are there any websites that compile ableism/fatphobia/eating disorder safe apps that would otherwise be useful for health?
I’m looking for something to help count my steps but most come with calories burned or motivation to do more when I’m looking to pace my activity to avoid injury and PEM - in the same way, I’m looking to log food and weight for IBS reasons not diet, I’d like to keep track of my sugars without assigning any score to food because it often means eating fats or larger amounts of carbs instead.
A quick search has made me want to stick to pen and paper. I don’t have an eating disorder unless you count the ADHD - forgetting to eat then having to compensate for hypoglycaemia - but I DO have a very low tolerance for being told what’s healthy or good when that absolutely does not apply.
