I know we are already way past Halloween but I really wanted to finally finish this ones, made them originally over 2 years ago, but they are finally done Since I made the originals so long ago, DIPPLIN wasn't a thing yet, so I took this chance to make a regional version of them too, if they end up getting an evolution in the next DLC I will make a version of that too

Remade some more fakemon i made as a child!

This time i actually found my original drawing so i could reference it for these redesigns. I made their capes become their tails and made their bowties out of fluffy fur. I also gave them pronounced whiskers that reference a magicians/showmans moustache.

Meowyu - Meowyu are still learning how to use magic, they usually are apprentices of seekit.

Seekit - Seekit use their new magical talents to prank people and pokemon, they'll also teach their magic to those they like.

Mowyoudon - after failing a particularly dangerous trick a Seekit becomes a Mowyoudon. Mowyudon are more malicious than their preevolution.

So I read a gamerant.com article talking about how Reddit user -- TheFierceDeity -- thinks that instead of Eevee having nine more evolutions, there should be a "rival" Pokemon that evolves into the other typings..... And loved it!!!! Meet Bakenu, a tanuki inspired Ghost type Pokemon that used to be it's home region's favorite pet, until Eevee were imported and they fell out of favour.

Regiwisp. Ghost titan pokemon

so I've been sitting on this for a little bit. so the inspiration behind regiwisp after a horrible disaster that took the lives of many people and pokemon. regigigas gather a few of the spirits who fell in the disaster and breathed new life into them and formed regiwisp, it was created to guide lost souls and spirits to the afterlife, but due to it being seen near disasters and in times of great death. they sealed away regiwisp with a more powerful version of the cleanse tag, and then sealed them in a cave to never be seen again.

so I was dabbling in making Regis while I was watch lockstins video of his t rated pokemon game. and I had the idea of a gentle ghost titan that acts as a grim reaper, but I made it a wisp because will o wisps are known for guiding people.

Fake ghost type bat Pokemon, they start off as baby bat's naturally they float around all wrapped up in their wings like babies bundles up in a blanket and I imagine their noses are brightly colored almost looking like a binky/dummy that bundled babies usually are seen with. They're also meant to be orphaned bat's as they're often seen swaddled in blankets and suckling on a dummy for security. Presumably they're the reborn spirits of Zubat/Woobat ect or even Golbats who ate too much blood and got predated on themselves. When approaching someone they will open their wings to spook them with their eye patterns because as babies/kids and well ghosts they think it's funny and likely passively absorb life force via the scare to keep themselves going.

Baby bat evolves into troubled teen bat naturally. Its not on these sketches but I did add a little baby tuft of hair to explain this next appearance.

They're now significantly more roughed up, other pokemon and people didn't appreciate being scared and the child not knowing better became attacked frequently resulting in a traumatised aggressive teenager. Their wings are meant to represent like delinquent collars/jackets and their chest fluff the white shirt visible underneath. They have grown out rebellious hair and a claw for rude gesturing and eyeliner. But despite their tough appearance and behaviour they're a quite sad Pokemon they don't understand why people treated them that way they're alone and scared and hurt and angry, hence the miserable wet bat in the rain.

Now this line probably like Zubat can only reach its final stage via human intervention/care, and the final sketch isn't finalised but I'll likely never go back to it so here they are troubled teen to caring parent

My thought process is when with a human trainer who cares about them and loves them a lot the human would try to help fix and heal their Pokemons damaged wings and basically they go from a blanket baby, ripped fabric teenager to quilted bat adult. Their wings have been stitched up into big cushiony soft duvets, and they've probably honestly gotten a new plush body that they've possessed/joined to making them Ghost/Fairy because like blankets feel fairy type to me so it's a big soft plush blanket bat who wraps up little babies in her wings and cooes and kisses them with the old eye pattern being used on her belly pouch the menacing eye replaced with a heart as she's full of love or something. Wholesome like arc keeping part of her past self and fabric while becoming something new. Basically orphaned to troubled teen to plush mommy pipeline. There was gonna be an alternative design take where they probably become Ghost/dark and fully embrace the dark edgy teen and probably possess leather to become harder to damage maybe ghost/dragon like thick dragon hide leather so orphan to troubled teen to leather daddy pipeline. Basically ya either get a soft quilted parent or a leather hided beast and like I want both thanks unfortunately no leather bat design as I didn't do it the inspiration died. In game you probably need to use like needle and thread item on ur teen bat to turn them into duvet soft blanket evo and probably some kind of leather item for the leather beast form.

I've been burning out on this project for awhile now, tho I'm committed to completing the dex. However, I have been thinking about what will happen to this blog after I finish the dex and I think I would like to take the time to redesign my redesigns. I don't know if I will but at the moment I was really excited to do it :P

Sidheon (Ghost/Fairy)

#??? - On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. There have been several known instances of domesticated Eevee evolving spontaneously into the Ghost/Fairy-type Sidheon after witnessing their Trainer experience a difficult hardship or illness; it is believed that their desire to protect their loved ones through an arduous time was so strong that they ascended beyond their physical body, becoming a guardian spirit. Channeling ethereal energy through their long tail and hood trail, Sidheon do their best to sense potential misfortune and protect their loved ones from harm, whether it be physical, emotional, or mental. These Pokemon like to tag along with their Trainers wherever they go, often disappearing into their Trainer’s shadow when it would otherwise be difficult or inconvenient to join them. If a cherished member of their family passes away, Sidheon will go through great lengths to guide and protect their spirit, just as they protected it in life. Trainers can intentionally trigger this evolution by giving their Eevee a reaper’s cloth while it knows a Fairy-type move; however, the Eevee will not evolve unless it shares a deep friendship with its Trainer and desires above all else to protect them from harm.

Finally Finished the PARALOUSE line, even expanded it a little

Im trying a new format here, do you like it this way or do you prefer the old one?

Like this, without the Dex information in the pic (Shiny versions as example)

PARALOUSE is based on the tongue-eating louse (Cymothoa exigua) who gets inside the mouth of fish and replaces their tongues

PARALOUSE can evolve by taking over one of 2 pokemon, either SQUAKER, a parrotfish pokemon, or AGUAVEILA, a jellyfish pokemon

SQUAKER is based on the Steephead Parrotfish, its regular colors are based on the Scarlet Macaw and its shiny colors are based on the Galah Cockatoo

AGUAVEILA is based on the Deepstaria Enigmatica, a type of jellyfish known to form simbiotic relationships with a type of isopod

When paired with SQUAKER, PARALAOUSE will evolve into PARASCYLLA, this pokemon is based on mermaids and the greek monster Scylla, a creature with the upper body of a woman but a lower body comprised of heads and tails

If paired with AGUAVEILA, PARALOUSE will evolve into PARANYGMA, this pokemon is based in many legends of ghost brides who died at sea

SQUAQUER alone evolves into PARROTEER, they are PARASCYLLA's natura predator and are based on the Humphead Parrotfish mixed with pirates, its regular colors are based on the Dracula Parrot while its shiny colors are based on the Blue and Gold Macaw

AGUAVEILA alone evolves into AEROVELLA, this pokemon is based on the Atmospheric Jellyfish, a type of cryptid

oh i almost forgot to share these! made some hatbox ghost themed fakemon a little while back! i'm thinking of doing an entire disneyland-themed fan region, but have these little guys for now :]

Hatbitty - The Top-Hat Pokémon (ghost)

"It is unknown what the entirety of this Pokémon’s body looks like. It spends most of its time beneath the brim of its hat-shell, which is constantly filled with shadows."

Small enough to be worn like a normal hat by its trainer

Hatboo - The Hatbox Pokémon (ghost/dark)
