I don't know what brought it to mind, but I got to thinking about Han's hilarious expression when Leia tells him that she loves Luke because he's her brother, and we all know exactly why he's so "lol what" until he decides to roll with it.

I do really enjoy that he's allowed to have this response that doesn't minimize how absolutely batshit this reveal would be for anyone actually involved in the situation, despite it working conveniently to wrap things up in the narrative.

I also enjoy that after he processes the shock of Luke and Leia being siblings and Leia knowing about this (with zero explanation of how long she's known about it at that point), he's like ... eh, whatever, this is awesome actually.

#also thank you every major vpn company for leaving russia you sure are helping #the world's reaction to this war has always been extremely infuriating and depressing #politics are specifically supposed to affect and weaken the government #yet it becomes mainstream and now the iron walls are built from the outside for the citizens too #like we didn't have enough of them inside #all the russian-blocking is only helping the government and further crushing the free media #for example the new and trendy anti-ad law for the foreign agents #spoiler - foreign agent is a legal repression term for the people with actual moral and ethical backbone #the youtube channels of these foreign agents have millions subscribers each #yet the youtube turned off pay from the russian viewers so these channels don't get anything out of their audience #and now their advertisement options are severely limited by the new law #these channels can only depend on the financial support of russians Outside of this godforsaken country #which as you can guess is not much #and again you likely require a vpn to access most of the independent media and vpn companies competent enough to evade #the government site blockade have stopped supporting their services here #and all of this only furthers the feeling of isolation and 'dangerous world out to get us' which builds the support for the current #regime out of fear of the world which is how we all landed in this horrible situation in the first place #i did not expect to type a rant this big just from a single popup message yet here we are #russia

Sorely tempted to use ao3's source code to create a website for recipes.

The fandom category can be turned into types of food such as 'Cake' 'Soup' 'Pizza', the tags would have fields for ingredients and cookware. Maybe also a field for how many servings it makes and how long it takes to make

The warnings could be used to note if it contains peanuts or other common allergens and the rating can be easily turned into how difficult the poster thinks it is to make.

A rule for posting would be that the recipe section should contain only the recipe, no anecdotes involved, but then the notes would provide a space for people to share stories about the food or to give cooking tips.

#warnings could be peanuts milk pork and probably some others I haven't thought of yet #Oh alcohol. it would be nice to have a warning for alcohol #Maybe also gluten #There wouldn't be an option to have multiple chapters. IT'S ALL PLAYLISTS PUT TOGETHER USING THE FUCKIN' PLAYLIST FUNCTION AND MY BRAIN WON'T LET ME TRY THOSE OUT FOR SOME ARBITRARY REASON

please for the love of god i want to listen to punk country music. i've secretly always loved the way that country music sounds but the lyrics are just so terrible so often that i've stayed away from it for the sake of my sanity

but punk as a genre has never failed me so COWPUNK, which is the punk subgenre in country music, should be fucking amazing. but there's like 5 playlists and brain is too scaredys to look at them. screaming crying throwing up taking my brain out and picking it apart with tweezers until i can figure out why those aren't good enough so i can problem solve
