not to keep banging this drum but like.
the best way to get eyes on your fics/fanart and engagement/kudos/comments etc is to engage with other people and their work the way you would like people to engage with yours.
if people know your name because you have been nice to them/left comments/boosted their work they are going to be more likely to click on your stuff and more invested in supporting you. it's community building. and it's also just, like, nice, to encourage people. it feels good!
its not a cooking contest its a potluck.
