alrighty so uhhh this isnt really meant to alarm people at all, but more to warn others in the near future ig (plus i kinda suck at explaining so bare with me alr?? thisll all be explained from my experience, so please feel free to add on!! dwjjhwjwq)
okok so recently, there was this one miiblogger by the name of "IsaactheMii", who'd mostly post abt stuff like miitomo, miitopia, TL, etc etc.
so like. you may be thinking, "whar?? didn't isaac get deactivated??" thats exactly what im gonna cover dude!! this is to get some confusion out of the way :-D
recently, i made a post abt like, if you give a hc to my mii, i'll hc yours, and isaac decided to participate,, in a way that wasn't so uhhh sfw in a way?? heres one example lmao
i really don't think he was tryna be like, creepy in a way, or at least thats what i think?? idk idk but it kinda made me and the other dudes of miiblr uncomfortable, and just really, he'd always portray my mii as a bully and say sum transphobic stuff about him,, and this snapshot is just A PEBBLE compared to these nexts chats,, so come suffer with me!! :*]

alright so uhh lets move to the discord chats shall we!!! im gonna say like, about 2 months ago?? damn not even a month actually,, isaac joined the miicord server, and like. he did small stuff like, bashing others opinions and spamming stuff, to starting fights with other members,, (sadly i dont have proof cuz hes banned but majority of miiiblr should know know what i mean yeah??)
eventually, the drama got so bad, to where isaac deactivated his acc as a whole, about a day ago. making a shitty apology post saying that he "messed up" with me and another user, just kind of guilt tripping all of us, only to piss off the majority of miiblr more lmao
eventually later, isaac got banned from miicord for whatever reason me thinks?? but i was told that he told everyone in there to oof themselves, which just led him to ban evading and making another account
eventually he didnt even last a day,, not even an hour,, and he just said some pretty nasty uhhh
stuff to miicord,,
unfortunately, this is all the snapshots i could get from my brilliant pal in crime, @wii-no-ma on discord. but i think yall get my point,, isaac has done some pretty nasty stuff in the past, from saying the most toe curling, eye widening, jaw dropping shit, (ohhh man cut that out,, that aints funny) to just straight up sending death threats to people bruh
anyway, thats all i really needed to post lol. obviously its nothing alarming to the point where miiblr is in danger and whatnot, but i decided to make this for future purposes in case isaac does decided to come back yk?? anyway this next bit is for isaac
ay isaac, if youre uhh reading this,, youre like. always allowed to rejoin miiblr, just please dont expect us to like, welcome you back in open arms or anything yk?? what you did and said was like. really arrogant and immature, but we cant stop you from rejoining miiblr. may things go the way you want in the future and that you'll get the help that you need soon. cheers.

"Look." Jade is smiling and Azul has a tension headache. "You see how they've played this particular song fourteen times today? They're going to try and switch things up and listen to something else after the sixteenth loop but-"
"What in the hell does this have to do with anything?" Azul asks to be charitable, he already knows what this is about. Or he thinks he does anyway.
"I was wondering if you would be so kind as to add it to the playlist for the Lounge. Just for tonight." There is a really strange tone to Jade's excitement, almost like he has no idea what he is doing and is just as thrilled by that as he was whatever brought him home in such a... state last night.
"Because if I don't you'll add it yourself and give Floyd back the password to the account?"
"I am so very glad we could reach a mutual understanding." Of course Jade has a plan, it had started formulating the instant he saw you dressed up for the formal Crowley had put together.
Boring. That's what this night was supposed to be. These masks were supposed to hide people's faces, sure but he knows them too well. Maybe if this was a different school where people were less predictable- But then there was you, and all his reason fell away.
"May I have this dance, stranger?" He is surprised you accept, delighted with how natural it feels to follow his lead. He was expecting this to be much, much harder.
"I was wondering when you were going to ask." You sound shy, flattered even, without the defensiveness he usually associates with the lead up to your trysts. Could it be- "I thought I felt someone watching me." -you do not know. The mask has worked for one lucky eel.
"Ah prefect," he greets you as usual, with a bow and a gesture to an empty seat "always so good to see you at the Mostro." This time he has selected a booth out of the way, towards the back and far too big for just one customer. Pity you hadn't brought those small fry with you, he was so looking forward to letting Floyd play with them. "Did you come here with something in mind? Or shall I make a suggestion?" You are so nervous you don't notice that he has failed to give you a menu until you finally bother to look up at him.
"I really just came here to talk..." how painful, you are looking away again. Jade is sure he is the best looking fish here, if you are that desperate to see him in the water he can certainly improvise.
"I am always willing to lend a sympathetic ear." He bends at the waist to hover his face just above yours, so close that you are force to return your eyes to his again. He watches as your pupils dilate and breath catches as the music in the lounge plucks a familiar song as if his magic lets him read minds.
"Go fuck yourself." It's missing the venom he'd like but as he traces your jawline with his gloved hand directly over the lipstick stains he'd left last night he thinks to himself that he is just fine with that. Jade is not in the mood to share your fire, it is such a rare thing for a mer to see after all.
"I would much prefer to leave that to you." He kisses you, quickly before you can fully ignite and waste your precious sparks on the public. "Funny story actually, I had such a nice time at the Masquerade last night I thought we should have ourselves another little date tonight. Do be gentle with me, I only had so much time to prepare." But waste or no he cannot deny himself the satisfied laugh that spills from him when you yank him back into a kiss and prevent him from running his mouth. Just what is he to do with you? Oh he has so many ideas...

"Ha I thought I'd find you here." Jamil does his best to ignore Ace's voice, instead focusing on the hoop and sinking his throws into the net. Forty-One. "Aww not gonna ask any questions?" Forty-Two. "You know they talked to me. They always do." Forty-Three. "Said some reeeeeeal interesting stuff." Forty-Four. "Mushy too. Like seriously, you should both just get over yourselves and-"
Forty-Five. Jamil purposefully bounces the ball off the ground hard, not even bothering to watch Ace scramble to avoid it before shoves his face into his towel as if it can wipe away his embarrassment as well as his sweat.
"They are better off not knowing." He catches the ball Ace tries to hit him with, taking a little delight in how annoyed his junior looks before he realizes that it isn't going away as quickly as Ace's other pouts.
"Seriously? Where'd you get that idea from?" He sounds angry, Jamil has to remind himself and the seething pit in his stomach that Ace is Yuu's... friend. They are just friends who spend a lot of time alone. Alone together. Alone together inside a dormitory where Yuu live practically alone, a lot of times on nights when Jamil is alone in Scarabia with preparations for a party you aren't guaranteed to attend unlike those Unbirthday Party's Riddle has that you are at so much you might as well be part of his dorm.
Not that Jamil thinks about that a lot or is thinking about that at all when he gives Ace his best "superiority" complex smile.
"They were willing to make out with a stranger behind some thick curtains, clearly they don't have any strong feelings for anyone in the school and I would just be-"
"Has it ever occurred to you that you are responsible for this situation in the fucking first place." This isn't normal jokey Ace. Normal "girls just wanna have fun Ace," no this is Ace as serious as Jamil wishes he always would be during... anything at all really. Funny how that side only ever seems to come out when he needs to distract someone. Funny how the pit is screaming how it only ever comes up when he is talking about you. "You get close to them one day, then you insist you can't talk to them because you are too busy taking care of Kalim. You give take advantage of them not being from Twisted Wonderland to give them things anyone would recognize as being romantic gifts but roll your eyes at the idea when confronted. Seriously it is a miracle they still like you and didn't think to try getting over you sooner."
Yuu is kissing him. They have what they can grasp of his face in their hands and are kissing him so painfully slowly. It's too much to bear, he can't keep to his senses and denial. Jamil pulls them further behind the curtains and kisses them. For one brief incandescent moment he allows himself to believe this is fated. That if the masks were gone, that if you were under the Scarabia curtains you would be holding onto his shirt just as tightly.
"You told them didn't you?" Ace doesn't bother to actually answer, the footsteps echoing down the hallway as he goes to leave answers Jamil’s question for him.
You are always beautiful. His breath catches in his throat when he sees you, the pit swallowing itself as he realizes the urgency to the speed at which you close the gap but pause just before making it into his personal space.
“Can we talk?” Ace’s words from earlier echo in his mind. Has it ever occurred to you that you are responsible for this?
“Of course.” He purposefully places the basketball back onto the rack he had been using as an excuse to center himself. “Would you let me take you to dinner?”
“No.” You sound as if you hate yourself for saying it, but the instant it leaves your lips he smiles. “No, I need you to tell me here because I can’t stand this stupid game of you taking your insecurities out on me. Just what do I need to do for you to understand…” Your nerve seems to be failing you now that he’s right in front of you. But he isn’t cruel enough to make you wait.
“I like you.” It’s not all of what you want to hear, and not all of what he wants to say. But he’s in a sweaty gym uniform and you look like you’ve been crying. Apologies are best made with food, and he loves you well enough to know your worry’s been eating at your apatite as much as it has his.

Actually more Drone kids hcs (feel free to add as a screenshot again)
This us specifically about teenagers/puberty bc they mention hormones in the show which is confusing af bc robots lol
- Teen drones have a command/like of code set to true that causes similar side effects to human teenagers being hormonal (mood swings etc)
- A drones "sex"/"agab" (they got nothing down there hence quotations) is part of their base code, meaning you cannot change it later on without corrupting the entire code which yeah not ideal to say the least
-> hence drones who identify as trans basically run a program/command similar to humans taking HRT that basically "overrides" the base code (not actually, if you stop running the command the effects would stop) to the opposite gender so when other drones scan them or something like that they show up as they preferred gender in a little info popup they get
-> since it's a command/program you get to input which "hormone" you want to use to override your code & can probably also input an extra box that adds an Identity label like nonbinary etc that would also pop up
I hc Uzi as Nonbinary and Thad as Trans Guy (bc yk testosterone joke) so here are examples how they show up as (Uzi doesn't run a HRT command but DOES run an Identity command in this example)

Overall, it was a very good show. Cinema, if you will. Well done, amazing performances by an incredible cast. HOWEVER: I can’t let some scenes in this last ep go unmentioned for show onlys + lowkey sad they were cut (SPOILERS ig)
1. “All I want,” I said, choking back my tears, “is to see my loving stepfather again. Every time I saw him on TV, calling me a delinquent punk, I knew…somehow…we would be okay. And I know he’ll want to reward each and every person in this beautiful city of Los Angeles with a free major appliance from his store.”
2. “You have made an enemy, godling,” he told me. “You have sealed your fate. Every time you raise your blade in battle, every time you hope for success, you will feel my curse. Beware, Perseus Jackson. Beware.” Would’ve been a nice bit of foreshadowing to titan’s curse
3. The exact move that Percy disarmed Luke in his first sword class. Mostly bc it would’ve made nice foreshadowing to their last fight too. That being said I LOVED how they made Luke and Percy’s relationship MUCH more personal. You can see Luke trying to recruit Percy to his cause and you see Percy agreeing and so does the viewer bc he’s right!! UNTIL we, and Percy, get to his methods. Bc that’s the fundamental difference between them!!
4. They could’ve made Gabe worse tbh , or at least told us how the whole Percy is a fugitive plotline ended; him being the one to accidentally open the box makes sense for the patheticity this iteration of the character exudes, and bc this sally is a lot more assertive, but would’ve been nice to see sally take some actual part in yk *draws finger across neck* him.
5. In that line of thought, “Your mother is a queen among women,” Poseidon said wistfully. “I had not met such a mortal woman in a thousand years.” U CUT THAT?? WTF BRO. though with Poseidon, sally and Percy’s new characterization, I suppose eliminating the uncertainty that Percy and Poseidon had towards each other when they met was necessary.
6. “You did well, Perseus. Do not misunderstand me. Whatever else you do, know that you are mine. You are a true son of the Sea God.” Goes in line with #5 tbh
7. The scorpion. Though I like that annabeth saw the betrayal this time, that’s gotta sting. I’ll let someone else do the analysis
8. THIS SUMMER’S BEAD. would’ve loved to see them explaining why they chose it and Percy getting it.

Thaumcraft thoughts again but this time I'm thinking gameplay rather than lore. Comparing 4 and 6.
To start off, 6 is obviously unfinished. This alone means in a comparison w/ no addons 4 wins without a doubt.
Still, even without addons there are interesting points to make here based on what we saw in thaumcraft 6 and what we might have seen if azanor didn't fall down a well or whatever.
Fundamentals: The first tab of the 'nomicon is far more straightforward, and much less likely to give a new player an aneurysm as soon as they open the book. The only part of this I dislike is how long it takes to get to golemancy. The research system is explained on this tab, but we'll save that for last.
Auromancy: Auromancy in 6 is far more fleshed out than in 4. Plus, I personally prefer the casting gauntlet to wands. It feels much more thaumcraft, and less fairy tale magic. You're using your gauntlet to force the world to your desires. It's badass. And the modular focus system allows you to accomplish so much more. The excavate focus in 4 is a joke. It's slow, the range isn't great and it doesn't do enchants. It makes you feel sad and wet and pathetic. In 6, you make a plan silk touch excavate lvl 2 focus and you tear out 5x5 blocks of raw stone. You feel like a thaumic god, shaping the world to your desire. Is it balanced? Absolutely not. Having auromancy draw from the chunk-based vis system is hilariously broken. Vis cost doesnt matter because you move 8 blocks over and all your magic is back. But so much in thaumcraft is underpowered for the required time and effort compared to other mods, that it's nice to feel powerful for once. Ofc its limited by the small amount of effects in base tc6, but we're going to discount that for fairness.
Golemancy: The tc6 (and possibly 5? idk I never played that version) version of this mechanic is much more useful and interesting. Making golems is a pain in the ass now but theres so much more depth with the customization system. And not having to make a new golem for each task in your process makes life much easier. Though it must be said with how cheap golems were in 4 you could get a golem-based farm up and running much faster. It suffers in some areas, combat golems being pretty much useless except as bodyguards, in which case they try their best ig.
Artifice: The new arcane bore is slightly less expensive and clunky, but it's still ass. Splitting artifice and infusion was an excellent decision. The vis generator is a great addition, though it feels simultaneously underpowered and overpowered - it's basically free, but the generation is so bad you need a few to get the same power as an IE windmill and you'll burn through the aura eventually.
Infusion: Again, splitting this into it's own category is common sense. There are a few interesting new things in this tab: the verdant charms, especially the feeding one, are excellent QOL. The stabilizers and upgrades are good too, but I dislike having to purposefully destabilize an infusion to unlock the research, especially as its essential for what little endgame there is in base. I think the eldritch and void stone altars are new in this version, but they're unobtainable in base.
Alchemy: Tubes work better now. It's a fun time. The transducers are better tho, and can easily trivialize essentia organisation. Hedge alchemy I think is also new, and it adds some nice utility. Aversio is a nicer name than telum and no one liked Arbor anyway.
The Eldritch: Lol. Lmao.
And finally, Research:

WHAT DO YOU MEAN I HAVE TO STOP RESEARCHING TO GO MAKE A DAYLIGHT SENSOR? OR GET A PHIAL OF AN ASPECT ONLY FOUND IN SHOES? OR WAIT FOR A SPECIFIC PHASE OF THE GODDAMN MOON?? WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH WHAT IM ACTUALLY RESEARCHING?
It's somehow simpler and infinitely more tedious than the tc4 mechanic. At least that was a minigame, albeit a tedious, frustrating game that required multiple thaumonomicon dives (or, yk, an online tool). It also doesn't make sense. Nothing I'm doing here relates to what I'm trying to learn. In 4, the research pattern often had fun nods to what you were actually doing, like having Venenum in a research about poison, or linking all the primals for a late game research. Celestial observations suck. I sleep at night I'm not gonna grab my scribing tools and paper to scribble a drawing of the moon. MC Eternal lets you buy curiosities, which just makes everything so much nicer.
Moving on.
In terms of things I would have liked to not be left behind in 4, firstly I'd like my goddamn outer lands please. Also centivis, but without nodes it really wouldn't make sense. Tbh the whole chunk based aura system is a bit meh, it breaks a lot though it is convenient.
I was going to discuss addons in this post but this is already really long and I'm tired so I'll save that for another day.

Hey, hope you’re doing better… time will make things better, believe me. Just here to give some advice ig, I don’t if it’ll be useful or not, but here I go.
First of all, you are not a bad person. You couldn’t know he was an abuser at all, none of us could… Even if there were signs or not; abusers tend to be good at hiding them… Also we never really know a content creator/celebrity/influencer/etc. We just don’t. The person who they show us can be just a part of them or a completely made up “show” persona. So, it’s not your fault for not knowing and admiring/loving him while you didn’t know. You did nothing wrong at all.
Now that you know, you can do smth abt it. If you want you can give away stuff you have of him (like merch) or use it in privately (as to not show any more support for him). Please don’t burn stuff or throw it away in the trash just to make a point; it really helps no one, you’ve already payed for it, you can’t take the money back, so better give it another use—reuse, reduce and recycle pretty much.
This will be controversial, but you aren’t a bad person for liking something that was made by a bad person. I know this is the “separate the art from the artist” conversation… but just here me out: sometimes I think it’s really not the sin everyone is making it out to be, as long as you try not to support the “artist” (content creator and his music in this case) any longer and acknowledge that the artist is bad, I think you are okay.
You aren’t tainted, bad or somehow it means you are an apologist. It really doesn’t. Just be cautious with it; not saying this like in a “hide that you like him so ppl don’t realize you like him and so /know/ or think you are bad person”, but more in the “some people might be triggered by him and because of what was reveled it’s probably best to try not to support him anymore”.
Support always meaning giving him more money, expanding his voice, introducing more ppl to him and his music, etc.
That said. You can still listen to his music if you want. Again, it’s not a sin or reflection of who you are; it doesn’t make you bad by association or bad at all. Just try to listen it in other ways to not give him any more money or any more of a platform.
You could listen to his music on ytb, many channels have uploaded his stuff and since they are not official acc’s I don’t think he gets any money from it. You could download his music and listen to it outside Spotify or whatever; you can do so from ytb with YouTube Convertors :) You could also listen him from SoundCloud, just make sure the /file/ you listening wasn’t uploaded by the official band (if they even have a SoundCloud acc?).
I wanna add. Just like this could be a “separate the art from the artist” conversation, ig it could also be a “death of the author” one. You are free to take whatever you want from his art, it is yours now and having that doesn’t make you bad because he is bad. Doesn’t really work like that.
Lastly I guess, it takes time to grow out of an attachment to someone. So please give yourself time, be kind to yourself… It will happen eventually, believe me.
In the meanwhile, specially if you feel too guilty about listening to him or watching his content, you can look for alternatives. There’s plenty of recommendations going around rn, both for similar music and streamers to listen/watch instead; so you could look into those. Yk what they say: nothing like a new hyperfixation to replace another B) haha Idk if anyone has ever said that but sometimes it works like that.
Hope you feel better soon. I do. Hope you get to forgive yourself if you need to? I don’t think you did anything bad, but sometimes we feel like we did regardless… so I hope you found forgiveness if you need it. Remember to be kind to yourself and give it time.

Thanks so much Anon, that is actually really helpful advice. Luckily, I have other content creators, it’s just hard to go from being obsessed and worshipping him to crying in bed because he is a bad person. I don’t have any merch, but I wanted the records for record day, but I kinda didn’t think it was a good idea anymore… At first, I was trying to distance myself, ignore it cause it hurt to much to think. What I was doing yesterday was keeping myself constantly busy so I didn’t get the chance to think at all. Now I’m kinda accepting it and a little step forward I’ve seen myself take is instead ignoring videos bashing Wilbur on TikTok, I watch them and not avoid them. It’s baby steps but it’s something. I used to use YCGMA to fall asleep, but stopped two nights ago coincidentally, I haven’t dreamed, or haven’t had as vivid of dreams that I’m used to. I basically conditioned myself to be obsessed with him, and not I need unconditioned myself.

ok so the other day on tumblr i mentioned that if one were to keep walker and his goons as characters than i'd rather have them be guys in white agents than essentially ghost cops imo
thru thinking abt this some more i think came up w an idea on how i want prisoners love/public enemies to look in my re:animated au along w how i can incorporate this excellent point my mutual made once
essentially the giw i.e. walker and his guys capture wulf after he crossed paths w danny on a patrol one night and rather than danny being the one who could've gotten caught it was wulf who took fall for this kid who he barely met
this sticks out to danny and figures that he now owes it to this guy to get him out
to me the heist happening later in mid/nearing the end of s1 is key bc this ep is the culmination of the trio over course of this season having to come together and work as a team essentially the potential heist is going to put that to the test
i'm also combining the prison break from prisoners of love here so that although initially danny only came here for wulf once he sees the other ghosts that are trapped there he feels obligated to free them as well and along w help wulf retrieve an artifact (the infini map) that he was ultimately trying to keep away from the giw
bc with that under their possession they could finally complete their objective which is to eradicate all ghosts in the ghost zone from the town
rather than the school and the mayor promoting the fentons as the ones who are tasked w dealing w the supposed threat of the ghosts at large it's the giw who are instead brought in
to me this change works on account them being a government funded organization so they have a certain level of public authority that maddie/jack don't
since they're not ghosts this time around and can't possess ppl in order to frame danny, they instead use the power and authority they do wield to enforce whatever narrative they want so that the denizens will believe that they have to trust and rely on them even if they don't actually have the town's best interest at heart and what they're doing is completely self serving
if that means making out wulf and soon afterwards danny as public threats so be it
even though we know danny isn't an actual threat to anyone but rather actually has the town's best interest at heart and is doing a much better job at performing his civic duty rather than ppl who supposedly claim that they do
and bc of the stunt him and sam/tucker pulled off he's now on the giw's shitlist specifically walker and his guys as they were put in charge of handling this case and failed horribly according to their superiors so now walker has personal grudge against danny bc of this
it's also worth noting that if you've been following me for awhile then yk that bc i read danny as a brown mexican kid, the fact his status as ghost is making him the target of a goverment funded organization specifically designed to detain him and others like him

hello!! i was wondering if i could get a ROTTMNT character match up (when ur free and got the time!!)??
i go by many many online names, but usually i stick with sandra! i'm southeast asian, 5'2, and gender non conforming. i got black hair that's in a medium-length butterfly haircut and i usually dress up in a soft-grunge style (i don't have a specific style in reality, too indecisive for that rip).
i have audhd, and find it hard to open up to people. when i have an interest, it's usually really intense! marine biology, certain video game franchises, tv shows, music, the arts—i'm super passionate about all of them and find myself infodumping if i dont catch myself. i keep to myself the majority of the time, but when i open up to people that i believe i can trust, i'm usually described as energetic and very active!
dancing, singing, playing music, and drawing are my main go-to hobbies. especially music—i know how to play the piano, violin, cello, bass, and guitar! the last two are self-taught, but i got a few years under my belt :D
i'm an esfp, and i love listening to people talk about their passions and their love for whatever it is. i'm dramatic and love doing things for shits and giggles (for the plot yk), but i'm bad at recognising and understanding other people's feelings at times. i'm horrendous at comforting others and i can not read between the lines for the life of me.

Yooooo! Welcome back boss man! (idk ur pronouns, is it ok for me to call you 'man'?)
Ne-ways, my overthinking aside, I love all your Smokey-centric aus! We desperately need more Smokescreen content.
But, I must say, Early Crash is prolly the most fascinating to me. Like, think of all the possibilities! Smokescreen's literally the only (awake, alive and sentient) Cybertronian on Earth rn, he can basically do anything (with the goverment monitoring him obv). I'd liek to think that when social media finally became popular he became a kind of a faceless celebrity yk? Or maybe he and his buddy that may-or-may-not-be Raf chat about technology and exchange tips and fun facts about it in private convos lol.
Thankee :DDDDDD (and dw, I feel comfortable with any pronouns or gendered terms, so feel free to refer to me however :D)
and I love the idea of him being a sort of Faceless Celebrity. What if when the internet does start to exist and pick up traction, Smokescreen starts a sort of dashcam podcast thing? Like, in the beginning it was just him doing verbal logs to fill the silence and make his travels less boring as he looked from Energon/Cybertronian Things, but then Fowler ends up listening to one of them and suggested Smokey start a podcast. This could even get him some potential spending money for little trinkets and the like
It probably wouldn't have a single topic he'd stick to, really just jumping around whatever he feels like talking about on any given day. Sometimes it's about movies or shows he recently discovered, other times it could be about where he is, and maybe every once in a while it could be just..... him venting. Talking about his home. His mentor. He'd of course be careful to not mention anything incriminating or suspicious, but it adds another thing to look forward to doing and to fill the empty, lonely silence.
And of course, the internet has no idea who this mysterious "Smokescreen" guy is or how he manages to travel to all these places that are ridiculously far away from each other, but he does get a decently large following as the years go by, so he considers it a win
and YES. I wanted to play around with Smokey meeting the kids at various points, so them bonding over tech and hacking is gonna be so much fun. Maybe he even teaches Raf the Cybertronian language, but under the guise it's some kind of code he made. So now on top of Raf already being a genius and gifted when it comes to tech, he's also had Smokescreen tutoring him for a couple years
(I'm also a sucker for the potential for holoforms, and maybe Smokescreen initially has one so he wouldn't be a driverless car but it gradually started getting more and more complex until he could use it to interact with people if he has to. Maybe this could be how he meets Jack and June?)
Also, I'll admit I'm currently playing around with the specifics of when he lands on Earth. Initially my idea was that he was only a couple years before canon...... but now I'm starting to think about the possibility of it being even more, say....... a couple decades :)
heck, Fowler might not even be his first minder. Who's to say he didn't have others before (maybe they just got old enough to retire, but if you want to go the angsty route they could be dead)

I'm leaving a random Fyodor hc at your doorstep 🙏
He reflexively agrees to things in order to get what he wants out of situations, knowing he can quickly think of ways to use it to his advantage or just lie to get out or things he doesn't want to do. It is a bad habit though and he does it with people he cares about and in situations he really shouldn't as well where it doesn't actually benefit him, causing misunderstandings in relationships and a tendency to be bad at expressing his true wants and needs (at least the first time around). Especially if those around him don't have the forethought to dig deeper/question him or care to pay attention to things beyond surface level. He feels resentment when someone he cares about doesn't at least make an effort to see beyond the smoke with this behavior, even though realistically he knows it isn't their fault and he shouldn't act like this with people he isn't trying to manipulate. It is just a strong force of habit.
Kind of complicated but it goes along with the whole "Fyodor gives people what they want/tells them what they want to hear" thing that has Shibusawa and Nikolai acting a fool over him in canon lol.

yes yes, i can absolutely see him doing that! I also think that he takes great pride in his intellect and that he's always searching for someone who's on his level. That's why (i think at least) he doesn’t hate dazai – at least not like dazai hates him. Idk if you saw that one post but they basically said that he seems actually kinda „sad“ to lose the person that can match him in his intelligence, even though he’s still greatly enjoying the game (like with the poison and stuff and showing off their ability to trick each other)
Regarding the expression of his true wants and needs i would also add that he probably often ignores his own needs in order to pursue his „greater purpose“ (or whatever you would like to call what he does lmao). maybe he has a quiet hope inside of him that some day someone will see what he needs/wants without him having to actually say it out loud. i can see him struggling with that fr!
The „fyodor gives or promises others what they want to get what he wants“ thing also fits to what he does to ivan and nathaniel – i mean we don’t know exactly what he does to them but yk, maybe it's just his manipulation and not a lobotomy?
i also wonder if he ever had a moment of peace - like not having to think about manipulating people all the time and to always be one step ahead. must be very exhausting. maybe that's why he finds nikolai fascinating actually. bc nikolai is pretty impulsive in how he acts, always trying to be free and not tied to any responsibilities and rules or feelings even. (i mean we don't actually have prove how he feels about nikolai but i'm speaking off of subtext and hc's here (which is probably a bad idea when it comes to analysis but there's so little to go by with them ahh))

ARTIST WELLNESS
Hello everyone 🤗
I shared this on Artfol and thought this might come in handy for artists here on Tumblr.
I wanted to create a collection of artist wisdom about physical, emotional and mental well-being for all artists.
SO PLEASE REBLOG THIS POST WITH SOME TIPS/ HABITS THAT HELP YOU TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF . I'D BE SO GRATEFUL!❤️
I'd go first. These are the things I try to do or keep in mind to take care of myself.
1. Every Sunday, I do a deep stretch. I focus on my fingers, wrist, arms, shoulders, neck and back. The entire art making process puts a toll on our bodies (and posture :)) so doing these stretches helps to loosen up the muscles. I just search artist stretches (or *insert muscle here* stretches) on YouTube and do whatever I like. 💪
2. I have a pomodoro timer app. I have adhd so it's hard for me to keep track of time when I am working on an artwork. I work for 25 mins, then take a break for 5 mins. During this break, I get up, take a stroll, drink water, eat something, lightly stretch and look at non-screen objects or talk to my family. 🪻🌼
3. I keep the curtains open in the room where I am doing art. I am lucky to have a park near my home so I get to see trees, but even looking at the sky or having open space helps with creativity. 🌳🌳
4. Before any art practice, I take a soft cloth and gently wipe my tablet and stylus. I want to feel gratitude for having the resources to create art, so I touch them and feel their texture and send thanks to their service (very Marie Kondo of me ik 😝). I do the same with my pencil colours and sketchbooks and such. It helps me emotionally feel more connected to my supplies and art in general. 🧘♀️
5. Because I have a timer app, I also sometimes use it to switch between artworks. This is something that I learnt on Artfol (shout out to the community ❤️) but it helps when I am feeling frustrated with the one I'm working on.
6. I try to NOT do art everyday. This is more for adhd reasons because when I go into hyperfixation mode, my life is consumed by the said hyperfixation and I burn out. I love art and I don't want to do it so much that I start hating it. Yk like those songs you listen to too much that you can't stand them. So take a day (or days) off! It's important to have hobbies independent of art. 🏋️♀️📚☕
7. Social. Media. Detox!!! Who doesn't love sharing their art and getting compliments?? No one. We are all human and praise makes us happy. We feel seen and heard. But social media is a bit bittersweet. I love sharing art, but when it doesn't get attention, I feel rejected. I love looking at other artists' work, but sometimes I can't help but compare. It's human psychology. So either put a timer on the apps to limit usage or take a day off from them altogether. I do a bit of both, depending on my mindset and dopamine levels on the day tbh. 🐾

hii i am back with another lore question horror of horrors i know but i wanted to know more about the cults + the people who oppose the cults that u mentioned? also Who exactly are the perfectionists 😭😭 ive been like staring at the google doc trying to figure it out lol but id figured id just ask you :)
Cults: Thanks for asking! This is related to the accessory ask in that one clear benefit of a cult that focuses on one line of reincarnated voices makes it super easy to pass down an accessory to the next person. The clearest and least evil purpose a cult serves is to keep people in touch and connect people. A bunch of various cults probably exist/have existed so take this how you will (and feel free to add flavoring etc.) but one way this could manifest is a group of folks with head people who spend their lives trying to be as "morally pure" as possible so that when they die they'll be reincarnated for sure. And I bet when one of them dies they all disperse and flock to various hospitals around the globe to see what baby has their soul now, yk. And then they'd give the baby something to serve as an accessory from their recently deceased friend, and try to recruit that baby and family to the organization, etc. Different cults/groups would have different terminology for what they are, probably also flavored by whatever religious and spiritual practices they are adjacent to.
Probably the way the cults define "moral purity" is what causes opposition, from both other folks with head people and from regular folks who think they're 1) dangerous or 2) makin' all of it up as an excuse to enact ultra-conservative values on impressionable young people.
Perfectionists: In the original novel, Dr. Morello was working with a separate organization dedicated towards cultivating capital-P Perfectionist powers (basically a shitty underground lab where 'high numbers' got conditioned into living without their accessories through prolonged exposure to their voices and then were gonna be used as weapons, etc. Dr. Morello was running the other group as a way to send 'high numbers' to this group.) So the terminology of Perfectionist is used to refer to this more "monstrous" state (a 'high number' who doesn't wear their accessory and has access to powers.) In the musical, I don't think Dr. Morello is doing this necessarily, because his specific vendetta emerged against HP pretty recently. But other folks might've tried to harness Perfectionist powers like this in the past.
I think the word 'Perfectionist' might also have been used by the aforementioned cult opposition by folks who don't have head people. In a more loose, derogatory use of the term, not just directed to high numbers or people who have accessed powers, but to anyone with head people.

do what makes you feel comfortable lovely. as i said before i love learning about your ocs, and im really curious as to what your process of creation and developing them is only if you feel comfortable of course answering this of course, if not then feel completely free to ignore this ask, its no problem. 🥰
you’re too kind ahh 💖🥺 i do wanna start sharing more about them because it’s supposed to something fun instead of stressful sdjksdjsdksdj plus i love my ocs so they don’t deserve to have me cringing about them yk 😅
very long answer under the cut, it got away from me LOL
i’m not sure if i even have a process when creating them? or well, i guess i have habits, but i don’t always build up a character in the same ‘order’... for example, when it comes to ocs i make for shipping purposes i almost always start from the general concept. like, when i already know who their love interest is going to be, i pick the dynamic i like the most with said love interest and i get a general idea of what my oc’s outer personality is going to be; same thing about their look (because i love the idea of contrasting character designs). then i start from there and build a full character with their own story, motives, and so on to the point where they can exist outside of the ship (they won’t, but they could dsjksdjk)! some examples would be my ted lasso oc Jules, blooming panic mc’s or any of my anime oc (though the only ones actually well developed atm are Jun and Atsuko).
in other cases, as it often happens with interactive fiction, i go in blind and play with an ‘empty’ character, and as i check out the vibes of the story and see whether i like the bold or shy personality choices i get an idea of the general vibe of the oc. starting from the vibe i then pick a faceclaim (i have several saved lol) and a design/name/backstory/etc... until i can play again with a formed character! it’s a bit annoying to do it this way but once the first part is over it’s already so much easier to play because i just have to let the character be themself. it also helps in the case of ifs with a lot of romantic options, since i simply let the oc vibe and pick a ro they work with sdjkdskj best example is definitely my kim from body count, they got away from me and i love that for them. same with reyna from the when twilight strikes. it’s time (and energy)-consuming but most of the time this method leads to some most beloved characters of mine so i’m not mad about it.
the most challenging scenario is probably when i have to create a character from scratch/almost from scratch, so like, for original universes OR (rarely) for ifs without demos 🤔 the easiest route in these cases is usually picking whatever blorbo(s) are filling my brain at the time, mixing them up, adding some tropes i want, and then start from this sort of patchwork character and add details until it’s a proper original one lol this is how i got Freddie and his sister Ryuwon, respectively for the ifs ear candy and straight red. Freddie was originally a copypaste of an anime character, but they ended up having very different personalities in the end; i developed Freddie more when having fun with a friend and shipping our characters together, and because we made them as childhood friends i ended up developing Freddie’s whole family, including Ryu! It’s a bit different when it’s like, RO ocs for my own story ideas because in that case I don’t wanna be influenced by other characters so I just start with a patchwork of tropes i want to see (that’s what happened with Leir, while Odile was mostly born from a mix of gender feelings + BTS’ black swan obsession at the time 😂)
so yeah, this is usually how it goes for me! there are very few exceptions, such as Edith; she’s my most developed character of all time and yet she is Nothing like she was in the beginning. when i first started twc and had to make a character for it, the ‘edith blake’ i made was very um,,, girlboss? i don’t know how to say it in a nice way but she felt like a woman written by marvel/the mcu lmao i cringe just thinking back about it!! ever since, she went through so many changes that instead of evolving she’s simply a different character altogether. she now exists in a bunch of different aus (twc revised, the exile, original music shop au, cyberpunk dystopia au, cat cafe au, hallmark movie au, etc...) and she maintains consistent characterization in all of them so i feel like i have achieved full mastery of mx edith lol
or another exception would be, “characters that came to me in a dream”, like my demon oc Spice. obsessed with him, love his energy, but boy do i not know where tf he came out from 🤣

so if I were to get into smt which game should I start with
UHHHH well. help. i think. most people do start with newsona so like. p4g is on steam now if you can stomach the pervasive bigotry (which is rich considering the entire theme but whatever). p5r is also coming out as is p3p but like. it’s generally agreed to not be the definitive version unlike p5r so if you have access to the ps2/3(?) or an emulator p3fes is probably the recommended version. in addition to the bigotry there’s sexualization of some of the female characters which is really fucking annoying but also general anime bullshit so like. kind of a “smile and wave” thing (i’ve criticized this frequently but yk)
i think the persona 2 games are also a good starting point (i’m biased) but those are pretty dated and also very. heavy please check cws (you fight hitler as a boss and nazis as enemies in the first one, is the major one i can think of. also child abuse/neglect) so if you’re fine with more traditional jrpg type stuff please check ‘em out
digital devil saga is from what i hear persona fans’ gateway into the general megaten series but also has its share of triggering content and themes (cannibalism is literally unavoidable as pretty much a major part of the world and plot, plus one bit of sexual assault and i might also be forgetting some stuff) so like. please do tread with caution into the megami tensei series generally. i do think the dds games are really good but like. they definitely have their issues that can’t be brushed aside if i want to actually talk abt them
finally: for mainline i think most people say smt iv but my first “real shin megami tensei game” was nocturne. it’s really good but like. super heavily focused on atmosphere over actual characterization (the characters pretty much are just used as representatives of their ideas rather than being actual characters) so if you’re not into that kinda thing then you prob won’t enjoy nocturne. demifiend is REALLY cool though

I watched the podcast and daniel def tries to deflect from those questions and is (imo) very uncomfortable and laughing in awkwardness - def not excusing it tho!
immediately putting it under a cut so people that don't want the discourse can ignore 😭
a couple things i want to say before i say anything else:
these are just my opinions about it. i don't expect anyone else to agree with me, and honestly, i would encourage other people to form their own thoughts and opinions, cause everyone is going to respond differently.
i'm just gonna say it once for the record and then i'm moving on. we're not dwelling on it, i'm not open to further discourse about it, please don't send me anything else about the situation or about anything i've said here because i will be ignoring and deleting it.
now on to the asks themselves:
ok so here's the thing: yes he did deflect to a certain extent, but to me it read more like someone that's been pr trained out the ass and knew that certain jokes or topics were toeing a line they shouldn't touch than actual genuine discomfort, especially as the podcast went on and the jokes kept being circled back to. there were multiple instances where, in the midst of these long misogynist bits from the hosts, he'd sit back and joke about how he's getting a free comedy show. there was the way that after they'd finally moved on from that first, long ass bit and started asking him genuine questions, before answering, he brought it back up to jokingly ask if they're done with that topic now, which of course brought on another round of the joke. and then add to that the comments about bringing them out to a race and wanting to hire them as his personal shit talkers on the grid and things like that...it just felt like there was a constant stream of, like, endorsement of what was happening from him (which of course there was cause he's literally the one that chose to go on there in the first place!!)
i do still like him, but it's also a lot more complicated for me than it was before. like on one hand, it’s been acknowledged over and over that this sport is literally garbage from top to bottom, these men are not the place to look for moral guidance, etc., and so i’m not necessarily surprised by any means when something like this happens, especially considering the fact that this is not the first time he’s said or done something stupid and it probably won’t be the last either. but on the other hand, when it comes to this situation specifically, for me there’s just something so visceral about watching a man in his position—someone with a largely female fanbase that he’s actively and directly profiting off of through his merch—finding that sort of shit funny. it’s gross, it’s shitty, it doesn’t feel good to me, and it’s one of those things where if i knew someone personally that had done the exact same thing, i’d be reevaluating where i stand with them yk? so right now, i’m kind of at the point where i’m still working through those feelings and trying to figure out if this whole situation is something i can personally move past. but either way, i think i’m definitely gonna start thinking twice before giving him quite so much of my money 🤷♀️
nothing to add! the whole thing is genuinely just so stupid to me on every level and i can’t imagine what he or anyone on his team was thinking booking it. like you said, even if they agree with it or find it funny or whatever the fuck, you’d think there’d be at least one person with enough of a brain cell to say ‘hey maybe it’s actually NOT a good idea to endorse this publicly.’ but as i said in that post, not surprising that this happened (and that it’s not the first time he’s been on a questionable podcast in the first place) when he’s surrounded by such a homogenous group of yes men 24/7 lmao
i’m saying this with all the love in the world: i really REALLY think that’s a decision you need to be able to make for yourself, rather than be told by someone else. everyone’s going to have their own perspective and their own feelings about it—some people are going to say he deserves to be cancelled, some are going to find ways to excuse it or justify it or explain it away, and others will fall somewhere in between—so the most important thing is figuring out what you feel based on your perspective, rather than just following some herd opinion about who qualifies as a Good Person on tumblr dot edu yk?
