Guess I should try and edit some of those so I can make space on my hard drive lol, time to enter the speedpaint editing mines

#for those unaware #I tend to zoom in and out a lot when I draw #and in speedpaints this tends to make them really flashy and almost unwatchable at times #so once I speed up the footage I have to go in and frame by frame delete all the single zoomed out/in frames so they're actually watchable #it's not hard necessarily but it's pretty tedious lol

Some people in this fandom don't view the CCs as humans.

A lot of people see them either as flawless idols at best, or at worst and most often, personal toys that exist solely for their amusement.

People don't view them as individuals with boundaries that are deserving of respect. People don't view them as humans that can make honest mistakes that they can make up for when they realize they did something wrong. They don't see their fav as a living breathing person with thoughts and feelings and emotions of their own. Honestly, a lot of what I saw from the dash just makes me think that a good chunk of the cons attendees were only there to push and prod and get a funny reaction from their fav. DNF porn shirt being the most notable example.

CCs aren't toys.

The CCs do not exist to entertain you 24/7 every single day. The CCs were there at this con to interact with people who've shown them support and thank them for it and be thanked in return for the content they have made.

But instead, many of them were harassed, humiliated, or straight up stalked and flat out dehumanized by a bunch of entitled idiots who've so use to seeing them through a computer screen that they cannot even fathom

i am fucking begging this fandom to stop dehumanizing this creators.
