Aw, thank you so much, anon! I’m doing my best to channel as much wholesome energy into this project as I can (at least for now, hehe).
As for Meta’s scar, well… I can’t say too much at the moment (got some plans for a bigger piece to explain it in full in the future, and I need to establish a few more characters and scenes first... so many ideas, so little time, y'know), but I can give this little tidbit:
He got it on the day he first arrived on Popstar, not long before he met his new friends…

Old art! This is from 2020 and was meant to be Green Greens in the middle of winter. I found it while looking through old drawings for inspiration and I remember I really enjoyed drawing it. I normally struggle with backgrounds, but now I kind of want to try drawing some more Kirby locations at some point.

I made a Kirby boss theme that's a remix of Gourmet Race played in reverse with a little bit of Green Greens in reverse at the very end.
The idea behind this is basically Kirby lost control of their power and turned all Void-like. I chose Gourmet Race (and Green Greens) because they are Kirby classics that are the closest to a theme for Kirby I could find. The backwards part is because Kirby being mean is the opposite of how Kirby normally is (also the reverse honestly sounds cool). I then used some distorted sounding instruments to make it sound even more "wrong".
