscle mass, and boost metabolism. It is recommended to aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. This can be achieved through activities such as brisk walking, cycling, swimming, or strength training.
Behavioral changes
Making behavioral changes can also help manage obesity. This includes setting realistic goals, monitoring progress, and staying motivated. It is important to identify triggers for overeating and develop strategies to overcome them. Seeking support from friends and family, joining a support group, or consulting with a healthcare professional can also be helpful.
Medications
In some cases, medications may be prescribed to manage obesity. These medications work by reducing appetite, blocking the absorption of fat, or increasing feelings of fullness. However, medications should always be used in combination with diet and exercise.
Surgery
For those with severe obesity, surgery may be an option. Bariatric surgery is a type of surgery that can help reduce weight and improve overall health. This surgery involves reducing the size of the stomach or bypassing a portion of the small intestine to limit the amount of food that can be consumed.
Summary
obesity is a serious health condition that can be managed with the right lifestyle changes and medical interventions. A healthy diet, regular exercise, behavioral changes, and medical treatments can all help manage obesity and improve overall health. It is important to seek support from healthcare professionals and loved ones to ensure long-term success in managing obesity.

im going to commit a violence
#my mom has covid and she’s had covid for like a week now and i just texted her asking how she was doing and she said she still doesnt feel#well and her chest has been hurting. she said she tried to go to her doctor but when she said she had chest pain her doctor told her to go#to the hospital. naturally she’s not doing that and said she’s just going to ‘wait until it goes away’#and then she said she would see me saturday for my brother’s birthday dinner which we were planning to have in a public restaurant. so if#my mom is planning on showing up to a public restaurant still sick with covid then i am not going to fucking be there like sorry to my#brother but we can hang out another time. anyway i am just so fucking pissed off that ppl treat covid like this#last weekend my mom considered bringing my sister with multiple health issues home from her group home for the weekend like normal. except#she fucking has covid. and she was still thinking of doing this#like why would you fucking do that what if my sister got covid what if she brought it back to the entire group home of individuals with#health complications#she didnt actually bring her home but its the same principle going into a public space. what about the people there will health issues or#who have relatives and friends with health issues#im going to call my brother and tell him im not going if our mom is and i told our sister about it too so im sure my mom will get pissy at#me about it but i’d rather deal with her being irritating than having covid so#sam speaks

Today, I discovered that Louis has a bump under his chin, on the left side of his neck. He's been healthy, but I still got worried.
One of our previous guinea pigs, Milo, got a bump back then and he died sometime later, even when we took him to vet and treated him. So I'm scared that Louis will die...
I asked mom if we could take him to vet, but she said that he's already so old (8 years) that it doesn't matter, as elderly guinea pigs get health complications. She also mentioned Milo, and how he had died years ago. I just felt awful, but I can't do anything.
He seems happy, always purring and lying down when I hold him. But I still hope he won't leave us so soon, I love him so much. I wish I could be there when he eventually has to go, I felt beyond horrible back when his brother Noki died and I was in other city...
Having pets is wonderful, but watching them go breaks my heart.

We were so close to smoking not being cool anymore. We were so close. Then they flavored it mango and now it's taboo to criticize it anymore. People don't ask if they're allowed to vape indoors, they aren't considerate of people who may have health problems that are triggered by the chemicals or if it just bothers them, people don't care that they're supporting an industry built on corruption and greed, they can't see it draining their pockets and much less their health. We were so close to smoking not being cool anymore.
