overnight oats are god's most wretched creation

#the pinterest girlies LIED to me #my own mother LIED to me #bbc goodfoods...well i cant even discuss it #anyway welcome to a heartbroken edition of #partridge family breakfast #today on the menu was SUPPOSED to be my first ever attempt at overnight oats. with yoghurt and almond milk and maple syrup #but the texture...oh no one warned me about the texture...#paste. breakfast paste.#so instead i reverted back to ye olde faithful....toast with something on it #today i fried mushrooms in butter and garlic until they were fragrant and delicious #little bit of salt (not much!!) plenty of pepper...#then i spooned a tiny bit of the melted garlic butter onto the toast #and topped with the mushrooms plus some fresh parsley.....so delicious #i am so sorry the oats didnt work...have you ever had a breakfast disaster? call in! we're live from 8 til 10 #i love you and i hope we both eat well today <3

having to look at food warnings makes shopping and overall the sentiment towards food quality so thrilling. there are no limits to how many things have soy and corn syrup

#graduated from tummy ache academy i can (slowly) start going out of the low fodmap diet one and decided to celebrate buying #choccy almond mind. go to the box and what does it say? may have soy. where is the soy in cocoa and almods? i wish to know #also overall quality of the food. tried to find a pack of premixed spices without garlic or onion and found the main brand has corn syrup #in some of them. girlie its powder with spices Why does it have syrup. and colorant too like way to tell on yourself
