the only deity work i do is vague, nonspecific, unnamed, and a bit wild. i don't know what the consciousnesses that i contribute to call themselves, but i know their energies and i am learning what they need of me in return. there are infinite levels of awareness between me and the most divine, so the ones i personally venerate are as loosely defined as possible. this keeps me humble in working with them, and, more importantly, helps me bypass my Christian trauma.

Today someone asked me, what is your religion?

Honestly, I’m not surprised! I get asked this all the time because of my chosen path.

I always start with “let me remind you that we all come from the same place.”

Although sometimes we do question whether some people come from hell because of the way they act. But I don’t like to be labeled and I don’t like to be put in a box. Why limit our connection or try to bash or control others? Everyone does it….I used to do it too.

At the end of the day, what people choose to call their connection with the Divine Source is just that, a name. Everything is Inner-Connected & connects back to the main source. We as humans choose to make everything complicated.

Mindfulness Teaching: UNITY

We MUST keep growing or suffer. What’s not growing is dead. Our willingness to grow is the only will we can direct.

We have to keep loving, growing, learning and smiling. We can’t run from the truth. We must BE it. If you can't see the light, BE it. We are all lights and Unity consciousness empowers that light.

We are all ONE. There are no categories: race, gender, sex, class are ways to divide our United truth within the construct of the Matrix.

In the words of John Lennon: “I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together."

Separation gives way to fear. NEVER crumble to fear. God (spirit, the Divine, whatever word you prefer) is ALWAYS present and always listens and will always come through no matter how hard tests seem.

Life is a game/a simulation, but no one ever said it had to be a bad one, a painful one, or a sorrowful one. We are here only by the grace of Source.

The games we play in relationships are just a small reflection of the game of life as a whole. It's levels to this shit.

Never forget it’s A GAME. The games we play in relationships are a MICROCOSM of the Macrocosm of life.

Life is evolution and expansion. It is a dream-like holding space until we go onto the next.

Everything should really be ONE. Unified. UNITY, flow and balance.

Sometimes verbalizing or writing these thoughts makes them sound crazy, because the mind wraps around perceptions so tightly. The mind confuses, blurs, deceivers you, and rationalizes when you are attached to the ego. But the soul knows that we are all united as a people.

Sometimes people will betray you, deceive you, turn out not to be as they appear, but that is all a part of the lesson; of the journey. And somewhere along the journey you realize that everyone is simply a reflection of your own inner state.

We are all just light beings within. Thrive in blissful Unity consciousness.
