I don't usually write in books, but cookbooks are the one exception. I've never made an aggressive note before, but the recipe for this soup I made the other day really needed some help and some scolding.

#I'm white as fuck btw #but seriously white people just don't season their damn food #every time I make a new recipe that I know was written by a white person I do at least half again or double the spices #sometimes even that's not enough #for this soup I think I'm going to have to quadruple the spices and add some new ones #who the fuck thinks 1/4 teaspoon of anything is going to season a soup that needs like 7 cups of water for the broth‽‽‽‽
