I'm in search of two podcasts Frank did with Matt Pryor (The Get Up Kids) quite a few years back.
The name of the podcast is Nothing to Write Home About with Matt Pryor and it seems to have been deleted from the internet.
Kiki ( on Twitter) was the one to have made this discovery and she has since collected on a google drive all of Frank's (also Gerard's ) available podcasts for archival purposes but we haven't managed to find these two missing ones. I'm hoping someone else saved them. Do share if you have any information.
All I could find in this:
A bit of info on each episode, and the date the last one was released in 2015. The "Frank Iero Returns!" episode is said to feature a cover of a Daniel Johnston song at the end and after a little bit of searching I found this video from 11/27/15 at the Granada Theater in Lawrence, Kansas where Matt comes on stage to sing Daniel Johnston's "True Love Will Find You In The End" near the end of "Prettiest Girl..."

I assume the recording on the podcast might be this duet featured in the video but with better quality or they might just have done it again for the podcast. Either way, I desperately want it.
[ID - A stylised traditional drawing of Frank Iero from Frnkiero and the Cellabration, done in black sharpie, black and red fine pens, brush pens and colored pencils. Frank is a thin white man with short black hair brushed across his forehead. He is depicted from the waist up, wearing a wrinked white shirt, the sleeves of which are rolled up to reveal several tattoos, black guitar strap and tie. Frank's clothes and skin are heavily splattered with blood, as is the background of the drawing. His eyes are downcast, and his mouth is covered by one of his hands. On the page surrounding the drawing is also a half cut off pencil sketch of someone playing an electric guitar, and a few colour swatches. - End ID]

On MCR Tour Kickoff Eve I took a fabric marker to a thrift store tee and emerged one Stomachaches listen-through later with a Stitches tank top! (what can I say? It’s my favorite solo Frank record. It has that good scrappy messy feel that makes my brain tingle.) I took some inspiration from the “I am a monster” shirt that made a few appearances on Warped Tour, and of course some from Frank’s I-never-want-a-non-music-job-again scorpion tattoo. Somebody hire me as a merch designer 😁
(Also, this was originally posted on my crafting Insta. Most of that stuff will probably make its way here, but if you prefer Instagram, give me a follow @well_someones_gotta_do_it)
I only refer to Frank as “Franklin” in my head and I refuse to change that for anyone. I don’t care his name isnt actually Franklin, it is to me!!
I’ll be fully listening his solo music and it’ll just be guttural screaming and I will out loud be like “damn Franklin U okay bud?” Honestly that’s just what Catholic school does to a mf.
