"But sir," his assistant sputtered, "The raw power of said individual-"

"-is countered by sparkly objects." The villain interrupted, casually sifting the remaining individuals on the board.

"Fascinating!" The assistant scribbled down a note. "Do sparkles nullify their powers?"

"Nope. They just get distracted."

The assistant paused. "You're not serious."

"Light a couple fireworks and they're out for the rest of the night."

They looked up, a mischievous glint in their eyes. “After all, I’d rather be a pain in your ass-“

With another shout, A dove back in, and violence quickly ensued.

Witch (Y/N): *sitting on the couch and reading a book*

Klaus: reading a book? It sounds a lot less boring then sitting around the house doing nothing. Now, if only I could find my favorite book.

Witch (Y/N): *uses magic to fling the book at Klaus without even looking*

Klaus: *falls onto the ground as the book slams into his face*

Klaus: *struggles to get up* oh, that’s it!

It was always in the middle of the night when Eddie would find himself starving. Steve would be sleeping peacefully beside when his stomach decides to growl and the only way can stop it is to get a little something to get him by. Eddie quietly slips out of bed trying not to wake up Steve then he slowly makes his way towards the kitchen. He thought about turning on the kitchen light but Steve gets woken up by the smallest things so Eddie didn’t want to risk it since his bedroom is not that far away from the kitchen. Eddie felt around to feel the cabinets then he opened one that was closest to him and he squinted his eyes to make out what snacks were in there. The growling from his stomach got worse when he thought about getting the bag of chips that caught his eye and he immediately dismissed eating them, we needed something else. He closed the cabinet before heading towards the refrigerator and opening it. The light made Eddie flinch since it was so bright in the middle of the night, he adjusted his eyes to the light and scanned the refrigerator to see what he could eat. Nothing in there looked appetizing except for a container that had a sandwich in it. Eddie was so blinded by his own hunger that he didn’t realize that the sandwich probably belonged to someone already but his hands were already touching the container before he could even think that.

With a huge smile on his face he grabbed a plate from the dish rack and after taking the sandwich out of the container he put onto the plate. So far he was pretty quiet during the process and he was positive that Steve couldn’t hear any of it. Eddie continued moving until he got to the microwave then placed the food inside. At this point bud mouth was watering as he pushed the buttons on the microwave and he pressed the start button once he put in the right amount of time. Eddie rubbed his hands together while he smirked, the smell of the sandwich started to fill his nose and that made his stomach growl even more. He was so lost in thought about how tasty the sandwich was going to be that he missed the moment to stop the microwave from beeping extremely loud and he couldn’t stop it. Eddie ran a hand through his hair as he walked a little bit towards the hallway to see if Steve heard that, from what he could see Steve was sound asleep like a baby. That calmed Eddie’s nerves down a bit.

“Phew.” Eddie whispered with relief flowing through him. He went back to the microwave and opened it up the steam that came off the sandwich felt amazing on Eddie’s skin, he took the plate out of the microwave and he smiled widely. Eddie hummed a happy tune when he held the plate in his hands and as soon as he turned to head toward the kitchen table he was met with something hard in front of him making him almost drop the sandwich on the floor. He yelled at the silhouette standing in front of him and he was kind of scared until he looked closer.

And he was in deep shit now.

“Are you serious?” Steve said clearly annoyed and sleepy. He pointed to the plate in Eddie’s hand with his lips pressed thin. “Not only did you wake me up from all of the noise you were making but you were planning on eating my sandwich for work too?”

Eddie just stood there like a deer and headlights with his mouth open. Before Eddie could say anything Steve took the sandwich away from him and placed it back into he container before putting it back into the refrigerator. Steve went back to bed grumpy and Eddie had to make do with the chips in the cabinet, it was worth a try at least.

Ying: *Seeing Jaune talking to Ruby with displeasure on her face*.

Ruby: *Chuckling at Jaune cheesy joke, touching Jaune arm*

Ying: *Growing increasingly wrathful at the scene between the little brat and the weak doofus*

Jaune: *Touch her shoulder, causing Ruby to blush*

Ying: THAT IS IT! *Stood up and stomped toward them with an fiery aura of rage*

Jaune: *Sensing imminent danger fast approaching in his vicinity* Huh? *Looking to see the furious face of the hot-headed, aggressive twin sister of Yang* Y-Ying! Please! Calm do—!

Ying to Jaune:

Ying: THERE! YOU ARE MINE BY DECREE OF BRANWEN LAW!!!! 😡
