Tried to include ones that are common but not usually talked about! So I didn't include some super obvious ones like claustrophonia, arachnophobia, and agoraphobia.

Don't ever laugh or devalue people who have "weird" phobias! For you, their phobias may seem harmless and stupid, and for people with these phobias, because of your ridicule and depreciation, they may start feel uncomfortable about this, and may even stop sharing their worries with you!
(The video does not apply to any specific individuals! In this video I wanted to show the problem and my personal experience!)
Coulrophobia - fear of clowns
Apiphobia - fear of bees, wasps and their bites
Glossophobia/Logophobia - fear of public speaking
Autophobia - fear of loneliness

I'm scared of everything to do with socialization & humanity, pregnancy, medical needles, hospitals, thunder & lightening, nightmares (which I don't even have), and clowns. That's a heck of a lot, so you'd expect horror games to actually scare me since they're basically simulations of nightmares. They don't because I have emotional blunting caused by alexithymia. How the fuck does that even work?
-Someone who has a bunch of phobias but who also experiences very little emotion

PHOBIAS!!!
Everyone has at least 1-2 phobias. My Main characters for my YouTube series The Powerless Hero have their own phobias. Some of these have to do with it's lore and some is for plot purposes. But that doesn't mean these phobias are not real. Phobias are caused by traumatic events that lead to having a constant fear of an object or occurrence. What is your phobia??

Glossophobia
(The fear of public speaking)
Hello.
My name is Jason and I have an interview for a new school coming up.
I'm not looking forward to it though. I have major stage fright.
When I have to speak infront of a crowd or even just a singular interviewer, I freeze up.
Awhile back, I had to give a presentation for my English speaking exam.
We got the option to either present it to the whole class or just to the teacher.
Obviously I chose to do it infront of just the teacher.
When it was my turn to present, I stepped up onto the little stage. My whole body was shaking and I felt like I was going to pass out, but I didn't say anything because I was embarrassed.
I started my presentation, reading off the notes in my book. Every so often I would look up and try to acknowledge my teachers existence, but when I would look up, I just saw the whole room moving and spinning, my teacher was so distorted I could barely see his facial features.
I really felt like I was going to pass out, but I was desperately trying to keep it together.
I was stuttering so much and I could feel tears forming in my eyes.
I finished my presentation and my teacher gave me a good grade (to my surprise). I think he could tell I was really struggling but I had put a lot of effort into researching the topic I chose, so I guess he thought I did well on the part.
I never spoke to anyone in my English class. I was just terrified of saying something wrong and people making fun of me so I didn't even try talking.
(Had to write a short story about a random phobia, I got glossophobia which is kinda funny cuz I'm absolutely terrified of speaking infront of people, so it wasn't too difficult coming up with a story. The character narrating is not me btw but it is somewhat based on my experiences.)

Conquering the Fear of Public Speaking: A Guide from Lyfsmile
Public speaking can be a daunting task. The thought of standing in front of an audience and delivering a presentation often induces fear and anxiety in many individuals. Here at Lyfsmile, we believe everyone has the potential to overcome these fears and shine in the spotlight.
Understanding the Fear
Fear of public speaking, or glossophobia, is one of the most common fears people experience. This fear can stem from a variety of sources, including fear of judgement, fear of making a mistake, or even past traumatic experiences. Recognizing and understanding the root cause of your fear is the first step towards overcoming it.
Preparation is Key
A well-prepared speech can boost your confidence and help alleviate anxiety. Spend time understanding your topic, organizing your thoughts, and practicing your delivery. Familiarize yourself with your material to the point where you feel comfortable discussing it casually.
Visualize Success
Visualize yourself delivering a successful speech. This helps create a positive mindset and can reduce feelings of fear and anxiety. Remember, your audience wants you to succeed.
Deep Breathing Exercises
Deep breathing exercises can help manage your nervousness and keep your anxiety at bay. Practice controlled, deep breaths before and during your speech to keep your heart rate steady and your mind clear.
Engage with Your Audience
Engaging with your audience makes your speech more interactive and can help divert your focus from your anxiety. Asking questions, seeking audience opinions, or even using humor can create a more relaxed environment.
Join a Public Speaking Group
Groups such as Toastmasters provide a supportive and positive learning environment where you can practice public speaking and receive constructive feedback. This can be an excellent way to gain experience and confidence.
Take it One Step at a Time
Improving your public speaking skills is a journey that takes time and practice. Start small, perhaps by speaking at small gatherings, and gradually take on larger audiences.
At Lyfsmile, we understand that overcoming the fear of public speaking is not easy, but it is certainly achievable. By implementing these strategies and maintaining a positive attitude, you too can conquer your fears and excel in public speaking.
Remember, it's okay to be nervous. Even the most seasoned public speakers experience some level of anxiety. It's how you manage this anxiety that will set you apart.
