The description on Techno’s SFA courage award

“Technoblade, real name: Alexander, was an American YouTuber and internet personality known for his YouTube channel, Technoblade, a Minecraft persona in the guise of a pig that he started at 14 years old. He is widely regarded by the game’s community as one of the best Minecraft players and Minecraft content creators. In the beginning, he plugged away at making videos, attracting a small but steadily growing group of followers with a goal of accumulating 10 million subscribers, an achievement reached by very few*. In July 2021 at the age of 22, after noticing pain in his right arm and a sudden lump, he was diagnosed with sarcoma and chest scans revealed metastasis to both lungs.  Alex endured chemotherapy and radiation treatments, an embolization procedure tumor, and also participated in a clinical trial for the treatment, Milademetan. Throughout his sarcoma journey, he decided to use his significant platform to help support sarcoma research, even if it most likely would not gain results in time for him. His first effort for SFA was “Minecraft But Viewers Control The Game (Charity Event).” Still weak from chemotherapy, he played for almost four hours, raising over $360,000. Throughout his treatment, he continued to do more for research, and made February 2022 his own Sarcoma Awareness Month, raising an additional $150,000.  In total, Technoblade rallied his followers to raise over $1 million for sarcoma research. Unfortunately, tests revealed that his sarcoma had continued to grow and the masses in his lungs had begun pressing against his heart.  He died in June of 2022, shortly after his 23rd birthday, at home, surrounded by his family. The public reaction to the announcement of his death was overwhelming. And rather than focus on what an amazing gamer he was, or how smart or how funny he was, instead people talked about his kindness and his generosity. People spoke about how much his videos helped them through a difficult time in their lives. Other well-known YouTubers such as Dream, expressed their admiration for him. Simon Collins-Laflamme, the co-founder of Hypixel, and business magnate Elon Musk expressed similar feelings. YouTube posted its condolences to his family, friends, and fans and Technoblade was described as “one of Minecraft’s most celebrated personalities.” Mojang Studios, the creators of Minecraft said that Technoblade “became synonymous with a source of good.” Even now, people are still quoting his oft-repeated catchphrases, including, “Technoblade never dies.”

Sometimes I think about how Merlin took place over 10 years—a whole decade—and the thought of the show spanning that long feels entirely too long and like an infinite amount of time and that it can’t actually have been ten years

I think we should put more emphasis on how Akutagawa's love is killing him. Descriptions of his feelings for Atsushi should draw from death imagery more. Atsushi's smile is devastatingly beautiful to Akutagawa. His laughter is lethal. Atsushi's touch feels scorching hot. When he's near, the air around becomes unbreathable. He hugs Akutagawa, and Akutagawa feels like his bones are being crushed under those new and overwhelming feelings. Akutagawa drowning in Atsushi's eyes, sinking in his embrace. Akutagawa's love for Atsushi is piercing, painful, Akutagawa's heart is wounded and bleeding. Akutagawa is smitten. All contributing to represent how Akutagawa's love for Atsushi is going to be the end for him. And it was! And he is doomed by his very love, by his very ability of feeling human emotions. Akutagawa's love for Atsushi is going to be the reason he dies.

And the thing is that World Anvil will let you tag/categorize the events your adding to the timeline and you have no idea how tempted I am to label "Talia meets Bruce" with:

currently plagued with thoughts of BabyGayPanic!Kim doing some research re: all the smut. Because liking Chay is swiftly turning into liking Chay, and wondering what other things he might like. After burying himself in 4 different VPNs and a burner phone, and checking his security three times before finally locking himself up in his recording booth (later considers maybe he could have done this in his room? In bed? That would be more normal, right? Except the room is Soundproofed and Safe and he's so embarrassed he forgets to get horny about it)

He's not a stranger to porn, okay? He's watched it before. Infrequently, because he's spent too much of his life on camera not to be a very harsh critic, and it all rings very false for him. (He does like amateur videos when he bothers, though. The angles are never good, and the sound/lighting are usually worse, but it's real at least)

This is different, though. Because it's all men, and it's for research, and it's something he might actually do? someday? hopefully? with Chay?

next time he sees Chay, though... Kim can't stop thinking about kissing him, and touching him, and wanting him, more than he's ever wanted anyone else before. He's kissed women, sure, mostly for the sake of music videos, had a couple dates. But none of those times made him feel half of what he does just thinking about kissing Chay, and it's kind of overwhelming.

It's really overwhelming. So much so that he just. Does it. In the studio. Because Chay is telling him he likes Kim and it's so cute and sweet and Kim's heart is hammering in his chest, and he's been starting at Chay's mouth nonstop whenever they're together, but pretending like he wasn't, but Chay has to know, and now he's confessing, and Kim's heard a lot of confessions before but never like this, and. yeah. it's a lot. So Kim has to kiss him about it. Except he's terrified about what will happen to him if he actually kisses Chay, so he kisses his cheek instead, for the sake of his own sanity. (Chay doesn't return it. Kim really wishes he would, but the hug he gets is good, too, pressing Chay's whole body against his own, soft and warm and it makes Kim feel soft and warm and wow, can they stay like this forever, maybe? Obviously not, but maybe?)
