Chapter 59: Hawkzile Race
A woman looks over photos of the racers, creeping on them. She passes over Frau (his hair's too dark for her liking) but Teito suits her just fine...
It's time for the race!

The second half of the first day of the race will be held at the floating island F3, which is currently at 10 degrees below 0. There are three checkpoints in total around the island. Bad news: the last of the three checkpoints will be at Velniza castle. Oh and there's a blizzard.
Teito and Frau are riding and are caught up to by the Carl brothers. Frau protects Teito from the chill while Teito gets them past the Ice Dragon that eats other racers. One racer vows revenge...but screw him, they're at the Velniza castle. They are welcomed in by the woman we saw earlier, Velne, who congratulates the other racers...as Teito bursts in the castle past her to get Frau to thaw in a hot bathtub. Frau's a corpse so he heals quicker than most.
Frau leaves the bathroom to find Teito...and discovers he's missing. He confronts Velne in her room...and seduces her.
Teito wakes up in a freaking coffin while Frau begins to fight Velne who turns out to be a Vampire Wars. She says that as Frau is a part of Verloren, he experiences the same thirst she does so he should understand. He feeds on her but she tastes bad. He wants a tastier soul...like Teito's, who ends the chapter catching him in the act.
