John 17:20-21 (NASB). “I do not ask on behalf of these alone, but for those also who believe in Me through their word; that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me.”
“Parting Words: Jesus Prays for Us” —by In Touch Ministries:
“Before going to the cross, our Savior prayed for the disciples—and He included us too.”
“After washing His disciples’ feet and commissioning them to go out into the world—not as conquering kings but as loving servants—Jesus shared His intimate thoughts. He helped them see what this task would look like and the type of troubles they’d face. He helped the men understand what “kingdom of God” meant and why He must leave them for a while. He promised that while He was gone, the Comforter would be with them. And though Jesus said they’d certainly have trouble, He then encouraged them, for He had overcome the world.
Can you imagine sitting at that table, eating that dinner, and looking into Jesus’ eyes as He broke the bread, drank the wine, and shared from His heart?
Then, Jesus prayed one last time for His friends. And not only that—amazingly, He also prayed for all who would believe based on their word (John 17:20). Friend, that means you. That means everyone who’s trusted in Him—Jesus was praying for us, and we have His very words. What could be more precious?
On that terrible night—Jesus’ last night before dying—the one thing He asked was for us to remain unified. For us to be knit together in love so the entire world would recognize Jesus in us. It is a sacred invitation, as important today as it was then.”

Hello! I wrote a book and I think y'all will like it. It's for fans of Good Omens, Hannibal, Angels Before Man, and all the queer people who deserve financial compensation from the catholic church.
I present to you:
FIRST CREATION, a high heat queer horror novella with a trans angel MC and a queer demon LI!
Tumblr media
FIRST CREATION is a love letter to fallen angels, to finding your place in the world, to connecting to religion in a way that works for you. To touch and peaches, and surviving horrible things, to finding a place to be holy if God won't give it to you. (it's also nasty, and about cannibalism and shame and guilt, too)
It's a 22k word (98 page) novella that you can read in one (or two, or three) sittings.
You can find it on Amazon and itch.io here to read an actual synopsis and look at reviews. You can also find content warnings at the bottom of my website: (I definitely encourage you to read them before you buy!)
Here's also some unhinged ao3 tags for fun

Jason with a chubby so who likes to give hug and a tad of insecure that he lets her to do so how many times however she wants since he knows well that it a way that helps to ground and clean his so's mind
“Hey, gorgeous!” Your boyfriend happily greeted as he saw you walk through the door to the tiny coffee house, opening his arms so you could crash into him, embrace him into a tight warm hug and bury your face in the crook of his neck (or as much as your height could allow you to).
Jason’s strong perfume wrapped around you, leaving you slightly dizzy. After a while of letting his warmth and smell relax you, you rested your chin on his chest, crunching your face as you looked deep into his blue orbs.
“Why are you giving me this look? You look fucking gorgeous.” he stated, using a free hand to play with the hairs on the nape of your neck. Smashing your face on his chest, you could only shake your head against it, feeling your confidence on a low the entire day.
Tightness engulfed you, as Jason’s arms wrapped around your waist, bringing you closer, if even possible, to his body. His hugs were a comfort, in the midst of the chaos of the world and your own insecurities. He lets you rest like that for a while, caressing your sides, kissing your temples, and whispering i love yous in your ear. Essentially, being the best emotional support boyfriend you could ever have asked.
“Princess, you’re the brightest girl I know. You’re gorgeous, stunning, and I’ll repeat it religiously until you believe me.” he cooed amidst pecks to your face. “If only you could see yourself through my eyes, you’d love you just as much as I do.”

Not your story to tell
One of the signs that you are an adult is having adult realizations.
Moments of clarity. About things that only adults understand.
Sometimes our adult realizations don’t really matter. But they still mark us as adults.
Like having a favorite burner on the stove (lower right, the only correct answer – fight me).
But other times, adult realizations can be soul crushing.
Like realizing that you are the villain in someone’s story.
No matter how you see yourself. No matter what you do or how hard you try. No matter how objectively good and kind and loving you truly are. No matter who’s really to blame.
There’s someone who used to be your friend. There’s a relationship that didn’t work out. There’s someone you let down. And a thousand other ways it happens. All of them leading to the same thing.
You are the villain in someone’s story.
The reason this adult realization hits so hard? There’s nothing you can do about it.
No matter how much they mean to you. No matter how close you used to be. No matter how wrong or unjust it might be.
There’s nothing you can do about it. Because it’s not your story to tell.
You’ve already lost the relationship that’s behind their story. And now you get to lose out on moments and connections with everyone who gets to hear the story – the one where you’re the villain.
It’s a lose-lose situation. And you’re doing all the losing.
There’s only one time that I know of when this dynamic works in our favor – when it comes to God.
No matter how you see yourself. No matter what you did or how long it’s been. No matter how objectively small and petty and vain you truly are. No matter who’s really to blame.
You are the beloved in God’s story.
No matter how hard you’ve pushed God away. No matter how far away you think are. No matter how much you don’t deserve it.
You are the beloved in God’s story.
And there’s nothing you can do about it. Because it’s not your story to tell.

a gentle reminder for all the believers out there: don't believe the lie that you are too far gone for God to reach you again. remember where & who you were before God. if he thought you were too much for him, if he thought you had strayed too far, then he wouldn't have reached out and saved you. what makes you believe it is any different this time around? the truth is: if you weren't too far gone without God, you aren't too far gone with God. he still loves you.

As kind of severely unfortunate as our world may seem, and get, never forget that God is in control. He sees what’s going on, He knows whats happening. Nothing has caught Him by surprise.
That financial struggle you’re going through? He knows. That mental health struggle you’re going through? He knows. That event that threw your life completely “off track”? He knows. That grief, that loss of a loved one? He knows.
No matter what it is you’re going through, God knows.
Not only that, however, God cares. God feels your pain and anguish with you. When you’re hurting, so is He. When you cry, so does He. He sees every tear, and cares about each one. Psalm 56:8 says “thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book?”
No matter what you’re going through, know that God (who is all powerful, remember) sees. He knows. He cares.
He is in control, He has the victory, and through Him you also have the victory. Remember who fights for you. We are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.
Take heart. Take some deep breaths, allow yourself to feel what you are feeling, and trust in Jesus.
