Other places you can read great content
Had a comment on a post recently about who else I can recommend for some of the content I produce so thought it would be cool to document it and where I go for inspiration.
Quick note: this is by no means exhaustive and apologies to anyone I forget!
Starting here on Tumblr, the king and queen of sharp-witted quickies and picture content has to be @vinnieandveronica . For some longer stories with good visual aids, I like the works of @rag-cat-rp .
Outside of Tumblr, there’s some talented writers on DFN, albeit there is a wide range of content there, not all of which may be to everyone’s taste. My personal favourites on that site are vandv again, the insanely talented ladygunsmoke, and more. There’s a lot of good picture work there too with some great captions.
However if you want a great collection of stories from a range of artists, go to waybackmachine and pop in this URL: www.geocities.com/Hollywood/4809/index.html and go all the way back to 2004 and you’ll find an awesome amount there.
Side note here: big fan of the good old internet archive at waybackmachine. I remember there used to be some cracking GwG sites out there, so if you’ve any favourites, help me remember them by popping them in the comments.

yo yo! is wall still being worked on?? i really loved the demo so far and i'm so excited to see where the story goes!!! i checked your main blog and saw that you're still active there, so i'm not majorly concerned about your well-being, but i'm hesitant to send an ask about wall over there lol
aw bless, you could have I wouldn't have minded! At the moment I can only in good conscience say WALL is absolutely something I want to come back to but it's on a bit of an indefinite hiatus while I try to get... my life in general a little more under control. But I have big plans, I've actually restructured the mechanics of the game a bit and I'm eager to eventually get to show that off to everyone!
Thank you so much for your kind words, people still somehow stumbling across the demo and telling me how much they enjoyed it is a BIG part of what keeps me motivated to come back to this instead of consigning it to Abandoned Project Limbo.

Thank you all for a wonderful Whumptober!
I enjoyed writing all the stories I put out, and it made me quite happy to see you all enjoy them! I loved every reblog, comment, tag, and like here, and every kudos, bookmark and review over on AO3 and ff.net! Believe me, I look at and read every one of them! They make me quite happy! I promise, I'm slowly getting around to responding to everything!
For the next month, don't expect to see a lot out of me. November is always NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) and I'm throwing myself into making that 50k word count! It's my 13th year, and I don't plan to make this year the one I lose!
But I do have some questions for you that you can help me answer during this month. So far all I've posted on this blog are stories and snipets of things I've written on rp blogs. But I would like to interact with you all more.
So. Here's my first question to you. What other things would you like to see on this blog?
Do you want to see headcanons? Analysis of characters, scenes, episodes, etc? Thoughts and ramblings? Small silly scenes that pop in my head? Would you like it if I posted memes where you could ask me questions? Prompt memes? Let you give me ideas? What other things would you like to see?
I would very much like to interact with all of you more. My ask and submit are open, and anon is on for all of you shy people out there. What would you like to see more of that might help with that?
My second question is: Are there any of my stories that you'd like to see more of?
Any you want me to do follow ups on? Any you'd like to see me revisit in an expanded way, with more detail? Any verses you'd like to see me do more writing in?
I can't promise that they'll happen or happen quickly, but interest in them does help fuel the desire to write them!
And, lastly and purely hypothetically at this point: Would you like to see things besides writing from me?
I haven't drawn in forever, but would you like to see art from me? Would you like to see just new art? Would you like to see old art? If I did something else, like, say, if I learned to sew and did something, or painted or something, would you like to see that?
These are questions I've been pondering for a bit. You don't have to have answers to them all, or opinions on them all. You don't have to like any or all of these ideas. I just want to know what you think. Anon is on, and I'd appreciate some feedback.

So I did a bad today. I wanted to go to a panel at a con, so I dragged my bestie with me. In hindsight, taking a satanist to a panel about Warrior NUN was not a good idea. In my defense, I did think we were going to discuss more Ava and Beatrice than religion. I really should have looked at the panel speakers and seen that Fr though. Also didn't help that there was a nun that specialized in exorcism. I thought the gay barbie in the crowd was about to fight with the nun after she said "as long as it stays a kiss and they don't go any further". Seriously though why did we talk about religion for 40 minutes and only talk about Avatrice for maybe 10 minutes?

(So. That AI partnering announcement huh?
I know I've been quiet here after the holiday break, mostly due to a BUNCH of offline emergencies hitting me out of the gate since January, but boy has tumblr making it a little hard to try and come back to posting on... especially with learning we're gonna have this nonsense on top of it.
I likely will not be yoinking everything off this blog JUST yet (and hell, I might even try to at least update out to the end of this first arc on here), but before I do I think I'm going to archive what I have here on AO3 in case this whole site tries to go belly up first. So likely, next update will be my AO3 link, and then after that, we get back to trying to get a certain prophet out of the snow.

Since I've had a recent boost in followers I figured I'd recap some information for people just joining. This story is 18+ due to adult content, and readers are advised to participate at their discretion. I won't be providing content warnings.
For the past year I've been running stories like this on Patreon, and I decided to do a free version as well so people can have an idea of what we get up to over there. Occasionally I'll throw in links to my ko-fi and Patreon, but it's never expected that followers give me money; I'm doing this for fun and will keep going for as long as I enjoy it.

Okay! Finally managed to get the trio out of bed! (Think maybe they know what's coming for them, cause I had rewrite that scene multiple times.) Anyway, have a short little convo between Reader and Sonya, as a treat!
Breakfast had been a simple affair of cut fruit, scrambled eggs, and more kisses. You had spent the rest of the morning doing more studying while the others continued training. You wanted to know more about the Crumbled World. For some reason it was eating at you.
What could they have done that was so bad it was deserving of having them all destroyed? Their very planet torn apart? You were digging through a new batch of old scrolls trying to find even the smallest bit of information when Sonya walked in.
"So this is where you've been hiding," she said, leaned up against the door jam. "I missed you this morning, did you even eat breakfast? Or have you been holed up in here all day?"
"Actually, I did eat breakfast," you told her. "With Kung Lao and Liu Kang."
Sonya raised a brow. "Oh?"
"And dinner the night before."
Both brows. "I see."
"Yep."
"Aaaaand. . . ?" Wiggled brows now.
You felt your cheeks tingle with a flush. "Yes."
"Oh my God!" She yelled.
"Shhhh, keep it down!" You whisper-yelled back.
"Sorry, sorry, I just. Wow! Uh, I'm happy for you if you're happy! Was it good? How did it work? Do I need to give them a shovel talk?" Your sister shot off in rapid succession.
"I'm very happy. Yes, it was good. The particulars are none of your buisness! And, no! No shovel talk!" You shot back.
"Okay, okay," she laughed. "I won't pry if you don't want me too. Anyway, I was coming to find you because the others don't believe me when I tell them you're so good at darts, we used to sneak into bars and hustle people."
"Sonya! You did not tell them that!"
"What? You were really good, and we needed the money! Come on! Let's go show 'em and we can all eat lunch."
"Ugh, fine, whatever!"

A few changes
Thanks to everyone who enjoyed “The Takeover” trilogy and the other stories I’ve created recently. Your support means the world to me and I am so appreciative of each and every person who reads, likes, comments, reblogs or messages.
Writing takes…a while. Like literally hours. If I can write something short and half decent in less than 2.5 hours then I’ve done well but in reality some take 4-5, maybe even longer, and times a commodity I have less of at present due to work and family commitments, which is an amazing blessing and I’m grateful for all the good things in my life.
As a result you’ll see less longer form stories here in upcoming weeks. I will still do them but they will be more adhoc and occasional. I will still do quickies as those are fun and as the name suggests, pretty quick to do, but less of the in depth character stuff.
I will try and post a story on Monday that is already on DFN (for those that have an account on that site) where I collaborated with the insanely brilliant birdbrane, who I’m sure many of you will know and appreciate too.

WALL 5.22.22 - small content update
Hello! You’d think by now I would know better than to tempt fate by making broad declarations about how much writing I’m going to start doing... The final lore post will still come eventually, but that needed more time than I expected. In the meantime... I actually have a game update! There isn’t a ton of new playable content, but there is a little bit, and some other stuff.
What all is in this update:
A brand new layout with more accessibility options, a light and dark theme, and proper mobile compatibility! Courtesy of the gorgeous Twine template made by @innerdemons-if
An overhauled character creation screen with some expanded appearance options, inspired (with gracious permission) by @zorlok-if
Some slight changes to flavor text throughout chapter 1, which you probably won’t notice
A new character introduction: get acquainted with Razmik and find out what he wants from you, or avoid him entirely and face no consequences whatsoever, I promise :)
on Ozzy’s route: a scene change, complete with fresh and exciting hints about the MC’s history
I have not yet thoroughly QC’ed this update, so please let me know if you run into bugs or anything that seems conspicuously off. Thanks!

When I started doing challenges, I left the challenges in one big "fic" on AO3 and ff.net because it made sense to me, at the time, to keep them all there.
However, considering I use so many minor and side characters in those fics, and fics containing those characters are hard to find, I'm beginning to wonder if it wouldn't be better to re-release them as individual one-shots that I put in a collection to make the stories easier for people to find. It seems to have worked well with my TMNT fics and those have a much smaller cast of characters.
I wouldn't delete the original posting of them. I'd leave that up. But this is an idea that I've been playing around with, and I'd like y'all's opinion on it.
And you're welcome to to explain any thoughts you have in a reblog, in tags, in an ask, or in a message. I welcome your input!
