A strange little owl dropped by outside your front door, snaking upwards with a swoop of his wings. You curiously open the door to greet the fellow, and suddenly see me running towards ya, panting a bit as I seemed to have been chasing the owl. Reaching the area, I’d lean against the house walls. “Woo!….Seems like….Penn……already likes ya!” I’d smile, fixing my composure. “Now, let me properly introduce them. This is Penn, your tickle monster! Though he’s a bit on the small side, about the same size of your head maybe, I bet the Hosti would certainly be flustered and full of giggles by the time Mr. Penn here shall start his attack~. Now since he can’t talk, I’ll explain what his features are.” “You see, Penn, being an owl, has many little perks to him. Strange ones indeed. And, with a special notice from Robbie, your particularly have a bad case of ticklishness with feathers. Of course Tickle Companions Inc. has to incorporate that!” The owl flew over to you, pecking at your neck as you fell in a state of some chuckles. I’d continue on, watching with a smile as the owl had been affectionate the day he was made. “Listing them out:” “1. Penn here, as you are feeling right now, has a beak that can gladly be used to peck and tickle. Surprisingly, it’s very effective, especially when the fangs and tongue come into play. He has a little tiny tongue that tickles like hell, i promise ya, and could gladly nibble and lick over your collarbone as you squirm in ticklish delight.” “2. Similar to another tickle monster I have made, Penn is a blind owl. So expect tons of tickles from him! He uses your laughter as a GPS. Be prepared to laugh out loud in public too, he’s merciless when he needs his GPA.” “3. He has two fluffy little owl ears along with a feather in one ear. Those fluffy ears are certainly the trouble making things. While he nibbles and pecks at your neck, his ears can flap by the sides of your neck, as the feather swirls down the back of your neck. Hope your ready for neck tickles at anytime~!” “4. His scarf. His scarf is a deadly weapon in tickles. Able to wrap around one’s arms to restrain and tickle at the same time, he uses it commonly. Penn’s scarf is basically a feather on its own. It can be used to wiggle and tickle your pits or dig and swirl into the giggle button of a tummy navel.” “5. You see, these wings are not ordinary. They are arranged in an order that the lightest color of a feathery wing is the most gentle and least tickle tool (through still can deliver a giggle mess), and the darkest color is the most merciless and best tickle tool. He’ll tickle you with one of them depending on his mood. And someday, maybe use all of them~” “6. His coat is closed for a reason, sir! Being made of a feathery material itself, the coat holds two strange things: one, it can hold many feathers within the coat..and the second one is a mouth! He basically has a mouth on his tummy. And the mouth has way bigger fangs then Penn, and a tongue of feathers.. be weary of the coat..” “7. Finally, his stick legs. Sure, good for scratching and skittering down the sides and drilling into the hips, they can be used for quite the evil way. Each paw on his stick feet contains a bit of a inky material. It leaves a light mark if the owl were to run on your tummy. But it can tickle. So very much tickle. These ink blobs the Owl has given ya? They can indeed vibrate. And they feel like fingers and feathers rolled into one: like a finger with a nail of a feather…how evil..” “Whoop! That was a large one! Ah, I’m sorry, but I didn’t mean to make you blush so much~..but I can see the owl is acquainted with you now. You both shall develop such a cute relationship with each other! Full of tickles and little teases..maybe I’ll add a chip to his leg so I could tease into a microphone and it sends it back out to you~! I bet that would be fun, hmm~? Well, dear, I’d better go..Penn is getting very hungry..” “You wouldn’t mind feeding him for the rest of your life, will ya~?” Hehe, hope you enjoy Penn~!
