You have to know yourself

as "pleasing" to yourself to pry the ego away from constantly seeking. Everything the mind seeks is nowhere to be found because you already are it. It's a matter of resting in this observation. Resting from the temptation to keep inquiring. Resting long enough to realize the peace that always Is.

When we observe in this way, ego stops obscuring your "view" from whatever it is you "thought" you wanted. What you actually want is You.

I tell myself throughout the day that, "I'm cool with the present moment; I'm cool with everything."

And that shuts down egoic seeking and inquiry about where things are in the reality and what's seemingly going on. Ego stops being nosy, analytical and trying to be micromanager of this experience. We don't need a manager. We don't need logic. We don't need things to "make sense".

And I've certainly had enough illogical manifestations to "prove" it.

I'm training Ego to be observant and to only focus on enjoyment. And I "tell" it where to find the enjoyment, so that it stops asking. I let it know it's already here. It's already wherever "we" are currently observing from.

The observation is the enjoyment.

All else is a side-effect, justification, blessing, or manifestation of this.
