I know. It’s not even Friday, yet, but I’m trying to get myself motivated for next week. I’m about to physically set my life straight. I surprised myself this morning as I scrubbed my belly. I decided to do something I haven’t done in nearly a decade. I actually tried to flex my abdominal muscles. . Guess what? Beneath the settled fatty layers composed of decades and decades of inactivity, pounds and pounds of perfectly cooked meat buffets, buttery baked goods, sugary chocolaty caramely candy bars, tubs and tubs of frozen ice cream treats, and other indulgences I like to call “Investments” - is remnants of my long lost six pack. It’s there. I just need an archeological team to help me get at it. . And like every new routine, I prefer to start on Mondays.
