So as you’ve noticed I’ve been missing for a long time. I got a lateral release surgery done to my right knee and afterwards my leg atrophied. I’ve spent the better part of 2.5 years working on rebuilding my strength. I’m at about 80% now.
The goal was to get good enough to test for my fourth degree, and that was achieved last month! So now it’s to keep working on the strength and hopefully get into the competitive sphere again :)

I have not started the year very active on here, I am trying to reduce the use of social networks (mobile phone in general) and although I read your posts from time to time I am not very inspired to post, but this being a blog dedicated to physical exercise and healthy living, here’s a fitness post.
I am finding it difficult to achieve the gym consistency, even so I have trained at least 2 times a week since NY, this has been 3. The objective is to increase the load of the exercises and the frequency of the workouts to be able to return to 4 or 5 workouts weekly, always making sure not to overtrain the body.
