I guess this was inevitable, especially after months of this blog going without updates. I'm sad to say it, but this is the end of Ask Drunk Twilight.

This has been on my mind for a while now and I did consider other options. But in the end I knew that I've lost interest with Drunk Twi and I have to let it go now.

I'm sorry for everyone who waited for an update, and I'm sorry for everyone who wanted to see where the story would go. I feel like I've failed you and I hope you can all forgive me.

When I started this blog, it was just a little crazy ask blog meant to play around the idea of a alcoholic Twilight. I didn't expect it to become popular.

This blog is an important piece of my life. I met so many people because of it and gained many new friends because of it. This blog also helped me improve my art. Looking back at the firsts posts I made, I'm surprised how far I've gone.

I'm thankful for this blog, and I'm thankful for all the followers who supported it. Without you I wouldn't have made it this far.

I'm sad that this blog has to end, but I'm happy for all the things it brought me.

Besides, it's not the end for me yet. I still have another blogs out there, which you all can check out if you're interested. It's no Drunk Twi, but I think it's pretty cool. If you want to check it out, it's here. Also, if you want to see mroe art from me, you can check my mod blog.

Anyways, I guess that's all for this blog. Once again, thank you all for the fun memories, I hope to see you all again in other places!

Part three of the chain losing their mind talking about the timeline :D

*after three nights of arguing, debating and drinking* LEGEND: Let’s recap

HYRULE: please do I don’t understand any of this.

LEGEND: *pointing at Wind* in your timeline, the Zora just don’t exist anymore, and the Kokiri turned into Koroks because…?

WIND: evolution

LEGEND: … right.

WARRIORS: …you-… you live in a sea?? The Zora are water creatures…???

FOUR: ANYWAY, the problem is that the Zora and Rito exist in Wild’s timeline?

WILD: They are said to be distantly related I think, but that goes back a long time, but I don’t know why they started to turn into Rito.

LEGEND: *downs a bottle of milk* I’m so DONE.

FOUR:… yeah. And then there’s apparently the problem of… what did you call it? The Fallen Hero timeline?

TIME: *long drink of regret*

FOUR: … where the old man died in his fight with Ganon. But… that never happened?

TIME: yep. The split was caused by me going back in time and changing events that were supposed to happen, and since I technically wouldn’t exist if the events were truly changed…

FOUR: … grandfather paradox…

TIME: … then technically I just went to another universe.

LEGEND: *sobbing into his milk*

HYRULE: but why is that a problem for our timeline?

FOUR: because the catalyst for your timeline being made… never happened.

HYRULE: but.. we exist.

WIND: maybe Time’s Zelda changed the timeline again, leaving behind Legend and Hyrule’s timeline to make mine, and then created Twilight’s?

LEGEND: *throws an empty bottle at Wind*

FOUR: there’s… there’s no way to confirm it… any of this! We don’t have any idea how to know if any of this is true!

WARRIORS: we don’t even know if there was a timeline split at all or if this isn’t just random myths and legends. For all we know, we’re all just from different universes and we just happen to share the names of heroes.

TIME: so basically we’re back at square one of asking if it even happened?

TWILIGHT: yep.

FOUR: we just need someone who can confirm it! Like, just one person who’ll tell us how this all fits in together!

WILD: why not just ask all of our Zeldas?

CHAIN MINUS WILD: …

CHAIN MINUS WILD: what?

WILD: yeah, triforce of wisdom and all that? Why don’t we just ask one or all of our Zeldas when we meet them?

FOUR: you are a f#cking genius

TIME: alright, until then, NO TALKING ABOUT THE TIMELINE. AND WE ALL ASK THEM TOGETHER. If they don’t give us an answer we are to never talk about it again. Am I clear?

LEGEND: *half-unconscious* aye aye, captain.

Very Important Question- How much drinks does it take to get Twi drunk? I personally think he could have quite a few before getting tipsy- but I'd think it would be hilarious if he was a lightweight. XD I can just imagine Wars teasing him into getting another drink after Twi's only gotten one, but then Wars is like- oh fuck that didn't go down well- once Twi is drunk silly. I think his accent would get so strong when he's drunk and no one would be able to comprehend what he's saying.

I hc that fado distills poison and has been letting twi have some for YEARS lmao like maybe just a little sip here or there before but now that he’s all grown up they drink together on clear nights and stargaze. Maybe rusl partakes sometimes too and so do jaggle, sera, and bo. Also I think auru does the same and that’s what twi drinks at Telmas.

so I think twi handles his liquor actually v good but funnily enough only drinks actual swill. He doesn’t like beer or wine. He drinks like pure lighter fluid and wars detests it and time is concerned at what he’s done to his liver XD

I think wars is super into girly drinks and wines but will have an ale just for the simplicity. Time prefers milk but will drink beer (very slowly).

twilight carries a bottle of fado special and nips it just for like minor pains when he doesn’t want to cause a fuss over a wound. I think wind and/or legend are always trying to get some when they see it out and twilight is both opposed to it but will let them choke on a teensy little sip if he’s not the only adult around (as long as they don’t snitch)

drunk Twi is super huggy and they cannot understand his accent. He will stop for cats and cry about them.

I think wars is a terrible drunk. I think he’s sassy and tries to fight and will refuse to drink water. He will also point out everyone’s little insecurities as “not being mean but you’d look so much better if”

Times been drunk once and all he did was tell malon he was spoken for by his beautiful most gorgeous redheaded wife and pass out

the tragedy in night and day doesn't lie in the accident because day doesn't blame night for the accident (not really, not in the way night blames himself). the tragedy in night and day lies in day having wanted night to be his big brother but feeling like he had to take on that roll for night instead and night having wanted day to be his little brother who is as proud of him as he is of day but being unable to figure out how to get there before the accident. the tragedy lies in day not understanding why night couldn't step up until after day went blind ('im just so damn lucky to be blind') and their mother and the world started treating him like a tragedy; leaving him feeling like night has always been jealous of him and is only stepping up to take the place of the golden son of the family now that it's up for grabs. the tragedy lies in night not being able to communicate to day that he was always proud of him and that him showing up to his sporting events only after day went blind isn't because day is blind now but because he has always loved him and supported him ('this is my little brother. he's a junior athlete on the national team') but now it's impossible to convince day of his sincerity and night can't forgive himself. the tragedy of night and day lies in these brother not having been given the time to naturally grow out of this crooked brotherly dynamic that was put upon them and now they're stuck under all this weight both unable to leave the night of the accident when they're around each other. the tragedy in night and day is that tomorrow isn't guaranteed and they are too stuck in the past to look at today.

The monsters at Eden’s, Neil getting comfortable enough to have a couple beers and eventually dancing around with Nicky and Aaron.

It’s not proper dancing at first, just a little bouncy bouncy and some movement, but then it gets to proper dancing.

Apparently Neil has ability to shake his body, and hella good rhythm.

He moves so smoothly and gracious, his hair shining and bouncing in his head, arms up and moving with the rhythm, his eyes almost close, open just enough so Andrew can see his light blue eyes.

He’s enjoying it, Nicky is having the time of his life, Aaron just got out with Katelyn, Kevin is passed out drunk in the cushions, and Andrew gets to see all this, slowly relaxes just enough to move his feet in the rhythm of the song that’s playing.

Now Neil is staring at him.

He stares and stares at his boyfriend, watches his foot rise and fall with the music, laughs, but it isn’t possible to hear due to the loud music.

Andrew can tell he says something, he shakes his head to the sides and takes another sip of his drink.
