𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲: Followed by Death Eaters at the height of Voldemort’s power, you’re both cornered with no way out. You thought you had no choice but to fight to the death, and that meant using an Unforgiveable Curse. *For Draco’s, the roles are reversed and snatchers/werewolves/vampires are trying to kill you*

𝐆𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞

・Looks at you differently but swears he’s fine with your decision

・You can feel the shift though, and after a few weeks of this awkward tension, you bring it up

“George, can we talk?”

“Sure, what’s up?” He barely looks up from the parchment he’s writing on.

“George, George-” You walk over and take the quill from his hands

“Oi-”

“Look at me!”

He stares up at you for a few beats and you nearly die inside. He’s never looked at you like that before.

“Yes?” Was all he could say.

“Do you still love me?”

Your heart shattered at his response.

・After the Battle of Hogwarts you found each other again, and George dropped to his knees and apologised. Because now he understood.

𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐚

・Nonjudgemental.

・You were harder on yourself than she was, than anyone was.

“You did what you had to,” she said in her high-pitched, flowy voice

・And when you kept beating yourself up, she plucked a flower from a nearby bush and put it behind your ear

“Hmmm, still as beautiful as you were before.”

・Your heart leapt and you knew she still saw you as the person you were before.

・And you thought others would make fun of you for it, call you out on it, but no one did. Not a single person. From fear, from understanding, from not caring. Whatever it was, you had worried for nothing.

𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐝

・Felt a little inferior to you

・Like his partner was cooler than he was

・It wasn’t until George pointed out the severity of it that Fred ... saw you as even ... cooler x2

“They did something that barely anyone has the guts to do. I’m proud I’m with someone so brave.”

・Isn’t so stupid that he makes jokes about it though

・But he does make a few to lighten the mood whenever it’s brought up in a group setting

𝐂𝐡𝐨

・Bit of a similar mindset to Ron actually, and because of her open mind Cho thought you acted appropriately

“Thank you for protecting us.”

・The fact that you did that curse doesn’t change how she sees you

・Because Cho is one of those people who sees others as grey - she understands that not everything is black and white. People are multidimensional, and if anything, she feels a deep sense of gratitude.

・Almost like you sacrificed an innocent part of yourself to make sure that others were safe

・Which is actually very brave

𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲

・You did something that he wanted to do for years

・So he was in a mixed mind - both awed and jealous

・But he isn’t mad, or upset with you. He doesn’t see you any differently either.

・Harry has experienced horrible things since his childhood - thanks to the Dursleys, and if many times he’s imagined performing a few on them (he wouldn’t actually do it though).

・Has a feeling that you won’t be the only one having to perform those curses

・And like Ginny, he believes you’re on the good side, so you aided the side of good

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞

・She gets upset

・Because she always wants to be a few steps ahead

・So the fact that you had to perform an Unforgivable Curse meant she wasn’t on the ball

・She apologises to you, and sobs in your lap. She loves you so much and never wants you to experience such horrible things. You console her, and probably cry yourself.

・So ... in a way she sees it as her making you do that

・But you remind her that she can’t be perfect all the time, and you make your own choices

・She says what happened can just stay between the two of you if you wanted

𝐑𝐨𝐧

・Thought you did what you had to, and doesn’t judge you for it. Not at all.

・He would’ve done the same, if it weren’t for your quick actions

・When others judge you for it, he defends you

“You’d be dead if they didn’t act, you should be grateful!”

・Found your forward-thinking...kinda sexy

・In his head he’s like ‘Yeah! That’s my baby! She/He/They’ll fuck you up!”

・It makes him feel safer around you actually, he knows you’d do whatever you have to to keep both you and him safe

𝐆𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐲

・Was grateful that you acted as quickly as you did

・What she most felt was curiosity- why you decided to use that particular curse, where did it come from, and had you been thinking about it a lot?

・So for many days, she asked a million questions

・You never felt belittled or judged by her though

・Because she’s definitely chaotic good.

・And she believes you’re both on the good side of this war, so you took out one of the bad guys

・If anyone gives you shit for it, then she OBLITERATES them

・Gives you great advice:

“What we do trying to survive doesn’t define who we are.”

𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞

・The most bothered by it

・ It really, really bothered him

・Because of his parents, Neville despises Unforgivable Curses

・He understands why you chose to do it, but it still made him sick to his stomach

・Neville’s perception of you changed from that day on. He associated you with something darker

・Your relationship took a toll

・And Neville was extremely distant

・You apologised but stood by your decision to use that particular curse. You saved both yours and Neville’s lives

・After some time he understood it, but still he saw you as a different person

・But he still loved you, and got to know that new way of perceiving you

𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐨

・The second least bothered out of the group by it

・He’s heard many Unforgivable Curses in his lifetime due to his family members (i.e., his father & Aunt Bellatrix)

・Is still a tad shocked because you were supposed to be the more moral person out of the two of you

“It deserved it,” Draco sneered, spitting on the dead corpse of the vampire

・You earned a bit of a reputation - people were way more intimidated by you now. And Draco loves it.

・Now you both have a name for yourselves that people associate with fear

・But after the Battle of Hogwarts, things changed. So completely and incessantly.

・With Voldemort defeated and Draco’s new perspective, he now saw what you meant

・He hated his father, he hated his upbringing but he hated how obsessed he was with seeming ... evil

Imagine being adopted into the Weasley family and they are all over protective.

Potter MasterList

You welcomed into the family when Bill and Author found you on the side of the road.

You were about 6 or 7 and Bill didn't want to leave you so he convinced his father to take you home so you could eat

You were scared and stuck next to Bill most of the time.

Molly immediately grew a soft spot for you and let you stay the night.

One night turned to a week, week turned to months, and soon enough the Weasley's were fighting to adopt you

With author working at the ministry he pulled a few strings and soon enough they gained custody of you.

You and Ron are exactly the same age so you both grew close to each other.

You and the twins were the closests and they grew very protective of you. To the point they only got angry if you were being messed with.

Bill stayed your favorite(you'd never admit though) because he's the one that technically saved from the street.

Charlie didn't get meet you till later on but he quickly grew a soft spot for you and even got you a dragon plushie

Percy very much cares about you but he doesn't show it all the time. Just know he loves you

Ginny is your sidekick. She can be protective of you because you already do it for her.

You started hogwarts the same year as Ron and thats when the over protectiveness got annoying. You couldn't get away from Ron and the twins did it from a far

You got sorted into Gryffindor like the Weasleys before you so there was no getting away from it.

In your second year you joined the quidditch team and became a chaser. During those games Fred and George never left your side(this is one of the times you were thankful).

In third year you befriend Draco to much of your Familys dismay.

George and Fred put the fear of God in him and Ron felt betrayed.

Fred and George did look past the friendship but that's mostly because they both knew you liked Draco.

George and Fred were the only two you actually admitted to that you liked Draco.

The twins excepted it and let you go to the ball with Draco after he asked.

In fith year Draco worked harder to make amendeds with your family. Ron still hated him but the twins and Ginny made an effort of making friends.

If your wondering about Percy well he could careless about it all. He dose care about you and two get along very well he just knows you can take care of yourself.

When Bill found out about you and Draco the man indeed sent a howler to Draco threatening him.

Sixth year was bad. Draco started pushing you away and eventually he broke up with you.

The twins had lefted by then so Ron had to comfort you through it all.

“I thought he loved me“

During seventh year you went with Ron and the other two.

It was bad the amulet effected Ron the most and he said awful things he didn't mean.

During the battle of hogwarts you stayed with the twins. They were the two you felt safest with.

“you okay Fred? Y/n?”

“I'm scared Georgie”

The one thing you never expected was a big explosion and Fred sheiled you.

You held him in your arms and cried. “I won't let you died”

Fred's death hit you and George the hardest. In the great hall you and George never left his side

Draco then came over and sat down with your Family holding your hand.

After the battle you held George at the shop. You ended up there for a couple of years and even Draco help around trying to make amendeds.

At yours and Draco's wedding George walked you down the aisle.

You had twins. One girl and one boy. The boy was scorpius and your girl was Nicknamed Freddie.

You never felt more lucky in your life. You'd probably be dead if the the red-head family didn't take you in.

u cannot convince me that ron weasley isn’t a mother hen. because while hermione is a child prodigy, she’s breaking laws and committing war crimes half the time when it benefits her. and harry ‘i’m the Chosen One’ potter attracts danger like a flame would a moth.

so while they’re a duo of danger, there’s ron.

who grew up with siblings and spent a lot of his childhood making sure ginny didn’t get hurt playing in the mud.

who’s as nervous as Molly when Charlie works with the Dragons, and panics when Bill gets attacked by the werewolf.

who steals specific concoctions from the twins when they try to prank Percy because it could possibly harm him.

who wraps harry’s wounds when he gets hurt and is too tired to see madam pomphrey. who helps hermione understand why killing Rita in the jar wouldn’t help in the long run.

Ron Weasley, the worrier and moral compass of the Golden Trio. he doesn’t believe how many times he saved the wizardry world by simply being himself. and everyone at hogwarts but him can see it.

Weasley family headcanons cuz why not

Percy was the first person to find out Fred and George were serious about opening a joke shop because he saw them struggling to understand legal documents the common room. He never told their parents but he did sit with them and explain what they would need and they always took his advice even when they stopped talking to him

Charlie’s favorite little sibling is Ron and Ron sends the most letters to Charlie

Mr Weasley used to reserve special days once a month to take Ginny out and do whatever she wanted for a day

Fred and George only play the most pranks on Percy because they know he doesn’t actually hate it. And late at night he comes by and gives them tips or fixes spells for them. He’s their favorite brother but no one can tell.

Ron and Ginny tried baking once to surprise Mrs Weasley but almost made the oven explode

Ginny accidentally turned bill bald when she was a toddler and he told her to go to bed. He still holds a grudge over that.

Bill and Charlie and Percy meet up once a month as adults to keep each other updated about life.

Mr and Mrs Weasley are both amazing at dancing and unfortunately all their kids suck at it

One time in his first year Fred broke his ankle racing George to the dining hall. Percy gave him a piggyback ride to the hospital wing. Years later Fred returned the favor when Percy collapsed from exhaustion studying for his newts.

Ron can tell the twins apart he just pretends not to so that he can annoy them

Mrs Weasley and bill are the best chefs of the family but George is the best baker.

HP Characters Reacting To You Drawing Them

Warning: I didn't read the books, these are my headcanons and personal ideas for the characters. It's just for fun. :)

Harry:

-"Oh! Brilliant! Yeah, sure." -He is a bit shy, but flattered, very flattered -He sits in front of you, with a nervous smile, sometimes adjusting his glasses or hair -You assure him that he looks great and he relaxes a bit, sitting more comfortably -While you work he asks from time to time some questions about your drawing journey and listens closely to your answers -He thinks about how you're going to draw his scar, are you going to make it a key thing, or represent him in another way? -When you finish and show him your work he's astonished by your talent -"Wow! This is really good! I can keep it? Oh! Thanks!"

Ron:

-"You want to draw me? I don't think I'm that special." -He's a bit hesitant at first, he feels like he doesn't deserve attention, since he is not "The Chosen One" -But you make him believe otherwise -When sat down Ron is stiff, looking away from you, smiling nervously -You tell him that he looks great and he smiles a bit more confident -He suggests ideas on how you can present him, and he comes up with some sick propositions -Once you're finished he's so happy that he has something made by someone only for him -"Bloody hell, it's fantastic! You need to show your skill more often."

Hermione:

-"Draw me? Well if it makes you happy." -She pretends that it's nothing, she may look annoyed, but inside she cares -She fixes her hair or clothes when you aren't looking -She sits properly, legs together, hands on her lap, head slightly tilted, and a soft smile on her lips -She is mostly silent but asks you questions about what you are doing at a certain moment, she's curious -She's patient, giving you time to make your art perfect, she knows how hard it can be -She's very supportive when she sees your finished work -"This is lovely!"

Fred:

-"Oh yeah? So my beauty captured you this much?" -He's so happy about it but can help not to tease you -"Are you interested in a more intimate portrait?" -He sits in a confident way, taking a lot of space -He gives you ideas for the drawing, like how he could look good on a broom, or fighting You-Know-Who -After he's done with his jokes he lets you work in silence, just sometimes giggling to himself because of your focused expression -When you sometimes look up at him, he sends you a quick wink -He's very happy when you finish the drawing, he'll show it to his friends -"Thank you, dear, we can repeat this if you want."

George:

-"You got the right twin? Because I am not sharing this position." -He's more mature about this than his twin, but he has it in his nature to make some not-in-place comments -He gives you control, you decide how he sits or holds his hands -He's intrigued by how you work, but stays silent, just looking at you -He hums quietly, gently moving his head, when you tell him to stop moving he winks at you with a smirk, but completes your order -He's moved when he sees your done work, he feels appreciated for him -"Thank you, it's beautiful."

Ginny:

-"That's nice of you." -She doesn't ask a lot of questions, just lets you do your work -She's happy to pose for you, it makes her feel seen -She smiles when you accidentally make a silly face but doesn't point it out -When you're finished she takes a while to admire your work -"It's amazing, thank you."

Luna:

-"I would love to, sitting can be fun too." -She's very calm, listens to your instructions, and is very patient -She asks you how you got to draw, or what inspires you to create, she's nice to have conversations with -She has her glasses on her nose, sitting with her knees to her chest -When you're finished she's very happy -"Oh, it's magnificent. I am so happy to keep it."

Neville:

-"Me? Are you sure?" -He's very self-conscious, and thinks you're doing it out of pity, but you assure him it's not like that -He's very nervous, he doesn't know what to do with his hands, you have to guide him a little bit -He thinks he looks bad at every angle, but you tell him that everything is perfect and that makes him feel a bit more confident -He is so grateful for this art piece, he keeps it close to him at all times -"Wow, that is so pretty, thank you Y/N."

Draco:

-"Why? For what?" -He doesn't feel comfortable with this and is suspicious you have bad intentions -But his pride wins over him and he lets you draw him -He sits proudly with a serious look on his face -He says nothing, just watches you, expecting your work will be not as high as his expectations -But he's shocked when he sees your done work -He keeps it in his room, away from others -"Well that's not as bad as I thought it will be."

Tom:

-"I can agree to that." -He sees this as an opportunity to capture his image for future -He wears his best suit, rings on his fingers, and in his hand a dark book -He sits with his head high, one leg on the other, leaning on the armchair -He doesn't talk but nods his head in approval when you stop drawing for a moment -He's very satisfied with the result and keeps the drawing well hidden -"That is good, thank you for your time."

•Ron is the tallest Weasley, Bill is almost the same height as him, but shorter by like an inch

•Harry is about the average male height + a tiny bit taller then average, but he looks smaller then he really is when next to Ron

•Hermione is average female height, maybe a bit shorter. But in first year, she was about the same size as Harry, just because Harry was malnourished.

•Fred and George actually get frustrated and annoyed that Ron is taller then them 😭 Ron teases them about it

•as Mr.Weasley got older, he shrunk a little bit, and laughed when he realized Ron had outgrown him.

•Ginny is a bit taller then average for females.

•Charlie is about the same height as the twins

•Percy is a bit shorter then bill, but still on the more tall/lanky side.

•Mrs.Weasley is really short, I think even Hermione is a bit taller then her

Some of my HP headcanons:

The entirety of Gryffindor House was extremely confused as to whether or not Fred and Angelina were dating--and that's because they made a pact in their third year to make everyone confused about it on purpose. Situations such as these would arise:

Gryffindor student: "Are you and Angelina dating?"

Fred: "Whaaaat? Noo. Absolutely not."

Angelina: *comes in through the portrait hole* "Fred, what color are your dress robes for the Yule Ball? If they clash with my gown, I'll kill you."

-

Gryffindor student: "Angelina, are you and Fred dating?"

Angelina: *holds up their interlocked hands* "Of course we are!"

Fred, affronted: "I'm George."

By their seventh year, George noted to Ginny, the only other person in on the joke, that he was pretty sure that the two of them were starting to get pretty confused about it themselves.

2. When Hermione's parents first bought a computer, Ron was the only one of all of their acquaintance who could beat it at chess. They'd never admit it, but this was one of the first things that made them take him seriously as marriage material for Hermione.

3. After the war, Harry often went out of his way to hang out with Luna, sometimes with Ron and Hermione in tow, sometimes not. Among other things, they watched a lot of Muggle films together at Harry's flat, and eventually started watching Friends together as it aired every week. If Harry noticed any similarities between Luna and Phoebe, he kept his mouth shut.

4. Remus Lupin is a Frank Sinatra fan. That's it, that's the headcanon.

5. Charlie Weasley has a personal vendetta against J.R.R. Tolkien, claiming that he mischaracterized and misrepresented dragons.

6. You would think that Bill would be the first of the Weasley siblings to get a tattoo, but it was actually Ron, who got one after he and Harry were dared to get matching ones by Ginny when they were nineteen and his pride was on the line. However, Molly still thinks that Bill was the first, as Ron didn't tell her that he had a tattoo for a good five years.

percy headcanon time!

Percy love Quidditch and he have even a favorite team. trust me, his brothers would've disowned him if he hated quidditch XD

however, he doesn't have to play the game to like it.

make it sadder? what if Percy would love to play it, but he physically can't? like, he has high blood pressure or something like that. high blood pressure doesn't do well with high altitudes and considering how the wizarding world isn't advanced as our world...it's highly likely that Percy is barred from flying on a broom

did it break his heart as child? absolutely. Percy wanted something in common with his siblings and that was ripped from him

don't worry, he got better with time. he learnt to be okay with having his feet on the ground forever and he's directing his energy to supporting his siblings.

trust me, Percy wouldn't bet on a quidditch match with money or "lost his dignity" (aka jumping up and down and screaming) when Gryffindor won the quidditch cup in the third book if he hated quidditch.

bonus round, his favorite team is Puddlemere United

One of the most irritating headcanons that keeps popping up; "Severus hated having Ginny Weasley in his class because she looked like Lily."

Other than the fact that there is nothing to suggest Severus has some pavlovian response to every red head in existence, if this is your headcanon, your bigger concern should be that Harry married Ginny.

ron has the smartest witch and the most dangerous wizard in his corner all the time. literally. they’re almost always seen in a trio.

but if it’s not them, ron has two older twin brothers that live by the “only WE get to mess with him” rule, and are notoriously known for more than just pranks in diagon alley.

and in the Ministry, ron’s got another brother acquainted with the law and government well enough to know how to work his way around it. then, he’s got a younger sister who’s more than willing to hex anyone who messes with her family.

even globally, nobody could outrun an angry werewolf, an spiteful veela, or a wizard with dragons.

nobody would expect it though, because it’s like ron hasn’t even noticed it himself.

but, for everyone’s safety, a new but unspoken rule became known in the magic community: don’t fuck with ron weasley.

—random lightning era headcanons, hp.

ʚ author’s note: these are MY personal headcanons. you don’t have to like them, but maybe you will. also- i KNOW mattheo and enzo are not even canon and that theo is hardly even mentioned but i thought it’d be cute to add them. mainly theo cause i love fanon theo (sometimes). ꜝꜞ

ron is super mega tall, taller than the twins. maybe even taller than bill.

harry is of average height but looks like a short king besides ron.

theo is basically a grumpy old man in the body of a teenage heartthrob.

blaise is just a sweetheart. fr the bestest friend.

draco can’t read in between the lines. he’s book smart but when it comes to people and social interactions he can be pretty stupid. you can’t just give him a hint, he won’t get it.

hermione actually really liked krum.

harry actually attended theo’s mother’s funeral. (they were on somewhat friendly terms after having to team up for an assignment.)

ginny likes girls. dean likes seamus. both knew.

draco, mattheo and enzo (along with crab and goyle) are more of the bullies of the group.

angelina and george are part of a tutoring program and tutor younger students. though he’s really good in potions, george only does it to spend time with her.

ron secretly tries to read muggle books to impress hermione.

mattheo is just plain rude with anger issues. he pretty much hates everyone.

theo is just more of an introvert so he doesn’t really feel the need to talk to everyone, let alone bully them.

blaise is not very smart but he really tries his best and studies a lot. he also reminds (or forces) the others to study as well.

in her firsts years at hogwarts, pansy was mostly a bitch and a bully (to impress malfoy), but blaise became a good influence and she learned to mind her own business a bit more.

ron had ALWAYS had a crush on hermione. he just didn’t want to.

neville had a secret girlfriend around year 3-4 and they’d always meet in the herbology greenhouse.

oliver suffers from insomnia which sometimes leads to him being rude during morning practices and even having anger outbursts towards his last hogwarts years.

fred is really really good with kids while george just doesn’t really know what to do with them.

cedric has dyslexia and really finds it difficult and discouraging to read and study. cho and harry are one of the few who know and help him with homework.

luna randomly takes walks in the forbidden forest. she finds it peaceful.

mattheo is naturally really smart. he never studies and always gets good grades. he’s kind of a dick about it.

seamus has ADHD and had a mild ODD as a child

cho is extremely interested in politics and even founded a secret debate club at hogwarts.

dean is the only one who knows about seamus’ breakdowns and the only one who truly knows how to help him.

angelina is really popular. there is nothing to hate about her. she is beautiful and kind and especially good at quidditch.

krum was really bummed out to leave hogwarts. he was actually liking it there. mainly the people. mainly hermione. just hermione tbh.

spending summer ‘94 with hermione was ginny’s gay awakening confirmation.

It happens not long after they get married.

Harry pinched the sleeve of the shirt Ginny was wearing and said, "this right here... this is my shirt."

Ginny shook her head, "I don't know what you're talking about..."

Harry hummed. Long and low, and Ginny kissed him because that's what Ginny did to get away with things.

"You see right here?" Ginny showed him the name embroidered on the left side of the chest, "see what it says?"

"Potter."

"Yup, that's me. Ginevra Weasley Potter for you."

"Mhm..." he winced, "are you called Harry too? It says Harry Potter on the back..."

Ginny stared at him for a long beat, her lips pursed, as the both of them try not to smile. Finally, with a seriousness that would convince anyone, she blurts out, "Harry's my middle name."

And that did it. It took Harry five full minutes to stop laughing.
