I can’t believe Scaramouche fans are mad that the traveler didn’t catch him when he fell out of the robot :l

Like, did you all forget about Teppei? Did you forget that he had just injured Tighnari? Have you forgotten that every single time the traveler and Scaramouche have met he has tried to kill them?

He literally beat them to near death 167 times right before he lost, why on earth would the traveler try to help him.. that’s extremely out of character for them..

Scaramouche has done nothing to deserve their kindness and forgiveness. A sad backstory does not excuse his actions.

So no, it’s not bad of the traveler for not checking up on him or trying to help him. I’m tired of people saying it is.

Also Nahida did check on him and is helping him so idk why people are upset at her for this too..

Uuuuh so Scaralumi- ya’ll like Scaralumi? I like Scaralumi A LOT- so much so I made a webtoon- with a very angsty prologue- A PROLOGUE I DEFINITELY DIDN’T HAVE TO CHANGE OR REDO ONCE 3.2 DROPPED - AHAHAHA THAT WOULD BE CRAZY RIGHT?!

I want to become slowly known as that one deranged Scaralumi fanartist by this time next year- expect a good few comics from me (I literally cannot stop drawing them)

On a side note- post boss battle cutscene killed me- the light and hope leaving his eyes lives with me always- which is why you can imagine the pain I felt having to rewatch that very cutscene over and over 168 times- HA- I am in the PTSD pancakemouche samsara!

(Has spoilers based on the 3.2 Archon Quest, Enkanomiya’s lore, the Chasm’s aftermath and Zhonglis 1st story quest)

Ok so, based on the theory that Istaroth and Barbatos are connected, and him having some sort of power in the domain of time (remembering all the songs that were and will ever be made, born from “the threads of time” as said in his trailer etc), meaning maybe (?) even other timelines, shouldn't he be aware of Rukkhadevata’s sacrifice?

Irminsul doesn’t remember her after the delete, Buer doesn’t, the forest won’t either, all Teyvatians won’t, only the Descenders will since they are not from this world, they do not belong in this time and space and as such their memories remain intact, like the Traveler’s. That’s why Morax entrusts us with Teyvat’s stories afterall.

Istaroth being a shade of Phanes could be considered as such too right? Even if we reject this idea, she still holds power over time, and we saw with Ei’s 2nd story quest her ability to have knowledge of events regarding many timelines and even rewrite said timelines. She will probably know everything, IF she’s still alive.

And if we combined that with Barbato’s situation, which seriously we still know next to nothing about him, we could probably guess that he too will share the memories? Not saying that he posseses Istaroth’s mindblowing Asriel-like time editing powers, more like Sans’ knowledge and constant watching over, well everything.

Remember if we really boil down his character traits with the info we have so far, and maybe the theory that he is not as much of a slacker as he tries to show to be (an inactive god/archon will lead both his country-people and his own self to demise, like Havria) then he really is a very extreme version of Kaeya. And we know that our dear Cavalry Captain is full on theatrics, like Venti and his numerous antics (his storyline highlights on his achievements as a mischiefmaker).

Seriously his “how could i know about that, I’m just a humble bard” has the same energy with Zhongli’s “Hm? Was I at the Chasm? How curious. I must admit that this is the first time I’m hearing of such thing.”, they are both playing with as and lying at our faces, anyone who thinks that Venti doesn’t know things and actually believes his lies, is just plain stupid, even a brickwall can catch on that.

Do you agee with this theory or not? I did not come up with this just because he is my favorite archon, I’m actually trying to piece some puzzles here.

How can the abyss sibling be from Teyvat. That makes no sense 😭 THEYRE TWINS FOR GOODNESS SAKE

In all seriousness though this probably has something to do with the abyss twins journey of the world right? It just doesn’t make any sense otherwise unless they were both from Teyvat.

I dunno, I don’t know what to think anymore.. also who are the other two beings not from Teyvat? Are they still on the world? Are they even still alive?

I don’t know! I need more to information, anyone have any theories or thoughts to add? I’m really interested in what other people think, I haven’t seen anyone talking about this 🥲 it completely shocked me when I finished the quest lol

I just spent like 4+ hours doing the new archon quest, 10000/10

mild spoilers~

I personally think this is the best storyline written so far, the way it was structured felt like a heist movie with all the different POVs and the flashbacks in-between. It was a very fun way to experience the quest.

my highlights include:

● "You can pay me with a smile ;)"

● Alhaitham delivering an Oscar-worthy performance at the Sage's office

● Nilou being the distraction and having the guards mesmerized by her dance

● the fake Nahida that was just an NPC boy with a wig

● whatever the hell Cyno and Tighnari have going on

● the Traveler having actual voiced lines

● Nahida negotiating with Dottore

● the entire Scaramouche cutscene (can't believe we just left him on the floor 😭) shoutout to his VA for making me cry

● the part where all of Sumeru united to help the Traveler

● Alhaitham and Kaveh fighting in public

● Alhaitham being petty and taking both keys to the house "accidentally"
