A CONFESSION UTTERED BETWEEN HITCHED BREATHS. How had the pair of them even reached this point? After all, he'd always supposed it was one of those boundaries that could never be crossed. The Doctor, a Time Lord - a literal alien, that little tidbit sometimes slipped his own mind; it didn't help that he was perfectly humanoid in appearance - and his companion, a human scientist from Earth, one whose talents might have been considered distinctly above average at home, but beyond? He was nothing. That had become obvious to him very quickly after he'd stepped aboard the TARDIS. The universe was an endless expanse of wonder - and yet, The Doctor had always been the first to make sure that he was special. Not just enough. Special. Important. Until now, he'd assumed that it was out of nothing more than a courtesy - a method of keeping him sufficiently grounded, if you will. As it turned out, there'd been more substance to his motives. Not that he was complaining. Quite the opposite.

INDEED, THERE WAS LITTLE ELSE HE COULD THINK ABOUT, GIVEN WHAT THE TIME LORD WAS DOING TO HIM. A nervous, yet evidently trained hand between his legs - such a fact was of no surprise to him, given the man's advanced age; he'd have been shamefully naive to assume that he was his first in anything, by any margin - stimulating that which was particularly sensitive. He himself did not boast the same experience, so he'd known from the outset that this shared moment together would be short-lived. Still, it felt good. Very good. Amazing, in fact. Amazing. That wasn't a word he used often. Hardly ever. He found himself biting his lip, subduing a vocal response to the pleasure that coursed his veins, though it was hardly difficult to see the effect it was having on him - his eyes fluttering closed, thighs tensing, fingers grasping the sheets and holding them tight.

A PLANNED SENTENCE THAT WAS SHORT-LIVED. His words were replaced with a breathless moan, limbs offering the faintest tremble as as both his stomach and the other man's hand were covered in the result of the latter's handiwork - pun not intended. For a moment, he could do nothing except breathe, his mind far too engulfed to offer much in the way of coherent thought. However, the fog began to clear, and he finally managed to regain his sights, glancing over at his counterpart with a desire-filled gaze - even if his voice did end up turning rather sheepish in tone.

We know he canonically uses "babe", but imagine Ariel calling you "sweetheart" or "princess" - just the most soppy, cutesy words possible.

The bonus is, he probably uses them both genuinely but also in a more patronising way depending on what you're doing together and his mood.
