oh my god
i just realized
that the human equivalent of a dog wagging its tail
is hand flapping

If you're a late diagnosed autistic and haven't tried hand flapping to regulate yourself when you get overwhelmed I highly recommend giving it a go. Be careful not to strain your wrists but give those mits a good waggle. It soothes the soul. I'm 25 and just started trying it a few weeks ago and I've been super happy with the results

ART added humanoid movements inspired by its favorite people to its 'humanoid' body's repertoire, and now when it infodumps to Murderbot it can flap its hands and express itself with a multitude of fun gestures! Murderbot is a really good listener to its best friend Mutual Administrative Assistant.
Close-up!

✨️Autistic Glimmer of the Day✨️
Got new fidgets & my over ear hearing protection, ahhhhhh!!!!
I mostly use all variations of loops, but I like the pressure of over-ears & I didn't want to only use my over-ear-headphones.
And I wanted to double the protection of using Loop quiet & these over-ear protectors.
I can't stand the sounds of computers & sometimes I have to endure it & it's painful & causing migraines.
I even hear it when I wear my headphones & the Loop quiet.
