Genshin Impact hcs for every nation pt.1

Mondstadt edition!

Info: OOC? Mentions of other characters, writing sucks, sorry if I get some lore wrong with some characters! Fyi, none of this is cannon besides the occasional lore mentions (also I am trying to clean out all of these hcs before fountaine comes out and I am SPRINTING)

Albedo: Since he's not a human, he didn't know how to react when he broke one of his bones. Thankfully, Sucrose was there to help him and took him back to Mondstadt to get his broken bone bandaged up. Jean demanded (intimidated) Albedo to rest until he was healed, safe to say he was not happy.

Amber: When she was a kid, she loved apples and even had a tree for apples. When she was hungry, she would climb up the tree and try to get as many as she could. Most of the time, she fell and got some sort of scar of her knee or elbow, but as she grew up, she got better and more agile.

Barbara: She visited Liyue once, and since she's an idol, she got a lot of praise there. The bad part was that some of the guys there were very creepy to her, but she formed a friendship with Yunjin and Xinyan, and they scared them away. Even Xiao since it's his job to protect people in Liyue! They formed an unlikely friendship, and they still write letters to each other (Xiao always asks if she's been doing okay).

Bennett: Bennett has a bunch of pressed four leaf clovers for bookmarks. He'll even go out of his way to search for new four leaf clovers just for luck, he doesn't really care if he gets hurt.

Diluc: Diluc actually has a very good singing voice and knows how to dance very well! But he doesn't sing or dance much since he's so busy, but he finds himself humming to a song that's playing on his record player.

Diona: She has claws but clips them often, but one prominent feature of hers is her nose having a line connected to her mouth, showing some more cat features of hers.

Eula: Whenever her terrible parents weren't looking, she would snatch some candy/sweets and hide them. She once got caught, but luckily, it was by her maid! And her being the wonderful maid she was (also knowing how rude her parents were) let Eula go on multiple occasions.

Fischl: She had a huge interest in string instruments and worked hard to practice with any of them she could find. To this day, she knows how to play a bunch (ex: bass, fiddle, viola, harp, ukulele, etc.)

Jean: She has a bunch of rare allergies, so she's very grateful not to be allergic to pollen, which is why she loves flowers so much.

Kaeya: When Kaeya was growing up in the Ragnvindr family, he learned some English through Diluc. In return, he taught Diluc how to speak some Khaenri'ah.

Klee: She has gotten in trouble so many times to the point where Jean has made a cardboard 'jail cell' for her.

Lisa: She cannot keep a plant alive for the life of her, due to her sleeping so much. On multiple occasions, she has woken up to a dead flower and has had to profusely apologize to Jean for letting her perfect, growing flowers die on her.

Mika: He is an absolute nerd when it comes to literature, so when Razor asks him to teach him some 'fancy words'. Mika was more than happy to help (some times he has to apologize when Razor gets confused when Mika starts spitting our larger words that Razor is still, very new too)

Mona: Unlike Lisa, Mona is a big plant mom, and if any of them were to die on her, then she would cry her heart out and make a funeral for it. She especially loves her Bonsai tree.

Noelle: Despite Noelle being very busy with becoming a knight and other work related info, she actually really likes learning about flower languages and all different kinds. Her favorites are roses, which is why she has so much of the on her outfit

Razor: Since Razor has been living with wolves for most of his life, he's developed a strong sense of smell. You give em a candle, he'll smell it and guess the correct answer in an instant without even looking what's scents are in the candle

Rosaria: Rosaria is secretly really good at sewing and can patch up anything! She's also tried crocheting but it didn't go well

Sucrose: Since Sucrose is an animal, she makes sure that her ears are in tip-top shape so they don't get infected or torn

Venti: Since Venti is an archon hiding as a bard, he took inspiration with a newspaper boy cap and Focalor's French like nation where they have something called a beret. Mixing them together and eventually making his hat! It was only till Zhongli explained that he could've just used a regular bard's hat and didn't need to go the extra mile

Eula struggling to treat Amber correctly because of some past family issues and trauma

The first time those two talked was a total mix of awkwardness and unintensed toxic behavior of Eulas side.

Eula always (unintentionally) criticized Amber and often question if the female was really able to do the things she got told to do.

Also Eula often pushed Amber away (on an emotional lvl) if the female got too close and was starting to act too kind.

Amber at first thought she'd imagined it simply because they hadn't met before and Eula in general was said to be less of a social person.

The more Amber got to know her though, the more she realized something was up with Eulas personality and the way she acts.

Amber did try to talk to Eula about it but Eula simply refused to talk about herself more than she had to.

Amber got quite upset about it and just decided to try and talk to Eulas family, which she came to regret quite quickly.

Not only was the Laurance family problematic in general, but they talked shit about Eula way too much.

Now Amber really didn't need another explanation for Eulas behavior. Anyone who grew up in such a household would be like this.

From that point on, Amber tried to talk to Eula more, to show her that she was there for her.

It took a long time for Eula to not only allow Amber to get close, but also to realize that she needed to behave differently.

There was one time where Eula had hurt Amber so hard that the brunette had started crying.

That was the moment where Eula knew she really had to work on herself and she did!

She found a way to not only deal with her emotions healthy but also how to tell her opinion without hurting her.

From that point on Eula made more and more friends, all thanks to Amber trying so hard for her.

Howdy! it’s been a while. I dunno if anyone’s done something like this before (there’s probably a few), but here’s how I imagine things would go if someone dares to mess with you. Not a lot of characters since I'm feeling a bit out of touch with Genshin (hence the absence of any posts). I’m gonna try and get back at it slowly.

You just finished with your commissions and decided to do some errands before heading home. Your first stop was the general goods store to pick up some flour and other things. You enter the shop and immediately spotted the flour. As you were about to grab the last sack of flour, another customer swiped it away without sparing you even a glance. That was kind of rude of them, but you thought nothing of it. You still had enough to make bread for tomorrow anyway. Moving on, you went to get a stick of butter to go with the bread you thought of baking. As you were reaching for one, someone else got hold of it and you were left with the deformed one. It looked like the same guy, but you thought nothing of it. “No matter what shape it takes, it’s still butter.” You grabbed your sad looking butter and headed over to the other side to get some eggs. You saw there was one tray left, so you quickly grabbed it before someone else did. Success! “Finally! And these look bigger than the usual too. Lucky~” You were headed for the counter when you heard a huff. “Hey you! I was gonna buy those!” You turn around and see the guy that’s been swiping literally everything you’ve tried to get hold of. Ignoring him, you continue heading for the counter to pay for your goods and walk out the store. You could still hear the guy calling out to you in an annoyed tone. Not wanting to deal with this stranger, you make your way for the fruit stand you frequent.

“Ah (Y/N)! I had a feeling you’d show up. Just in time too. I was saving these for you.”

“Were you now? Haha. These look really good.”

“Of course! Only the best quality for my favorite customer.”

“Flattery will get you nowhere, sir. Haha! That's 50 Mora, right?”

You hand the vendor the payment for the fruits as he hands you your purchase only for it to get snagged away yet again by an unpleasantly familiar hand.

"Hey!"

"I'll take these in exchange for the eggs."

"You again? Look, I don't know what your deal is, but that belongs to me."

You were too busy arguing with the guy to notice another familiar face appear behind him.

Amber

Being an Outrider, I assume she has really good eyes. She'd probably be gliding while on patrol within the city (even though gliding is not allowed there, lol) when she spots you. She can tell something's off and immediately descends to come to your aid. She approaches the two of you and calmly asks questions to better grasp of what’s going on. Following the Knights of Favonius handbook, she would speak in a very polite way despite her feeling ticked off by how he’s treating you. Would find a way to calm things down rather than use violence.

Arataki Itto

THE Arataki numro uno Itto and his gang got your back! Gonna intimidate those bullies with his size and their numbers. If the bullies move on from you to them, this guy’s got a heart of gold and nerves of steel. If they start throwing a bunch of foul balls his way and hurting his ego, brooo you awakened something you shouldn’t have. Itto would probably stop you before you do anything rash.

Eula

I imagine she was just on her way to get a drink after a long day’s work when she notices you. She’ll make her way to where you are and position herself slightly in between the two of you, so that the guy is not uncomfortably close to you. He’d immediately recognize her as someone from the Lawrence Clan and start spouting insults about why you were taking what was rightfully his. Uh-oh. It's fine if she's the one being talked down, but when it comes to you, EULA. WILL. NOT. HAVE. IT. Let's see how long they'll last running away and fending off the attacks of the Spindrift.

Hu Tao

She'd probably be skipping happily in the busy streets of Liyue. She’d either be looking for you or on her way to who knows where to write poems. She spots you at the fruit stand and notices you look quite ticked off. Pranks are fine, but bullying is a big no no. Hu Tao won't resort to violence, but would pull off the biggest prank she can for the next few days with a target in mind.

Sangonomiya Kokomi

You can bet your bottom Mora she’s walking around Watatsumi surrounded by the people who adore her and need her help. She’d probably be talking to someone about preparations for some big event when her train of thought is interrupted by the sound of your angry voice. She pushes through the crowd and makes her way to the two of you. As much as she’d like to get angry for your sake as well, she has to remember her position and remain calm. She needs to have an unclouded mind to be able to properly assess the situation and handle it the way a Divine Priestess of Watatsumi would. Being able to plan for every scenario she can come up with, she’d have a comeback for whatever “excuse” (and insult) this guy throw at you. When the matter is settled, she’ll ask you to meet with her at her hideout where she’ll lose it (just a little bit.) You’re an important friend, after all. Of course she’d be upset for you.

Lisa

It was one of those days where Lisa had to go outside and retrieve some overdue books herself. She wasn’t in the best mood because of how much effort it took to retrieve some of them. She was on her way back to the library for a well deserved break when she spots you. The sight of you seemed to melt some of her troubles away. She thought of inviting you over for some tea when that big brute came in and snagged your apples. Her mood took a shift for the worse (again). Who would dare cause problems for you right in front of her eyes? She continues making her way towards you, electro energy filling the air, causing the sky to darken and hairs on your skin stick up. She lightly taps on the man’s shoulder and commands him to unhand you in a stern voice. He was about to tell her to mind her own business when he turns around to see the usually smiling Librarian had a scary look on her face. It was then he noticed the bolts of electricity filling the air and her fingertips. Realizing it wasn’t an empty threat, she gulps, places the bag of apples in your hands, and runs away as fast as he can.

Yanfei

This legal advisor was just out on a stroll in the night market when she overheard the two of you arguing over some eggs. Regardless if she recognized you or not, she’d go investigate to see if there’s mora to be made anyone in need of her services. She’d approach the both of you and ask what the problem was. She’d listen attentively and take note of every detail. Even if you two are quite close, she’d make sure to handle this like the pro she is. Seeing how this isn’t your fault (as she suspected) she would give him a good lecture about laws related to ownership of purchased goods and the such until he backs off. What in Teyvat would you do without her?

Yoimiya

She’d make very good use of her chatty personality. She’d most likely be chatting away with someone within the area when she’s interrupted by the shouting. Would probably act as a mediator and encourage you to talk things out, to clear out any misunderstanding or whatever caused this predicament you’re in. Seeing how he refuses to cooperate, she won’t give up. Yoimiya believes in the power of words and that communicating is the key for everyone to get along. It would come to the point where she struck something within him and he just starts opening up about his troubles and what could have caused him to act the way he did. (Yoimiya the couselor, lesgoo)

Kuki Shinobu

She’s probably out looking for Itto when she hears the commotion. Thinking the oni was involved, she’d quickly look for the source and see you. Seeing how you’re in a bit of a pickle with a complete stranger, she’d reach down for her sandal and send it flying towards the guy’s head to get his attention off of you. Confused, both of you would check the direction the sandal flew from and you’d see a familiar green haired girl wearing a mask with a very scary look in her eyes. Welp, it was nice knowing you, sir (not really). RIP.

Genshin Impact Women + Princess Carry

Pairing: Beidou, Eula, Mona, Clorinde x Fem!Reader

A/N: The resent Tumblr announcement is really killing my drive to write but I at least want to finish the things I already started.

Beidou picks you up and carries you princess style every time she sees you after a long day. It's her go-to carry and allows her to kiss you quickly and as much as she wants. While also making sure you actually make it to the bed.

Eula claims she doesn't like to be princess carried by you as she will always hide her face when you do so. Is quick to try to struggle out of your arms when you pick her up. But calms down once you're out of view of everyone else who might be watching.

Mona practically jumps into your arms when you offer to princess carry her. You best be ready to treat her as a princess too, do everything she says. In her case that includes a lot of cuddles and kisses from you whenever you carry her.

Clorinde sweeps you off your feet easily but doesn't kiss you until you're out of view of everyone. She only carries you like this to make walking faster. At least that's the reason she gives but you see the smallest hint of a smile when you nuzzle close to her.

(Genshin Impact) Jean, Eula, Rosaria, Ei, Shenhe, Yelan, Navia, Lumine rescuing their S/O

No one requested this, Bonnie Tyler's "Holding Out For A Hero" came on and demanded I write. ...Same thing happened for the AK-15 fic actually. I NEED A HERO, I'M HOLDING OUT FOR A HERO-

The moment Jean learns that her S/O had been kidnapped for ransom, her senses become so hyper focused and immediately sets off to alert the Knights of an abduction.

She wastes absolutely no time in tracking S/O, and does so easily with her and the others searching.

Her adrenaline kicks into overdrive, and she does not rest until S/O is safe inside Mondstadt walls, ignoring any injury sustained and insisting that she can keep going.

For only a brief moment, Jean loses control and doesn't even warn warn the kidnappers or attempt an arrest, immediately using her Vision to blow them back.

The sight of her S/O is enough to get her to snap back to her senses, and promptly make the offenders pay for their crimes by sending them to the jails.

With a sigh of relief, Jean feels the exhaustion on her body start to take its toll, but she smiles as she unties them.

(Jean) "Thank goodness you're alright. Let's get you home."

She gives her S/O the tightest hug of their life, and has one arm locked around them the entire journey back.

Eula absolutely loses it the moment she learned that someone of the Lawrence clan has kidnapped her S/O.

This was the exact reason she did not want them associated with her-

No. Now was not the time for such thoughts. Now was the time for vengeance.

Being the Captain of the Reconnaissance company, she doesn't have any difficulty in locating their whereabouts.

As much as Eula would like to make sure the Lawrence in question never take another step, she knows it'd be far worse for them to be alive and imprisoned by the Knights of Favonius.

With a swing of her claymore, she instantly puts down the attacker in an ambush and cuffs them. Her gaze turns to her lover before releasing them, brushing a strand of hair from her eyes.

(Eula) "Hmph, how careless of you to be captured by another Lawrence. Next time, you will not be so lucky."

By the way her hand was shaking and how close she remained at their side, they could easily see past her words and how worried she was about them.

VIOLENCE

Unlike most people in Mondstadt, her idea of justice is if the person never takes another breath again.

The person kidnapping S/O more than likely had no idea that she was even associated with them. That was their first mistake.

Their last mistake was assuming they would get away with it alive.

Rosaria stalks the kidnapper to where her S/O is being kept.

For the moment, they were unconscious.

Which worked for her.

Dropping down from the shadows, she quietly but violently dispatches of the kidnapper, taking extra care to not make a mess on S/O.

She unties them before carrying them in her arms out of harm's way, not making a comment until they woke up.

(Rosaria) "Good, you're awake. I'm glad you're okay, but be more careful next time."

Rosaria's grip tightens on them before gently setting them back down if they could walk.

What do you think happens when you kidnap God's girlfriend/boyfriend?

If you answered death, congratulations! You're right!

Ei on the inside is scared for their safety, but she knows that panicking will not make things better.

Instead, she goes out to rescue them personally while alerting the soldiers at her command to ensure no one escapes.

And to add extra insurance, she sends out the Shogun to find S/O as well, and to exterminate any offender with extreme prejudice.

The skies darkened and lightning split apart the clouds, striking at the entrance of the abandoned base.

The last thing S/O's kidnappers saw was a woman in purple, staring down at them with a katana held in her hand.

I AM THE STORM THAT IS APPROOOAAAAACHING

There was literally nothing left of the kidnappers to arrest or bury, so Ei casually walked up to S/O before untying their restraints.

(Ei) "I am glad to see you unharmed. Do you require any medical assistance?"

For the next month, Ei and the Shogun personally accompany S/O to wherever they needed to go.

Ensuring that if anyone was stupid enough to try it again, they got to see what they would be up against.

EXTREME VIOLENCE

The red ropes on Shenhe is barely enough to contain the rage that swells within her at this very moment.

Someone dared to kidnap someone as loving and sweet as her S/O?

Thanks to them and the Traveler, she tries not to use violence as the answer to all her problems.

For this particular situation, Shenhe decides that violence will solve the problem that is the kidnapper's continued existence.

The very second she found out their location, she begins ripping and tearing through anything and anyone in the vicinity that she deemed was responsible.

The treasure hoarders that kidnapped them? Turned to ribbons.

The wooden doors trying to conceal them? In splinters.

That one Hilichurl sitting near the cliff minding its own business and not even realizing what was happening? It's now at the bottom of that cliff. (And if Shenhe didn't do it, you would've, you monster.)

Shenhe is absolutely stained red the moment she frees her S/O, her rage slowly subsiding at the sight of her lover.

(Shenhe) "I am here to rescue you, S/O."

Shenhe is almost super glued to their side from then on, never wanting to let them get hurt ever again.

And Archons help anyone who tried to again.

Yelan figured something like this would happen. Her enemies would try to kidnap her S/O as a form of revenge or luring her out.

Unfortunately for them, Yelan had a contingency plan if something like this ever happened.

Informants are able to pinpoint the exact location S/O was being held with relative ease.

She infiltrates the building and without warning, her strings immediately sweep the kidnappers off their feet and left them dangling in the air.

(Yelan) "Not so fun when you're tied up, is it?"

Ignoring their shouting, she walks over to S/O and gives them a smile.

(Yelan) "Sorry for the wait. Dinner on me?"

She seems casual about the situation, but when they're out of earshot of everyone, she gives them a firm but gentle hug.

Yelan was no stranger to losing people she cared about, but she was glad she did not have to re-experience the feeling today.

(Navia) *LOADS UMBRELLA WITH MALICIOUS INTENT*

Oh, perfect! Looks like S/O's kidnappers just volunteered themselves to be target practice!

Navia charges headfirst to wherever S/O is being held, not really worrying about the collateral damage other than S/O themselves.

Her bodyguards were able to find them quickly, and joined her in their rescue.

Navia lets all guns fly, making sure these punks would be taught a lesson they'd never forget.

NO ONE touches her darling, except for her!

When Navia finally gets S/O out, she has them in a near bone crushing hug, kissing them repeatedly on the face, being a bit too playful considering the situation.

But in private, she nearly breaks down crying as her hug on S/O tightens.

She was so afraid that they'd get hurt, or worse.

But she's thanking the gods above that they were unharmed.

The aftermath of the situation, Navia and her guards are almost stalking S/O. For their safety, of course.

Even though sometimes that safety has to be all three of them hiding behind a bush very conspicuously, even after S/O's insistence that they were fine.

Sadly, this was not Lumine's first experience with a close person to her being kidnapped. Probably wasn't going to be the last either.

While she is worried for their safety, she has no doubt that they're going to get them out fine.

Lumine blitzes into the domain they're being held in and clears out everyone in her way with nearly blinding speed.

No one has a chance to even react as she effortlessly takes out every single attacker, making her way to them.

Finally after knocking out their kidnapper, she has the guards who she informed the kidnapping about make their arrests as she personally attends to S/O.

(Lumine) "You're not hurt are you?" sigh "Good. Come on, let's go home."

Lumine holds S/O's arm the entire time as they get enough distance from town, remaining silent.

She couldn't find her brother, and she didn't want to lose S/O as well.

Brightening up the mood a bit, Paimon appeared behind them.

(Paimon) "Why don't we have S/O stay with us at the Teapot for a while?"

Lumine makes it mandatory for S/O to sleep in the bedroom with her, and has Tubby or Paimon usually keeping an eye on them so she has some peace of mind.

he’s experienced in the botanical area, so have him tend to them. it’ll also give him an opportunity to study/observe said plant(s), so just have him watch your plants when you don’t have the time. he’ll be very happy.

but if he finds out that you haven’t been caring for them before the isekai fiasco, he will scold you. and then give you a lecture on why and how you should care for them.

if you have like a book on plants/biology/anything plant related, he’ll be thrilled to read such a book from you. he will spend sleepless nights reading it, and you have to remind him to take it easy.

nilou, yun jin, and eula playing just dance.

nilou’s having a great time, ended up getting high scores while eula is flustered but she still maintains her graceful stature when dancing.

eula didn’t want to play at first because she’s suspicious of the game, but she was dragged into playing so she didn’t have any other choice. she ended up liking it but of course she doesn’t admit it. and yun jin is just glad she gets to be a part of it.

as it’s known, he knows every song in existence. but listening to your playlists, he’s surprised he’s never heard of such a tune before. because, you know, he’s not from your world.

but even so, it reels him in wanting more. so he begs you to borrow your phone to listen to your playlists, especially new ones you just made.

when you left your phone somewhere unattended and venti came across it, he looked both sides before snagging your phone off of its place to listen to your playlists in secret. ehe.

if you show him some unsolved cases, you know damn well he’ll look/watch into it. you have a smart detective on your hands, and if he ends up solving them as well, you must be writhing in pride that you and heizou are the only ones who know the truth.

kazuha asking you to go out on a stroll from time to time.

one time when he accompanies you and your errand buddies because he wants to see what your world looks like in addition to lending another hand, he wants to see that again. the wind, the sky, the view, all of that. it’s all unique to him.

so, expect him to ask you if you’d like to go out on a little stroll for a while. it’s an excuse for him to feel what your world would be like, to digest its features and compliment it all in a poetic sense.

most likely points out the colors of the leaves you guys walk by. he’s just blabbering about nature while you’re out here digesting his words and your mind turns into an actual tree from listening.

teaching xiao everything you know about your world.

yes, this seems bland, but listen. xiao is oblivious to how teyvat works in terms of tradition/humans, and now that he’s isekai’d to your world, you have to teach this poor innocent individual.

he needs information in order to adapt to this new world he’s not familiar with, knowing there’s not really a way out.

xiao is listening intently and nodding to everything you say, asking questions at the same time.

this isn’t part of the headcanon, but he’s also cautious when you say you’re going to go out at night especially when aether & lumine are busy with other matters. if that were to happen he will be the one to step in. no danger will befall you when you have a yaksha by your side.

although his reserved appearance may say otherwise, xiao is a confident and curious lover. don't be puzzled—it's not that he's experienced, it's just that he has spent so many decades protecting and looking out for others that it's just an ingrained instinct of his personality now.

(Eula) "When I said that my vengeance would dwarf your entire being...I did not mean it literally."

(S/O) "Can I move?-"

(Raiden) "No."

Meanwhile, Ei lets S/O sit on her finger like a bird, though they have a much harder time balancing themselves.

(Ei) "What a curious situation you have found yourself in."

(S/O) "Y-You don't have to stare at me that intensely, you know!"

Beidou

Captain Beidou is easily flustered when drunk, you noticed many times when the two of would drink together with her crew. Otherwise she the one making you flustered. But Drunk Beidou can’t take too many compliments from you or she’ll malfunction. But something that you don’t know, she remembers what you say and teases you about it the next day. There’s no end to your little loving war.

When the Knights of Favonius are in need of something alchemy related, it is often that they will go to Sucrose or Timmaeus first. Not that they can be blamed, of course. For small and often weird requests, who would ever think about going to a captain for help? Little do they know is that Albedo is much less likely to turn down a request than the other two. While he will delegate if it does not fall within his realm of area of expertise, Albedo, at his core, is both helpful and curious. Therefore he sees no harm in helping if he has the time.

Though many people have heard of the second son of the Feiyun Commerce Guild, revitalizer of the famous Guhua Clan, most would not be able to point him out in a crowd. This is a conscious decision on Xingqiu’s part for two reasons. First, it is certainly not chivalrous to give into such boastful activities. Secondly, as a whole Xingqiu is happy the way he is. He does not want a prestigious position as the Guhua prodigy, nor does he need more duties to the guild. All that matters to him is to become a chivalrous hero like the stories he holds so dear.

Relationship-Focused

Anyone that is close to Xingqiu knows that he loves to tease. One would think being in a relationship with him would make it easier, but it’s only made him worse. How he adores seeing your face heat up into a flustered blush. Really, he is the worse. So it’s safe to say you really did not expect the reaction you got upon giving him a taste of his own medicine. Not only did he turn away to hide his pinkened cheeks, but did he just stutter too? Hmm, perhaps he is as easy to tease as you.

Kaeya Headcanons

Self-Focused

For someone as seemingly confident and laid-back as Captain Kaeya, many would not pin him for having weaknesses or insecurities. How could they? He is always giving of his time to patrol, assist Jean with her duties, play with Klee, conduct business trips… Even when not on duty, he can be found gathering intelligence at Angel’s Share, surveying possible abyssal hotspots, reporting his findings to the Dawn Winery… Kaeya always gives his time for others, but on his own, he will never take for himself.

Relationship-Focused

Even if you are able to catch someone like Kaeya, do not be so foolish as to expect his heart will be yours. Try as you may, there will be a wall. You will not be able to trust the words that come from his lips, no matter how sweet. He will lie about his wants, needs, insecurities, troubles, and more. This isn’t because he hates you or wishes to play with your feelings. He doesn’t know how to open up. He doesn’t know how to be honest. You’ll have to prove yourself a person he can trust.
