UDON NOODLES CON CAMARONES
Fideos Japoneses,
Los Udon son fideos de arroz japoneses gruesos que tienen una gran textura y sabor. Este platillo de comida rápida lo puedes encontrar en puestos ambulantes, es buscado en todo japón después de salir de algún bar o discoteca. Cómpralos frescos en la sección refrigerada de los mercados asiáticos o secos en cualquier tienda de comestibles, normalmente los venden en bolsas al alto vacío en porciones individuales.
Esta vez vamos a preparar unos udon fritos para también se pueden preparar en sopa y puedes agregar variedad de proteínas y vegetales.
Ingredientes para 2 porciones:
2 paquetes de pasta Udon
1 taza de camarones limpios
½ pimiento verde
½ cebolla blanca
2 cebolletas
2 chiles de árbol secos
2 ajos finamente picados
1 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo
1 cucharada de ajonjolí
1 cucharada de aceite de ajonjolí
2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
4 cucharadas de salsa de soya
2 cucharadas de salsa de ostión
2 cucharadas de salsa de pescado
1 cucharada de azúcar
2 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz
Preparación:
1- Hervir la pasta udon en suficiente agua por 5 minutos, después escurrir y reservar.
2- En una sartén a fuego alto calentar el aceite vegetal, freír los ajos y los chiles secos, inmediatamente después añadir los camarones, saltearlos por 2 minutos.
3- Añadir los vegetales cortados en trozos medianos, la cebolla, pimiento y la cebolleta. una vez confitados añadir los fideos udon.
4- En un recipiente preparar el aderezo, mezclando todas las salsas, el vinagre, el jengibre en polvo y el azúcar, vaciar el aderezo sobre la pasta, revolver y freír por 3 minutos más.
5- Por último, perfumar con una cucharada de aceite de ajonjolí y espolvorear una cucharada de semillas de ajonjolí.
6- Servir en un bowl estilo japonés y disfrute comiéndolo con la ayuda de palillos.
