Color Trait Enabled Writing Quills
THIS IS A DEFAULT REPLACEMENT
Blatantly inspired by @episims who just made a pen one. We don't use pens in Medieval Fantasy Kitchen Sink Land, so I made one for colored feather quills instead! Sims with a color trait in their inventory will pick the corresponding quill. Works for doing homework, university assignments, writing a diary, filling crosswords, drafting, and restocking. With no traits in inventory sims will use the White Quill.
Based off on the DR done by Sunni which I recolored at one time, I've expanded the color selection and enabled them to work with @episims Color Traits. So you'll need those for this to work. You'll also need the usual trait mods such as Easy Inventory Check and trait_MAIN, which I assume you already have.
Since this file is based on episims' own, that means that you no longer need the Menaceman44's diary pen fix and it also works with their updated simlogical school files. See their post for more details on that.

mod idea: Wild Horse Spawner
Sun&Moon released the “Au Natural Pet Food Set” and “The Game’s Afoot Set”, which I really like. I thought, it would be nice to have a Spawner, that spawns wild horses, which sims can capture. Capturing a horse would be very exhausting. Success is based on their body skill. Once they’re successful, a mare, foal or stallion of Sun&Moon’s “Horsin’ Around - Horse Livestock Set” will be added to their inventory.

The Sims 4: Medievalfied Objects
Retextured items from Base Game (wall bookcase), Eco Lifestyle (bird house, and roof windmill), Get Together (trash can), and Laundry Day (clothesline, and washtub).
Delete the objects from the EPs you don't have.
The washtub, and clothesline have 2 versions. Choose ONE version as they conflict. V1's clothes uses a burlap texture, V2 uses linen (linen is previewed).
When sims put clothes on, or take clothes off the clothesline, they temporarily change to the original colors.

Archiving the Keep
As some of you may have noticed, the Plumb Bob Keep site has been down for several days. At this time, we do not know anything about the future of the site; we have no contact with Sunni's family, who pay for it.
Since the future of the site is uncertain, we are calling for all hands on deck to help us try to archive as much of the downloads as possible: images, text, links and actual download zips. We will primarily be using the Wayback Machine, but as Google searching was only turned on in the last year, many things will not be accessible.
Fire_flower has created a spreadsheet to help organize the effort and allow us to see where the gaps are. This will be step one of the process, before we dive into our personal collections.
If you would like to help out, please add your name to the spreadsheet linked below. Large sections might need 2 or more people to team up. Please ask if you have questions over at the PBK Discord or fireflowersims or fracturedmoonlight via tumblr. Thank you so much for your time and help!

The Sims 2 Speed Build | Pleasantview | Planetary Pet Park
Speed Build Video. While editing a recent let's play video from Pleasantview, I realized how cute it was that neighbouring dogs can befriend each other. With this in mind, I decided to renovate one of the lot bin pet parks that came with the Pets expantion to give the dogs in my hood somewhere to meet up.
The functional agility set from Pet Stories was first converted and animated by Rebecah. Then, FracturedMoonlight and Shastakiss worked together to added on the backyard items, made the set recolorable, and added some beautiful swatches. The set is available for download here.

150 Followers Gift - Magic
Now that I got 150 followers of which most hopefully aren't bots. It's time for a followers gift. This times theme is magic.
First I recolored @crispsandkerosene's Makin’ Magic Adult charms. The crystals are recolored in Natsukis Kosmik colors and the bases in copper, silver and gold.
The next part are 25 recolors of Ohbehaves Witch Potions. 7 Potion colors and eighteen label variations. I also edited the mesh to make them OFB shelf friendly and raised the price from 2§ to 50§
The third part are 11 recolors of @shastakiss' conversion of Supernaturals Verdant Wand. I recolored it in Malm and some extras
And at last, something for your necromancer or halloween fan sims. 11 Recolors of @fracturedmoonlight's Skeleton Servants. I recolored the stone tablet in her 7 Smooth Stone Textures without moss and the skellys themself in four colors. They could as plastic decorations or dyed skeletons for the necromancer who needs a pop of color in their lair.
All swatches and needed meshes are included. Also sources. Everything is compressed.

Oh we're doing a simblr gratitude day... wait what do you mean i'm a day or two late?!
Well where do I even begin, I'm not exactly the most vocal person on social media, and a lot of my connections were formed through forums like the Keep and the late but not forgotten Sims Daily, but plenty of the people I met there are still around here, and I'm always happy to see them post, regardless of what sims game they are playing.

Feminine Body Hair Overlay Box!
Huge thank you to @themeasureofasim for their insight into correlated hair and building the box. Truly appreciate the learning experience and your willingness to get me started in the right direction!
This overlay uses a mashup of @fracturedmoonlight's textures here as well as TS4 luumia's Body Hair V5, TS4 Simulation Cowboy's Girly Body Hair and TS4 Soft Almond's female body hair - at least this is all I had in my workshop lol
It comes in 2 styles (straight and curly) with pick & choose options:
full body (happy trail excluded)
arms
legs
underarms
happy trail
pubic
**Please keep in mind this does correlate to the sim's eyebrow color from when you applied it. So, if you want to change their body hair color, you have to remove any body hair first THEN change eyebrow color then add body hair**
The box can be found in misc > dresser as Veranka's spa basket (shown in the preview) for 0 simoleons

So... as usually I'm (not even fashionably) late for community activities. The Proper Window
Yeah...the Proper Window...because it’s propped open...you get it? I’m a sucker for a good pun, what can I say? Anyway...
Another new set of windows, this one actually started as a 4T2 conversion done by @cozy-sims, but as with most 4t2 conversions, I hated the textures, hated the mapping, but liked the general mesh that EA came up with and the idea of it. So I took the meshes from there, edited them more to my liking and give them a more general vibe, and then of course recolored the crap out of them in my usual colors, plus added some woven textures. Two subsets so things can be chosen independently.
Comes in two tile, one tile, and diagonal versions of both. 19 Pooklet Naturals and 10 ACYL colors for frame/shade. 19 additional woven shade recolors.
Huge thanks to @hugelunatic for helping me with making diagonal versions, enabling hoodview where I forgot to, and fixing wonky thumbnails!

mod idea: visual effect for sick sims
While I think, the effect on sick sims in TSM, is way over the top, I like the concept. Frac shared an overlay box, that adds spots to the sim’s skin. But one would have to manually add the spots to the skin. If that could be autonomous (like sunburns), that be great.

SFH Kitchen Again
If you downloaded my previous version of Murano’s SFH Kitchen, you should re-download it! (The old download link now goes to the new version too).
@johndublindogs asked if I knew of any recolors for this set because they put it in 5 houses in the neighborhood, which sent me on a search for them. There’s one by mom_of2boyz at TSR and I thought there were no more. But then I found that the awesome @fracturedmoonlight not only did recolors, but had an add-on completer set with a fixed main counter!
Frac has a generous TOU, so I took her main counter and add-ons and tweaked them as I had the Murano ones, made a new standing deco pantry shelf, and made a complete (except for the sink and memory board 2) set of recolors. These match the blue Steffor kitchen posted HERE.
The sink and stove were not recolorable, but I tried. I tried very hard on the stove and finally gave up and cloned it for the blue recolor. If someone more awesome than I wanted to fix them it would be great!
Just take out the entire old folder and replace it with this one!

Sims 4: Beta Medieval Overrides
This post is a bit different. I've made some less polished, and frankly not properly tested medieval(ish) overrides for TS4. Basically, I created them quickly to fit in better with a medieval save. I tend to get very hyper focused on one thing (right now it's retexturing), and this is my way of sharing my hyper focus, but that also means I haven't properly tested these in game. Currently there are no mesh replacements.
I plan on updating, and editing this post (and downloads) as I add more, and as I fix any issues (I can't promise how fast I will fix issues).
The links below have both a .zip (all files), and individual .package files (pick and choose).
Again, please keep in mind these are BETA, and not polished/(not all) play tested! I am sharing this for other medieval/historical simmers who want objects to fit in with the time period a little better, even if they aren't "perfect".

I don't think I have shared this outside of the Making Sims 3 Medieval discord. I did these around a year ago, and I think a few better versions of some of these have been released by other people since then. I don't remember all of what I made, nor do I remember which EPs these are from, as it's been so long since I made these. 😆 The .zip file has thumbnails of the original objects so it's easier to see what they are replacing.

How has your “Sims style” changed throughout your years of playing?
I was definitely a casual player/serious CC collector for most of the first decade of the game. I was probably one of the first people to experience pink flashing from overloading dense, urban neighborhoods, and the game never being able to handle my dreams (in aLIVE mode) limited my actual playtime substantially. I took a couple years off and then in 2016 or 2017 came back enraptured with the Test of Time challenge (and modifying the ToT challenge rules as much as anything). Meraki is my third iteration of that, working past neighborhood corruption (1ST attempt; 4th gen) and founder fatigue (2nd attempt; barely got off the ground, it was just too weird trying again). Now (lately) I'm back to regular modern play (which means CC collecting and neighborhood setup, apparently).
Who’s your favorite CC creator?
Today, Jacky93sims lol. ATS for longevity. Adele for details. HS for the infinitely useful Arizona sofa lol
How long have you had Simblr?
Probably… 2018-2019? I think I got the idea for Meraki around the time of my honeymoon and that's when I came up with the name 'anachronisims,' and my prior tumblr was just a general purpose thought repository.

Simler90 Burglar Mod made compatible with custom alarms
When I saw that @fracturedmoonlight made some custom burglar alarms, I was spurred on to finish this WIP: editing Update 2 of simler90′s Burglar Mod to get it to recognise custom alarms, like @midgethetree’s mod here.
Keep in mind that it needs to load AFTER the custom alarm mod, as both modify the “Function - Along Route” BHAV and you won’t get all the functions of simler90′s mod if my edit loads first. Also keep in mind that I have just pulled an all-nighter and may not be my best coding self so if I’ve goofed somewhere, a gentle nudge and an error log should be enough for me to fix any problems.
