Screaming into the void but c!tommy apologizing for “ruining” c!Dream’s life is SO bullshit. If bro got so mad he had to start a war over a few brits making a goddamn clubhouse with a “no Americans allowed” sign on it CLEARLY he wasn’t mentally ok to begin with. The original L’Manberg could’ve literally fit in the prison or the snowchester mansion or Foolish’s summer home but nobody started a whole war over that (except maybe L’Sandberg but that was mostly just trolling and joking to my knowledge and a nod to L’Manberg) if a couple kids and their older brother figure make a goddamn hot dog van clubhouse for potions you just let them be. L’Manberg never wanted violence in the beginning, they caught with words and c!Dream made them shed blood for recognition. C!Tommy may have been annoying at first, may have been a little pest at times but he was 16, a child who was put through hell because c!Dream thought he was annoying and messed with his god complex.

c!tommy starts monologuing about his invis potion addiction, you can see tubbo starting to get concerned, they look over at the brewing stands, the screen starts fading to black, the stream shouldn’t be over yet, and yet there it is, the D.A.R.E logo

"Hey, today would be a good day to watch a Foolish stream! I'm sick and want to just vibe, so Foolish is the perfect streamer for this!"

*Dream XD threat, Sam Nook sacrifice attempt, Dream shows up asking for Quackity, Sam gets ordered around by Dream, and Foolish makes a deal with Dream*

just finished watching the wil finale and you have no idea how much i love this damn ending

/dsmp lore discussion, all further things are about characters and happenings in the story!

Something I've learned to highly appreciate in this server's story is how they know how to not take something too seriously and lose the essence of the smp. The smp was always meant for goofing around in a server group of ppl, have fun and bring ppl together. The whole stream itself was just a nutshell of what the dsmp had become, a compelling and emotional story, yet with funny and weird aspects that gets just as appreciated.

We're talking about a story about a guy fcking a fish, birthing a fox, and him lying about being british, how is that not a perfect representation of what the smp is at that point? Its about bringing a nation together with a drug van, a nation called el rapids, mexican dream, hillary clinton's face on a damn lore stream of all things, and so much more.

It's all so funny and ridiculous that it hits hard when it starts being genuinely emotional. The ridiculousness is there but despite that, we learn to appreciate the story in its entirety. Tommy threatening Wilbur to stay with him through his journey is showing how much he resented Wilbur not because he was angry at him, but the fact that he needed Wilbur and lost him right when he needed him the most. Just now that he has his brother figure, he's losing him again, and he cant have that one good thing disappear just like before.

Despite that need and desperation though, Tommy let Wilbur go knowing this was Wilbur's decision whether he liked it or not. He expected explosions or some form of dramatic declaration, but when finally theres a simple and straightforward explanation, it becomes so hard to believe. Yet he laughs it off once Wilbur said his last words to him, and it was, like some stories in the smp, ridiculous yet heartwarming.

Wilbur's finale felt very good. It was goofy of course, but the heartfelt moments behind the silliness were so strong. I'm glad he got to spend the last of his time with Tommy, and I was especially glad about the tiny Ghostbur and Friend cameo. Speaking of Tommy, his acting was so on point! He absolutely nailed it. I felt that this was a satisfying ending to his story.

Ok ok so the entirety of no children does not fit c!dream and c!tommy bc ultimately it’s a relationship that’s fucked on both ends and that’s not what c!tommy and c!dream have, it’s very one sided abuse

But

“I hope you die, I hope we both die” fits the prison scene so perfectly imo

Obvi in the og song the line is abt how they’re both bad for eachother and both have extreme hatred for the other and also hatred of themselves bc of the way they feed off of each others negativity to be worse ppl but in the context of c!discduo it’s just this intensely sad moment of a child and his abuser and him wanting that person dead but also wanting himself dead bc he’s suicidal and doesn’t see a future for himself beyond being a soldier and once c!dream is dead he has no reason to keep fighting

Okay, okay, I’m going to start this by saying I haven’t actually watched the lore yet, I’ve only seen people screaming about it

But, but. Apparently. Sam and Phil knew each other. Really knew each other. Before the Dream SMP. But had a falling out because of Sam’s clones

I feel like that adds a LOT of layers to the interaction Sam and Phil have in that one Tommy stream. The one right after dream escapes prison (link timestamp- 41:51)

They have this interaction:

Phil: Sam

Sam: it’s good to see you!

Phil: I wish I could say the same

And I know, I know it’s mainly because the prison break literally just happened but. I can’t help but feel. There’s a lot being unsaid there. That it goes deeper than that

Haven’t seen that many people talk about how eager Tommy was to invite Sam into he and his best friend’s moon paradise, even after all that has happened.

The approximately five minutes when c!Dream was dead and c!Clingyduo was happy is the only time I have felt peace in this godforsaken world before it was ripped from me by the hands of c!Punz

the dream smp is a ghost town and tommy is the spirit haunting it
