Got possessed at 2am after spending my free time doing the Xenoverse 2 Fu Raid. I have no idea why, but I decided to get past art block and draw the silly scientist himself, based on one of his wallpapers. (Which is why Vegeta and his sword isn’t there. Or the rest of his body.)

Dragon Ball Male eyes are so damn hard to draw since their eyebrows are always glued to the top of their eyelids. And the muscles but I honestly think Fu wouldn’t be so bulky since he’s a scientist. As for the hair, it didn’t look right with such a clean V shape so I made it messy. I’ve scribbled him with one bang poking out like Heroes Fu which I barely acknowledge since he seems evil and not just chaotic neutral.

my friend and i are having a conversation about this. i think xie lian would win, but i also don't know much and dragon ball, so i might be wrong. my own reasoning under the cut:

first and foremost, i think the tgcf pantheon, and xie lian especially, have the advantage of variety.

from what i know, which is not much, goku's options for moves are limited. he can:

1. fire off a qi blast

2. fire off a Really Fucking Powerful qi blast

in tgcf, even with the gods themselves put aside, spiritual weapons can do crazy shit!

ruoye alone could probably withstand a regular qi blast just due to its nature as a super high-grade spiritual weapon. on the offensive, though, ruoye probably wouldn't do much-- goku would likely be able to dodge any binding attempts because instant transmission (i think that's how it works?)

but then there's xie lian, who is exceptionally good at not just barehanded fighting, but also fighting using qi, and that doesn't even touch on how he is literally like. The Weapons Guy. that man studied the blade with fervor.

my take is that xie lian might have a bit o' trouble with goku if you took away ruoye and his sword, but un-handicapped, he'd have no issues wiping the floor with him given his well-rounded skillset and also just. sheer power. a heavenly martial emperor's qi reserves are not some shit to be trifled with, lol

I'll never forgive KFP4 for not making Tai Lung the Vegeta to Po's Goku. That whole summoning thing should've happened at the beginning of the movie and he should have had his fight with the Chameleon then got his powers stolen and then escaped to get help from Po.

And yes I know she needed the staff to open the portal to the spirit realm so she couldnt have summoned him before she got it but idk maybe Zhen could have just stolen it from under Po's nose at the beginning so like now Po is more willing to trust Tai Lung since he knows his staff has been stolen? Man idk I just rewatched it and I'm still pissed off.

I just wanted my funny british snow leopard to get his redemption arc man.

Evil monarch commits mass genocide on an entire race out of fear of a prophecy in which he will be defeated by one of them, father of the one that will fulfill the prophecy defends their people, evil monarch seemingly succeeds and only a few survive the genocide, the one that will fulfill the prophecy is sent far away as a baby while this all happens and is eventually found by a man that would become the baby's adoptive guardian, the baby also has a large appetite.
