nnghfjkgh i hate that most foods that are high in fibre and protein are foods that i absolutely Cannot eat
#yoghurt? bleurgh#nuts? taste like wood#most fish and cheese aside from the blandest least nutritional options? i'll pass thanks#beans/legumes/most vegetables? have to be disguised with meat and sauce to be edible#you have no idea how much i WISH i liked all these foods#eating healthy is such a fucking Ordeal with sensory issues UGH#holy personal post batman
