i just think ... evelyn's power being entirely technology - based , being made possible by the era of digital record - keeping . she can put someone on national no - fly lists , give someone a criminal record or put a false warrant out on them . she can delve into personal records & blackmail you within an inch of your life , making sure your only option is to cooperate . she has multiple high - ranking officers & politicians under her thumb with the promise of mutual satisfaction , whether it's via blackmail or simply preying on their money - hungry nature .
& also , marvel / dc ! supervillain evelyn having an incredibly honed privately manufactured artificial intelligence that's been embedded into an array of armed drones , capable of interfering with police radio frequencies - taking facial recognition ID's - & giving override commands to certain other systems . the key to her servers was broken into two necessary components , evelyn carrying one part in her old engagement ring , which she never takes off ... the second buried deep in the genesis building . as long as she has her ring , she's capable of executing commands to the server .

A casual reminder/saying it outright, but Gortash (specifically mine) has never directly killed someone himself-- he has ordered deaths, tortured someone to later have them succumb to wounds, poisoned someone slowly to let them die from the poison related illness, and even convinced a couple to go into the sewers to die by th Bhaalists-- heck he may be in a couple suicide notes, he is horrible enough. But he has never taken a blade to someone himself, never shot his crossbow to kill. So that could be fun

Whenever Prue talks about Cole, she gets super sad. She knows he was 'evil', she's been told about it in an age appropriate manner her entire laugh, she's been judged for it by her magical peers, but she still wishes she'd gotten a chance to know him. This also effects her relationship with Coop because even though he tries to be a father to her, she resents the fact her sisters get their dad and that he's good. She resents the fact that Cole was never accepted in the same way.

General
-A lot of the lore for this blog (and the ones connected to it) is still the same. Just, like, in general.
-D.I.C.E. is p much the same! Any changes are mostly to the individual characters themselves.
-Sakako is also still here! And all of her class! Yay!
-Katsuo is also still here. sorry
-verse-wise, things are also mostly the same, except for the killing game verse. this one is being split into two: one where kokichi is alone in the killing game, and one where sakako is also in the killing game. the former will be majorly canon-compliant (barring any personally-made divergences w/ other people), while the latter is obviously going to be different. i will not specify how, yet. its Secret :3c
-relationships with muses previously established (yknow. with whoever's still active dfghkbdf) are still blog canon! unless u specifically come to me saying "hey wanna fully reset and see how they develop this time"
Kokichi

-for the newcomers: Sakako Ouma is an OC of mine, who is kokichi's elder sister and right hand, partially made bc of that whole "wait kokichi's motive video said 10 subordinates but there were 9 in the pic what gives" thing people often bring up, partly bc i wanted to give him someone who genuinely cares abt him out of spite towards canon fghdkfbg Class 75, meanwhile, is, obviously, sakako's own class. as the number suggests, they're third years (same grade and general age as the SDR2 cast)
-so is their story! 'The Killer Rink' is still being worked on! idk when it'll properly happen, but on god its gonna!!
-i'll eventually make a post for this on that blog, so keep an eye out for that
Katsuo
-i'm so sorry i need to talk abt him. christ. i hate him so much
-anyway. he's still here. he's an asshole. he (and his main lackeys) also has his own blog so yall won't rly need to deal w/ him on this one thank god
-again for newcomers: Katsuo Ouma is another kokichi sibling OC, except he's. well. Not A Good Person At All. inspired by a few lines from one of kokichi's FTEs.
-on a more specific note, katsuo is now sakako's twin brother, rather than kokichi's. i just think it makes sense for him to be a bit older.
-kokichi's still scared to death of him. doesn't wanna talk or think abt him Ever. very much a "will not talk abt to your muse unless he trusts them with his LIFE" topic. if he doesn't want to tell your muse abt him, he'll repeatedly avoid the topic, and lie his way out of escaping the conversation entirely if they keep pushing it.
-the biggest one: when i was still active, i regularly brought up a 'confrontation' that happened between kokichi and katsuo a little while back, that ended.....not so great. this confrontation still happened, but did not end the way it previously did, though it came very close. sakako managed to realize something was up, broke in and saved kokichi (and also punched katsuo in the face and broke his nose. queen shit)
kokichi is still heavily traumatized by this, though, considering what almost happened. even if he trusts you enough to talk abt katsuo, he won't bring up this specific event unless something prompts it specifically. trying to push him here will result in him just. leaving. and probably avoiding your muse for a while. Don't.

[[ bunch of random Neo headcanons & some other random stuff for him that i’ve been sitting on for a while. these are under a r/m just bcuz I’m gonna be rambling a bit... i got Neo Metal Sonic on Da Brain
There are absolutely tells to his ‘disguises’ whenever he’s transformed himself into someone else (usually for deceptive purposes); whilst Neo can copy lifeform data, this does not extend to their personalities & memories, meaning often times, his mannerisms will be different to the person he’s shapeshifted into, & he might not be able to answer anywhere near as many questions as the ‘original’ will.
In addition to the last point, another pretty easy way to tell if you can get close enough is... Try lifting him up. Yeah, its stupid, and easily foiled (he doesn’t like being touched), but obviously, Neo is a robot, & a heavily armed one at that. Whilst he has the abilities to be very quick & nimble, as per his abilities... He’s NOT light, whatsoever. Just drop him into a body of water and he’ll sink. (...Don’t do that because when he inevitably climbs out he will certainly kill you)
Neo does not have to be in direct contact with someone to trace/copy their lifeform data (as per Sonic Heroes). There is a sort of perimetre/limit to how far he can copy someone from, though. Copied lifeform data entails; ability to copy someone’s appearance via shapeshifting (like he does with both Sonic & Eggman) & the ability to copy more or less all of their abilities (to reference Heroes again, he’s able to use Chaos Control multiple times during the Overlord fight which is something exclusive to Shadow in the games iirc? I’m gonna assume he can do it in Neo form as well, though I’m pretty sure it does require an emerald which. right now he doesn’t have, lol).
All of the expressions he makes on his visor are entirely conscious decisions. If he doesn’t like you, chances are, he’s going to keep that dead stare & will very rarely emote at all. But if he does, he will make an effort to ‘express’ more in his face (or, well, just the eyes), specifically around organic companions. He understands that emotional tells are more important to organics than to other machines.
Speaking of machines! Neo is far more likely to get off on the right foot with other robots. He’s far, far more conversational with other robots- even enemy ones. He also talks to robots that can’t respond verbally to him (i.e they don’t have a voice chip, or something else)- but that may just be because he likes the sound of his own voice. He does just tend to be more friendly immediately.
He’s currently trying to get one of the Metal Sonic’s that were left behind at the Mystic Ruin’s Eggbase (Final Egg; Neo’s current active location) to become functional again. The other Metal Sonic model is missing, & its pod is smashed; its assumed it was probably stolen before he had arrived there, or may have regained power itself and broke out. Neo doesn’t know, and hasn’t bothered tracking it down. (The Metal Sonic in question; it appears to be part of the Silver Sonic line or maybe a prototype...? idk I haven’t played SA1 in literal years but I am tempted to do something with this)
Also. Neo wants a chao. Neo wants a chao because I want him to have one. No, but for real, he wants one to study. They’re decendants of Chaos after all! Although he stole Chocola & Froggy, one being a descendant of Chaos, and the other having direct contact with them, he thinks there may be more information to gather from them... So. He wants one!
Neo’s base form (which is just normal Metal Sonic) is often only activated upon low charge. Although Neo can go weeks without requiring to recharge, this can also be forcefully activated if he’s sustained significant amounts of damage. It’s a sort of safety killswitch to protect himself and give him enough power to escape a dangerous situation.
Neo, in his current state, is also nowhere near as powerful as his peak. He does talk hot shit, for real. He’s certainly stronger than regular Metal Sonic, but is very much more defeatable than ever & it is something he is keenly aware of. Without direct contact to the Doctor, its a struggle to repair himself. He takes advantage of his stature & reputation to intimidate others out of trying to fight him, and often times he’ll only strike as a warning shot... That is not to say he should be fucked with. He’s very much capable of winning a fight. But he doesn’t go out of his way to do so.
...... Also just found out via Neo’s Sonic wiki page that he also has lightning powers??? Which I initially assumed he didn’t have/had to get it from some kind of source. So. I guess he’s an electrokinesis user too? Idk? Will think about this one a bit more bcuz it kinda took me out of left field HFDJKH

despite Walburga having died when Eris was only five, the woman made sure her granddaughter would get an extensive education. Eris was to be trained in literature, piano/singing/violin, dancing (both ballet and your typical waltz/foxtrot), her handwriting corrected until it was perfect, books were used to help her posture, she was trained in multiple languages- though only three stuck with her ( she can manage to read latin though ), she learned arithmancy, astronomy, some easy potions. She also had a tutor to help her learn her duties as head of her house. Its sufficient to say that she was well studied by the time her hogwarts letter came- not that she ever stopped looking for more knowledge, eris always wanted to understand how things worked, and that more studying never hurt anyone.

I will write something more extensive on this but Viserra’s default relationship is with Cregan Stark- for me it makes sense to completely secure their alliance with the North beyond the relationship Cregan has with Jace, and what better way to secure that alliance, and the soldiers, than through marriage? As we’ve seen in book and show many times

Thinking about how Pure is often rejected from magical society as a whole. The Elders look at her with scorn and even suggest to Phoebe she binds her powers. She was banned from magic school and then when Phoebe finally made them relent, she was bullied relentlessly for being a demon-witch hybrid and kicked out a few short days later for a ridiculous reason, any they could make up. Her safe haven is the Halliwell manor with her family. They never judge her for who she is or think for even a second she might turn into her father, however, she still feels like there's a distance between them she can't quite bridge; which mostly stems from her own insecurities since none of her siblings or cousins are like her.
In a way when future Wyatt ends up being evil, she's just relieved it's not her, that she hasn't lived up to what people thought she'd be. Though it should be noted she fights just as hard as Chris and Mel and everyone else to get the Wyatt they all know and love back and to change the future.

up until they found out about each other (at school!! through Frankie and not their parents!!) Holt and Jackson both knew of a nebulous "spare room / storage room" at the end of the hall that they were discouraged from going into / being interested in. If you asked them which end of the hall, they'd say opposite ends cause they had their own rooms. After they became aware of each other they definitely each snooped in the others room.
