Parking Latte Coffeetruck
I tried Kqhartx challenge in building a foodtruck. Thankfully, they gave us a lot of freedom in this challenge including using CC and changing walls if needed. I've been thinking about building a foodtruck for a long time now, so when I saw this challenge I was like "HELL YES, I'M DOING IT". And here we are.
20x15 lot
Was saved as residential but you can easily convert it into a coffeeshop.
Playtested with bb.moveobjects turned on
CC is partly included, another part must be downloaded manually through CC-list
Deco sims were not saved with the build (frozen people are by @starrysimsie @lazysimmie and others)
Required DLC:
You will also need Get Together EP for this to work as coffeeshop especially since some of CC objects require this DLC.

G A M E P L A Y
Rose gets accepted into Britechester and has a private tour of the campus with her bestfriends. (Lot details can be found HERE)
A very energic and charismatic Marisa welcomed the girls to a territory that she had known like the back of her hand.
"Welcome to the University of Britechester! If I catch you wandering off during our walkthrough, there will be a STEEP price to pay..."
"Here goes the Pub of Britechester. Though Savannah had used their bathroom to change into something more comfortable, you all are not allowed inside.
However, once you become young adults come back! The prices are always reasonable as long as you have your student id!"
"This is THEE best restaurant that Britechester has to offer! It's called 'The Orangery' and was built by the talented architect GordanJohnson (EA ID) some years ago.
The atmosphere is surreal as you enter and are captured by its unique design."
"Here are two of the campuses historic landmarks. Aren't they magnificent?! To the left is the 'Livin' Rum Townhouse' and to the right the 'Spring Steppe Townhouse'. (EA ID: Hey_Harrie)
Make sure to not loiter in this area or you will be placed on academic probation."
"The renowned 'Poets Street' is what replaced our old home. We may not have it to come back and reminisce in front of but BojanaSimsYT (EA ID) did such an astonishing job that we went with her for the new house!
I hear that a café is still in the works on the first floor..."
Minzy, Rose's mom, ended up calling during the tour, autonomously. So, they all stopped in front of the sports stadium so that they could talk.
"I think I hear a debate going on. Lets go over and check it out once you get off of the phone! Tell your mom I said hey and we need a minty fresh club gathering soon!"
(The debate was ending by the time that they all walked over to the center)
"Well maybe next?!
If you girls could look ALL the way up to both your lefts and to your rights, you can see the two official dormitory spaces. Those twins are called 'Britechester Penthouse' and also built by Hey_Harrie (EA ID).
I'll leave that for when you all move in!"
"Our last stop is right over there... A building that you girls may spend endless hours inside of during your time pursuing those degrees, Darby's Den. This was built by the same architect as the Pub, Simstorian-ish. (lmao) She is the one that built up Oasis Springs."
"I will be stepping down from my position as an art scholar here. However, this does not mean to act reckless as my presence is no longer physically here.

so that is, I downloaded a beautiful beach lot (thanks to GordanJohnson the house is so colorful and amazing)to place it on Sulani island and move a household merged by Lily & Nancy with Luna & Morgan by sqacecamp
after made it a family with two single ladys so magically fell in love with each other with their two daughters teen Luna and Morgan and — with a lovely puppy
I try to make L & M made their relationship from best friends to stepsisters and lovers in the end but
with my laptop not being able to fluently running s4 with any creative lots that I have been downloaded while the screenshots broke out in the same time
I just failed to make the family through their very first day

Who said that it's too late for witch homes? And that it only suited for Halloween? No one here? I thought so :D
I, again, have renovated the Culpepper House, 18, and don't regret it. It has really unusual layout for me, not that unique one, but I've never done this place like this. As much as I love all Culpepper House apartmnets, this one feels like the one I can easily do. There's something special about it, I suppose :D

Sulani got me real hard so that I decided to give your sims a place to... do a lot of things on it, hehe. Also it was my try to understand my laptop’s possibilities to handle lots of objects. The only thing that started to lag with some time was TOOL mod during minimarket’s filling, haha.

The Sims: ah, no, it’s combined with boba shop
Anna: …
Anna: why?
I have absolutely nothing against boba, trust me, I loved it during my uni years (now some other drinks own my heart), but it would be better if thrift store and boba shop were different types of lot for me, heh. Maybe I think like this just because this boba shop was the most difficult part of the build for some reason
Also. This lot was supposed to be my first build with curved walls… But… BUT. As we all know, the Sims team doesn’t test new stuff properly before release, and we got BROKEN THING that cannot be used (and is still not fixed). Look up in the sky at the ceiling of stacked curved walls. Or don’t if you are afraid of getting nightmares :D

#95. Eco Pinecrest, 404
Part of #SimmersForTomorrowCollab
CC-free renovation of Pinecrest, 404 in Evergreen Harbor. It was my first time of creating something with eco flow... And it was also my first time of creating something not so cluttered as usual, haha. Soooo let's say that this one turned out as eco minimalistic ;)
I need to mention in advance that furnished balcony is available in whole save file only (save file will be linked after it's release).

Zen View, 701 has good potential of small apartment with great view (probably pretty zen-ish *badoom-tss*). I don't like second floor of this place so... we won't need it. Yes, you will get full one bedroom apartment for this place.
But, let's be honest, it will work with rectangular Chic Street apartment too but it will need couple of adjustments in hallway which can be easily fixed with TOOL mod :D

#96. Cyberpunk Quarter
Part of #SimmersForTomorrowCollab.
Ok, let's say that this one is more of a concept-art kind of build. Made for fun and to finally accomplish my goal to do something in cyberpunk style, hehe. I don't know if I really caught it but I tried my best for it to look like something that can be considered cyberpunk-ish. It totally works, I made it as nightclub but it can also work as karaoke bar.

Ok, here we are, in the new world called Moonwood Mill, world hidden in beautiful forest that is actually damaged already since, well, there was a mill. Thankfully, they don’t have forest industry working here anymore, but ruined patches of forest will need a lot of time to heal itself.
It’s such a beautiful world which I fell in love with at the first sight! I love forest locations (even if I wouldn’t be able to live there in real life because I’m a scaredy cat), and I got so inspired with this place that I couldn’t decide where to start to create, haha. But I started with small build which you can find HERE

Also it's the first time I've made a house with real attic (I mean room in the roof) and didn't hate it, haha. Yeah, the beef with doing rooms in roofs is going for reeeeeeeeal long time for me. The reason is simple. The lighting. For some reason rooms that were made in rooms have outdoor lighting, and when it has different type of lighting in different rooms, it doesn't look good for me.
But here... I don't know what happened but bedroom in this "real attic" looks like it must be here, and lighting is not disturbing.

Let’s be honest. I’ve always been team vampires, so I personally didn’t care much about werewolves. But! What I cared about is having more grungy, industrial, worn-out stuff. A week before this pack announcement I was thinking about building something dirty yet cozy but I knew that I wouldn’t achieve that look with just game objects… AND THEN BOOM! HERE, ANNA, WE MADE A PACK EXACTLY FOR THIS GOAL. The moment I saw the trailer I understood two things. First of all, if I’d care about werewolves, I would totally be in that pack who loves gardening. Secondly, I. LOVE. THESE. OBJECTS.
That’s how this build was born. Shabby, old, worn-out but… I absolutely adore how it turned out :3
Build objects - 9/10. 1 point minus is for Eco Living reused debug items. C’mon. But ROOFS and NEW STAIRS are just chef’s kiss.
World - 10/10. STOP WHINING ABOUT “SMALL AMOUNT OF LOTS”, IT’S GAME PACK, NOT EXPANSION PACK, Strangerville was an exception. Moonwood Mills is perfect for those who want to put their sims into woods but to really live in that forest, not just spend a week. Mods for living in Granite Falls never worked for me, and I don’t even need them anymore because NOW I HAVE PERFECT FOREST TO LIVE AT.
Cas - 6,5/10. Why men are always so excluded…
Werewolves and gameplay in general - meh/10. You cannot create your own packs, werewolves look like slightly modified hairy human beings coming from really bad breeders who has cut their tails (WHERE’S PETA, FOR GOD’S SAKE). I also expected tunnels to be more interesting (like caves, for example), but “hidden” location was meh and not even that hidden. The same as mountain one. It could’ve had at least 20x15 lot to have fun there… But it doesn’t ruin the world itself though. I didn’t expect much from werewolves, so “meh” is pretty good score :D

This post was made possible by EA Creators Network. Thanks to EA for providing the code but that situation that happened with this pack was absolutely unnecessary.
Ok. Let’s be honest. Everything that happened before the release took my excitement about this pack away. And I lost all of my motivation with The Sims if CC wasn’t involved. Sad but true.
Now to the pack review. It will be really small because I almost don’t have anything to say good. Because I was disappointed with this release. As for me, it feels almost useless for builders. Debug was good but it’s not enough. Decorations for weddings were good but I couldn’t get inspired to do something for weddings this time. And in regular builds it won’t be really useful.
CAS is gorgeous. But still... Not enough.
I haven’t tested gameplay yet (probably won’t even do it) because our software provided for Early Access wasn’t finished, and I don’t think I needed to review something unfinished and full of bugs to get even more negative opinion about this pack. I hope new patch really fixed everything.
Onto the build. It is a small square with restaurant, it’s owner’s apartmnet above it and 4 airbnb flats for tourists. Those are simple and not that special, so I decided not to demonstrate them.
