So like you know when you’re so far gone in fandom that you start making up scenarios where someone like… idk notices your fandom themed shirt or like your keychain with a picture of your favorite ship or idk is nosey and sees your Home Screen… (stay with me) and so you start trying to come up with what you’d say because like… omg a mutual irl… but we don’t want to come off too strong… but we want to befriend them… but we don’t want to scare them… but we want to swap all the socials and share our fics and art and theories… but— but then it never happens so you just burnt brain energy for nothing.

Dear diary writing prompts: 2 - entry made on the best night of their life.
[ ✞ ] - ❝ 08-21-1998: I really had begun to believe that I wasn’t going to get the chance to see Bauhaus live in person. It was exactly how I pictured and hoped how their performance would be. The crowds all had been enjoying the music and were all dancing, despite the gloomy tune of some of the songs that were played. I could feel myself just focusing and dancing along with the music, losing myself to the strums of the guitar and deep tunes of the bass.
The best part, however, was being accompanied by my dear friend Nik and my sister, Viridian. Although they were not into the music as much as I, they really did their best to enjoy themselves and ensured that the whole event would be a memory, never to be forgotten. It shall be treasured forever.

What about Fairytale by Alexander Ryback and Sway by Michael Bublé? Cause every time I hear sway, I imagine them slow dancing, Aziraphale's head on Crowly's shoulder and Crowley's face in Azi's hair and them not having an inch between their bodies. On the other hand, Fairytale reminds me of their whole saga.
Also where does Mitski fall in your brainrot meter?
I chose to rate fairytale and i’m sorry…. Doctor’s orders: stay in bed and watch good omens because nothing is wrong with you except every song reminds you of gomens
My opinion on our beloved mitski is some of her songs are very gomens some of her songs are multi-blorbo

gomens s2 is the kind of narrative that i’d be at least concerned about if not deeply disappointed in and highly critical of if it was in good faith canon especially considering what preceded it but that i would eat up just absolutely devour if it was a multi chapter unfinished fanfic. luckily i went into this with so little respect for neilman that i am somehow able to approach what is literally in good faith canon as if it’s a multi chapter unfinished fanfic. and also we made neil make azcrow canon, so. that helps too

NAME OF MUSE(S): This blog is for Sonic only, I’m not really a multi-muse blog kinda person but I also have Otacon, Silver, Prompto and Beat on different blogs!
EXPERIENCE/HOW LONG (MONTHS / YEARS?): I’ve been doing this online roleplay thing for waaaayy too long, since around 2006 on obscure proboards forums lmao. I’ve been roleplaying on tumblr since 2010 after making the leap from livejournal! So around 16 years experience all together and 12 years experience on tumblr!
PLATFORMS YOU’VE USED: Forums, Livejournal, Dreamwidth, MSN, Skype, Discord, E-mail even... At one point I used facebook and twitter and those are rp platforms I do not recommend.
BEST EXPERIENCE: Greaterspeed!! There’s a reason I keep coming back to this doofus and it’s because I had so much fun writing him, and I still do! He’s changed a lot over the years but I have too, so I feel like I’ve really grown with him. He’s my dumbass blue hog stuck in 1999, I lov him!
RP PET PEEVES/DEALBREAKERS: Large spacing between letters/words. I’m dyslexic and formatting like that makes it super difficult for me too read! Small text isn’t too much of a deal breaker bc I can always zoom in, but man idc how pretty your post it, if I can’t read it then I’m outtie gomen!! I appreciate the aesthetics and the dedication to it though!
FLUFF, ANGST OR SMUT: I’m actually more of a domestic slice of life-y kinda person. That might fit under the category of fluff for some people, but it don’t gotta be fluffy. I like to write characters doing their daily, maybe that’s why I have Greater just chilling in Station Square so often. It’s fun, lets write your character joining Sonic as he buys mints for Tails!
Other than that though, I do like a bit of fluff and angst if the situation is right. Smut is a definite no from me though!
PLOTS OR MEMES: BOTH? BOTH IS GOOD. I’m always open for plotting, but sometimes how spontaneous memes can be just hits right! That’s usually when I slide in the DMs and start screeching to another mod about how this could go.
LONG OR SHORT REPLIES: BOTH TOO. It’s also kind of situational, like sometimes you just a need punch and a short reply is nice and punchy, other times you gotta map something out so a longer reply it is. As long as it’s substantial enough to reply to then we’re all good imo!!
BEST TIME TO WRITE: I write mainly in the evenings and night time! Sometimes I write during the day if I have a free day!
ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S): I like to think there’s a piece of us all in our characters, after all you generally draw from your own experiences when you interpret a story and it’s characters. I don’t think I’m really like Sonic in a lot of ways, but there are ways that I do identify with him, and the same goes for my other characters!
Also Sonic’s speech patterns definitely wore off on me over the years of writing him... ^^;

Hiiiiiiii, first of all: THANK YOU for providing the kind of multi-hour in-depth crying sessions that this show makes me so desperate to consume. ooh thanks for the post! i hadn't thought of "dine at the ritz" in 1967 to be a reference to the song at all but that does make sense, esp if the song is something they've been obliquely referencing in their relationship since 1941, and a scene in Season 3 could illuminate that. honestly, i don't rlly want to see a 1941 part 3 (would rather that stay for the fic writers, plus i'm wary of how retconning can sometimes change carefully-built character interpretations just for the sake of surprising the audience and don't rlly trust neilman much as a writer), but if it helps that line make more sense, that's a plus! plus i'd get to see crowley's embroidered tie <333 again

Summary:
Aziraphale has finally achieved his life long dream career: buying old rare books. Well, he also appraises and repairs them too. He’s recently moved to town (if 5 months is recent) where he’s settling into his newly relaxing life and meeting all sorts of characters (whenever he finally decides to step outside).
Crowley, also a new resident, has opened his own Flower Shop/Plant Nursery hybrid called Garden’s Edge. He’s escaped his past, is hopeful about the future for once, and is benignly amused by the exasperating book repairer who can’t, for the life of him it seems, manage to keep a single plant alive.
But not everything’s as it seems and they’re about to find out that you can’t always outrun your past. Some things have to be faced head on.
(A romcom with a plot that’s not just about the romance, though there’s plenty of that too.)
